Hindustan Times / Newspaper — Not getting news papers even after taking advance money for a year subscription

I am not getting daily newspapers from HT even after given advance payment for annual subscription against cheque no 978502. Also laughed complaint in HT customer care wide complaint no 584 dated 16/04/2013 but till date no action taken. I would request you to Pl look into the do the needful.
