I ordered a book from madrasshoppe on 7th of january, 2020 and today is 13th of january but the vendor has failed to ship the book, even though when i opted for express delivery and paid extra for it.
When asked about the status the customer care responded we'll let you know when we ship the book.
This is highly unprofessional, they don't even have a customer support phone number on their website, which i realized only after getting into this issue.
