My reg. No is[protected].center no. Is 829 date 10 Nov 2000. In this regard I send a DD of rs 1500 including mark sheet and provisional certificate through speed post no. ER[protected]IN on 12th oct 2013. I didn't received my certificate till now. I have already phoned to the concerned department more than 100 times, but I didn't get any suitable reply.
