Hi sir/ma'am,

On May 1st, Order number NR-047084 for 1699 rupees was placed by mistake and I informed you on email [protected]@madrasshoppe.com right away.
Sadly, You replied to me without even reading my concern. And haven't received any update on the refund either.

Kindly, refund my money asap.
After this experience, it has become so hard to trust new/small online businesses.

Hi, I've received a callback from Madrasshoppe today. As per request, my order was canceled and a refund has been initiated from their end. I guess the reason for the delay is the covid situation Which seems justified.
