Madrasshoppe — paid for two books no order id generated, refund needed

Hi team,

I ordered two books for rs.349 and paid on 04th august 2020.

But no order id got generated and tried contacting no reply.

I have attached the payment transaction screen shot.

Hence requesting for refund.

Please help us.
