My membership id is mh/pun/3650 and member from since 2014. Till date i have used one trip within pune. I have made membership payment in advance approx 2.5lac. I regret for my decision. Unfortunately after receiving all my payments, the reservation team is quite inactive. With one or other reason my reservation gets cancelled and thier properties are of so poor quality which i can easily get it for 2.5-3k in make my trip. They are charging huge amount for amc which is all together waste of money. 2018 feb, i had a several conversations on the poor service and the loss incurred so far, finally they agreed to waive off all my prior amc dues. Now when i tried for reservation, it still shows amc due. Since i have had enough vvvvv bad experience with mh, i request to cancel my membership and i need them to compensate for the bulk amount i paid. Please do the needful.
