Magic Holidays — Cheap and Fraud co. denying to refund money due their poor service

My membership id is FM/NAG/0006 and I am member since 2017.
Till date i have used only one or two trips. I brought this membership with First payment of Rs. 19, 980/- on Dtd. 26/09/2017 and rest of payment with regular installments of Rs. 5, 662/- PM for 48 Months i.e Total of Rs. 2, 93, 976/- Also company issued Account statement of full payment receipt on Dtd. 26/08/2021, I regret for my decision. Unfortunately after receiving all my payments, the reservation team is quite inactive. Their properties are of so cheap quality and far away form the holiday destination, They are charging huge amount for AMC per night increased by Rs. 1, 185/- To Rs. 1, 300/- in this amount I can easily get similar property they offered for 1.50-2.50 k on likewise online sites. All together it is waste of money. Every time when I approach for booking contact numbers are changed No responsible person is permanent on seat. Although, I had very bad experience. I request to cancel my membership and get back my amount with interest. Please take legal action on Magic Holidays co. so that none of innocent like me will fall in this fraud company do the needful. Your earlier action in this matter will be highly appreciated. Thankyou!
