Madrasshoppe — Refund not received

I have ordered a book through online on 11.07.2020 and made payment through IMPS. Immediately I received a mail mentioning the order no.NR-031551 and informed therein that the book will be delivered within a week. Since not received after one week, I gave a mail. Replying to the mail. I have received a mail stating that the book is out of stock and they are trying elsewhere. After a week I received a mail stating that the book is not available in any place and the amount remitted by me was auto refunded. But till date I have not received any amount. While trying to contact the phone numbers in given in the website, there is no response. Phone No.[protected]- Anwar Sha. In another number, [protected], the no. is temporarily suspended. Now, I understand that the company is not existing.
