In the year, 2015, april, i have enrolled to your membership program and i was forcefully asked to register for the program.
After registering the membership, i understood that financially i could not pay emi on every month and then after many emails and request magic holiday team cancelled my holiday request. I would request that not to force client to register for the membership in the 1st meeting because sales executive pressure client take decision and afterwards they come to know real problem or issue if any like happened in my case.
It was a unpleasant experience for me at all, i would like to request for refund my initial booking amount, it would be great help and support for me and my family at this point of time as we are facing financial crisis.
I hope you will take corrective action and refund my initial booking on immediate basis.
