[Resolved] Junior Chandamama / Futurebazaar — Did not receive magazine | |||
I purchased subscription of junior Chandamama for one year through future bazaar. I received only 4 issues, After which it is stopped. I contacted future bazaar for last four months(once in every week). Still They didn't arrange me to get remaining issues. my order number no - [protected] So Do not go magazine subscription through future bazar. you end up with same issue please help me to get remaining magazine issues thanks, Saravanan Was this information helpful? | |||

I too have the same complaint against Chandamama. I subscribed to the yearly magazine(on www.chandamamashop.com) in Dec 2012 but have got just one issue since then.
I have spent more money on the phone calls made to their customer care(worst in the world that I have ever dealt with and also sent 100 mails atleast but they hardly reply.I was given some funny excuses syaing their is a printing problem so the issues are not being sent. They are just making money out of nothing and fooling the customers. Some strict action should be taken against such fraud websites.
My order number is 21074 . You have to be lucky enough to reach their phone nos after about 100 attempts.
I even told them to refund my money to which they agreed to about a month back (Rajendra was the person I spoke with) and said I will get it in 3-4 days which is again a fake promise as per their reputation.
Please please please do something against such silly product.
