Magic Holidays Panoramic Group — Not providing the facility agreed at the time of giving membership | |||||
On 30th April 2015 Miss Monika Negi of Magic Holidays (Panoramic Group) visited our house and requested us for taking membership of Magic Holidays with a promise that they will provide us 5 days and 6 nights stay at their properties as Business Promotion and thereafter we will be given 7 days stay at their properties in a year. We took the Membership under membership No. MH/CDG/0526 and paid 10% of initial membership fees and remaining was to be paid in 48 monthly installments. We started paying the installments as agreed. On 3rd September 2015 I requested for booking 2 rooms for my family for 3 days( from 25th Dec.2015 to 27th Dec.2015) at New Tehri (Uttrakhand). When we telephonically, I was assured that my booking will be confirmed within 2-3 days but I did not got any confirmation of booking. After about 15 days when I enquired from Miss Monika she told that my account is being handled by some Miss Anshu Verma. I am sorry to say that more that 0ne and half month has lapsed but there is no confirmation of my booking. The Help desk of Company is also not responding. I request the Consumer forum to take up my case. Now the Company is neither providing us service nor is returning our money deposited by us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
