This company always missell the packages, 3rd grade sales team, 4th gradepackages, very average property. Useless customer care, , , , if you already bought package dont expect refund and avail your holidays.
If you are trying to buy, please don't buy any package from this magiholidays panoramic group. Its fraud company

# Due to misselling complaint, we applied for refund just after membership in 2014
# After so many refund folloups we didnt received refund, but company de-activated our membership without our concent
#Later in 2017-August company re-activated our membership and we started availing our 5 year holiday package and availed it in 2017 and 2018 yearly. We availed 2 out of 5 holiday packages
# November 2019 company said our membership is no more activated

#Help us to get our membership activate and get our 3 pending packages

આ લોકો અમારી જરૂરિયાત મુજબ હોટેલો પ્રદાન કરી શકતા નથી અને તેઓ જે હોટલ આપે છે તે બજારમાં આટલા સસ્તા ભાવે ઉપલબ્ધ છે. સદસ્યતા મળી ત્યારથી મેં એક પણ રજા વાપરી નથી. વ્યાજ વિના રિફંડ માંગવા માટે પરંતુ આ મૂંગો સ્ટાફ મને જણાવે છે કે સભ્યપદ રદ કરવા માટે ફક્ત 10 દિવસનો મફત સમયગાળો હતો. હું લેખિતમાં આનો પુરાવો માંગું છું કારણ કે મારા દસ્તાવેજો એવું કંઈ કહેતા નથી.
જો તેઓ મારી સંપૂર્ણ રકમ પરત નહીં આપે તો હું તેમને બ્લેકલિસ્ટ કરવા માટે સોશિયલ મીડિયાનો ઉપયોગ કરીશ.
હું તેમની પાસેથી કોઈ યોજના ન ખરીદવાનું સૂચન કરીશ. તમારા પૈસાને એફડીમાં રાખો અને વ્યાજ પર તમે તમારી રજાઓનો આનંદ માણી શકો છો અને આચાર્ય હંમેશા ધ્યાનમાં લેશો. મેં 10 દિવસના ફ્રી લુક પીરિયડના પુરાવા માટે ઘણા બધા મેઇલ છોડી દીધા છે પરંતુ તેઓ કોઈ પ્રતિક્રિયા આપી રહ્યા નથી. ત્યાં વેચાણ કરનાર વ્યક્તિ પણ જવાબ આપી રહ્યો નથી કારણ કે તેણે કહ્યું હતું કે હું સભ્યપદ વેચી શકું છું.
