Magic Holidays — non refund of down payment of rs 27750/_ mh/624575.

I have deposited rs 27750/_ on dated 3.2.18., through debit card. I cancelled membership on dated 5.2.18. With in free look in period. I requested several times through emails. But not received so far. I received email on dated 14.3.18. From mr. Vishal vanga assuring refund within 30 days on submission of bank details. But so sad. I have not received any refund so far. I am sending notice through advocate of consumer court mohali. It is cheater company. Jagdish kumar mohali. Punjab.
