Dear Sir, With regards, I have to say that My wife had passed her B.A.(Hons.) from Sambhu Sharan College, Patna in 1994. She has all three admit cards, mark -sheets and a schedule issued by you. But there is no registration no. mentioned.On every admit card there is A/F. How can we know the registration number? If there is no registration then what we have to do? Please help.
