Magic Holidays — regarding reservations

Hi,

My membership no. Is # mh/mum/3980. I am trying to make reservation from last month. Accordingly i have send a mail, but received below answer mail —

So that i have tried to visit nearest office from where i have taken a membership, but found closed. However nobody is picking-up the phone and no response received when i sent repeated emails to magic team.

I want to cancel my membership & get refund.

Could anybody suggest the formal process of cancellation. Thanks in advance.
