[Resolved] Magic Holidays — Issues in booking the free Holiday voucher | |||||
I am a nonmember of Magic holiday. I was been called 7-8 time by one of your person to collect the 2n3d free voucher. Once I said yes and went to collect the voucher there is when I realized that this was some 45 min presentation for membership in 6th Aug. We attended the same and were given our voucher. I and my husband were planning to utilize the free voucher and since last 6 days I am calling and following up with reservation department for helping me book the same. Now they are saying that only if you become member than we will help you with the free voucher booking else we will not. This is the worst marketing strategy I have ever seen of any company. Also would like to inform you that we were planning to visit the property once and check if we feel good, we would have thought of becoming member as we had like the concept of this membership thing. But sorry to say that with this kind of service I will think twice before becoming member and will not advice my friend too. Thanks!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
