- Its been almost 4 weeks now - and only 2 tries / calls by RM.
- Not referring to the sale closure, I am referring to successful connected calls. Only 2 calls that were made on 30th June shows as busy or not reachable, is this information genuine - I doubt
- No efforts Magic Bricks team is taking here. not a single connected sale call made, RM not giving any update, I need to continue to msg RM on watsapp but RM will say only good morning and thank you - nice response right
- I don't think MB has the potential to provide good customer service or even a normal customer service, Sale of property is secondary
- Please go ahead and cancel my subscription and initiate full refund immediately.
- I have raised complaint ticket# 2378152. They call hear us and then say they will arrange a call back - which never happens and they close ticket saying actioned - funny or irritating isn't it
- Only activity i see is online refresh which could have been done at 1/4th of the cost or i would have done it myself.
- All other service promised seems for the sake-of to distract or to fool the customer.
