You guys have EXTREMELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and every single time i book through you i have to get embarrased at the time of check in.

Also and more importantly you guys put us up in ultra cheap properties which you yourself book thorough makemytrip.

The above 2 are in stark difference to what was committed by you guys when you offered membership.

You guys have clearly cheated us and this is clear case of misselling.

Pls cancel the membership and refund our hard earned money at the earliest.

Sir, i have deposited sum of rs 27750/- on dt 3.2.18 through debit card of s. B. I. I cancelled membership on 5.2.18. Just after 2 days. Through mail to company. I am continuously writing to company for refund, but no response. Mr vishal vanga assured me refund after deducting rs5000/-. I give my reply as ready. But no answer after that. I am fed up. I paid the amount for booking, very next day i want to cancelled it, but they said we don't refund the money.
After many followup's there is no reply from them. Shame on entire staff at their phonix market city kurla. I talk to their customer care they said mail us taht i want to close my account & refund of money, but one of the executive from kurla phonix market city mall meet me at bhandup station & assure me that dont's cancelled the account & he will help me to get back my money. After that no call no phone pickups nothing. Very sad for such compay. Chor company.

I wanted reservation for goa. For which i have mailed them on 24th dec for reservation on march 20, 21 and 22 for 2 rooms. Now they are saying we can give you only one room. My plan with them is expiring on 31st march. Even the you have said while joining if don't take reservation within 5 years we will increase the tenure. Neither they are increasing the tenure nor they are giving reservation.
Even in november i asked for reservation in their property in maharashtra for christmas week for 3 days that time they it is all booked. They i was told i will get days of reservation. Till date i have used only 10 days of reservation. They said your 9 days of reservation is lost as u didnt take it in first 2 years. Sales people it seems say any thing to get the customer but when it comes to delivery company backs off. Where should customer like us go to teach these cheat company who take money and behave like a king and we as a slave.

I bought the membership on 05/08/2017 and continue to pay my EMI's regularly
My first interaction with Reservations team was on 19th April 2018 to redeem my gift coupon which i did after so many failed attempts to reach-out to your sales person of Thane branch Mr. Sachin and when i personally visited and found that the branch located inside o[censored]nited 24 hotel in Thane closed.
Next day on 20th I made follow up when i haven't received any response from your end
I waited for next 5 days and made one more follow up on 25th for a response and also mentioned i will hold your EMI's in case of there is no response
Finally i got a response on 25th May 2018 saying "We would like to inform you that due to High peak season we are unable to process your reservation booking request for the month of May & June 2018.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused."
As per the response i can book from June on wards i made my reservation request on the same day 25th May 2018 for July 15th to 17th dates
Reservation team responded on 28th May 2018 asking details for reservations
I immediately responded on the same day which is 28th May 2018,
Then i got a response as " Please be informed that the booking window will resume after 15th July’18 as we would be upgrading our system from 01-Jun-18 to 15-Jul-18 due to which we won’t be able to take any reservation request during this period. Once again we would like to thank you for keeping your patience and helping us. We are trying our level best to get our systems in place before the said date
as all our members are valuable for us.

Then i decided to hold the EMI's as you guy keep changing the stance time to time and the Customer Care number was also not working and the Thane branch also closed, the sales representative also not attending my calls

Magic holidays and panoramic group of companies based in mumbai have cheated us by promising holidays membership and yearly packages. They have charged us for 80000 rupees in 2016 and till date they have not arranged even a single day trip for us. They don't even respond to calls and mails. They are absolutely fraud. I feel helpless that no action is being taken against them. I hope others should not be cheated like me.

On 02/07/13, i was forced to enrolled in panoramic group ltd (Magic holidays) and accordingly i paid rs.27585/- during an illusion environment created by magic holidays on 2/7/13. I had paid rs. 27585/- by credit card which i later paid in installments to the bank. After some days, when i came out of the illusion so created by magic holidays members, i realized that being a common middle class man, i cannot afford such types of holiday packages. So accordingly, i asked the company to cancel my membership and refund me my amount. But after making so many email requests and telephonic calls, the company refused to cancel my membership and on one fine day of 02/01/2014, no refund is there till now.

I am Amrut Khodke member of Magic holidays paid 5 lacs rupess but havent used magic holidays but now I wanted to utilized my holidays so I sent email to reservation.[protected]@panoramicworld.biz email id but all there number are ringing but no one picked up the phone .Reservations:[protected]|Boardline:[protected] .today I sent my office boy to there physical offices in mumbai but they are closed. So they cheated everyone and looted. this company totally fraud and there director is run away out of India. So please give me you all contact number we create group and put case against them . Few days back there was article on newspaper that whoever had filed case against magic holiday they got refund so let us all create group and file case and fight for us hard earn money. my number is [protected]

As on dated 14th Oct'18 I have purchased holiday plan with Rs 58100/- (100% payment done) for my wife, on the condition that the amount should be converted with 2 year EMI without interest through HDFC credit card and same was ensured to us by magic holiday team member during meeting at hotel Ginger, Indore (M.P)

But I would like to inform you that the amount is not converted into EMI, Now my credit card statement has been generated and the liability of amount has to be paid on 6th Of Nov'18; as I was already said during meeting at indore with magic holiday team that my budget is not allowing for payment in one shot so finally i requested to cancel this plan and asked them to arrange to send my money back or converted into EMI.

Still Magic holiday team response is awaited while i have reminder them more than 5 times

I hv purchased their holiday plan. And paid amt. About 2 lac. But still they did not provide me any holiday. When ever i inquir about my holiday plan they gave many excuses. And always call me for making more n more payment. They gave me so many attractions when they come to me for making me member.

I strongly hate this type of company and also advice to people not to join such company.

Very third class company and no.1 cheater.

I was called for the presentation and marketing of their company. Was fooled and i paid 22000 with a free voucher. But neither the free voucher was availed to us nor did they responded any calls and if responded talked ridiculously. I haven't used a single service instead wasting my time and money. I want my 22000 rupees to be refunded anyhow. With this faith i've complained here. I want justice!

Please note we have paid near about Rs.45000/-. But no one is responding our calls & mails. Your online system is not working.

1. Your customer care number is not working.
2. Your landline number is not working.
3. We can not book our holiday in the month of April & May due to software problem !!!.
4. Your representative are always busy and not ready to talk with us.

These all above reasons are forcing us to logged a complaint in consumer forum.

Before this, i have requested by several times to you for cancellations of our membership mh/lko/0812, rajesh dhar dwivedi, flat no 103, vaishali apartment, 6 park road, lucknow but i have no response from your end. If your company not cancelling our membership and refund of my money with interest, then i will proceed for consumer court. Pl resolve it. Thanks.

My membership mr/bpl/0016, and trying to make reservation, however nobody is picking-up the phone and no response received when i sent an emails to magic team.

I want to cancel my membership and get refund.

Could anybody suggest the formal process of cancellation. Thanks in advance.

I have taken membership for 3 years holiday package from panoramic holidays ltd for 15 night to be used over 3 years at any of the properties of panoramic holidays with 2 vouchers of rs. 1000 each to be used at any of their properties in 2016. Their properties were branded as united 21. At the time of membership, i was shown and assured certain properties. After one year major of those properties were discontinued and they made agreement with budget hotel providers treebo, which was against the contract with them.in second year (May and june) they stopped their operation and no booking request was answered by them. I requested them for extension of membership for those period, however it was not entertained. I felt cheated again. End of june i was informed that, they discontinued with treebo tied up with new hotel chain. I felt cheated again and lodged complain on consumer forum. When i requested them for booking in 2018, october, they did not respond to my request. After rigorous followup, they informed me that they can not take any of my booking and asked me to take back complains from consumer forum to resume services. Even they threatened that, going to consumer court will not make any effect on them. It is true case of cheating and exploration of public money. I want take my money back for 10 unused nights. Also want to put case against them to avoid others from this fraud being run by them.

Paid amt: rs.3, 10, 497/- (Rs, three lakhs ten thousand four hundred ninety seven only) emi's paid by bank of india, khanda colony new panvel, (W) branch, new panvel navi mumbai, dist raigad, maharashtra.
Complaint : as i have been paid my hard earned money through monthly emi's of my saving/salary bank account. The company promised me at the time of registration to give hotel staying and holidays packages all over india and abroad, also provide discounts rates on all food services. But unfortunately the company has not fulfilled any type of service, whenever i request for any booking, the company denies and not providing any service which they have promised.
Hence i request sebi to get cancel my membership and ask therm to refund my hard money of rs.3, 10, 497/- from the company...

Inspite of continuous mails to company for refund. No response from magic holidays till so far.they have slept over my complaint and refunding my hard earned money. I am fed up now. Magic holidays of panaromic group is a cheater company. While selling membership (Fm/lko/0205) the offer attractive scheme. Their executives are totaly lier. When i got noticed that they cheat me i asked the executive that why you told lies he said that these are the instructions of company to tell lies for attracting more customers. I have the wtsapp conversation and phone recording of that executive. I send all proofs to magic holidays ans asked to cancel my membership and stop deducting payment from my account. I wrote a mail to them and inform telephonically also. But after that they charged rs. 5600/- from my account

When i called back they refused to refund my money. On my suggestion one of my friend also taken the membership. Now he is also feeling that he has been cheated because of me. After regular reminders company is not paying our amount that is approx 53000

Here I want to share the my really bad experience with Magic Holidays.

I want to file complaints against your Holiday Consultant Mr. Zaid Momin (+[protected], so please accept my complaints and take the action.

Mr. Zaid Momin is very liar representative and not trustable like your other representatives of magic holidays, He cheated me and misguided me.

As per your company policy for cancellation request, that any customer is eligible for refund within 10 days if he or she request for the same.

My cancellation request is within 10 Days but Mr Zaid Momin intentionally not proceed my request timely and he made me promises that I am able to refund my hardest earned money within 45 Days but till date I have not received any refund amount.

I feel very bad and disappointed from magic holidays because your company not taking care for the genuine customers.

Once again I have requesting, please help me for my refund money of 23852/- to short out my financial problem.

I have not taking any services of membership of magic holidays.

On13.01.2015 the same year i have utilised the membership room for 3 days in ooty which around cost of 4500/- for that they have asked to pay membership maintence cost around 8000/- for the membership i have already paid 220000/-. Its purely cheating with members. I want to withdraw my membership.
Pls. Support in this issue and refund my payment.
