I was looking for a house on rent on magic bricks. Someone from their team called me and asked to take a three month subscription basic plan at rs. 956 after discount. He told me clearly that these will be owner properties and they will be exclusive to magic bricks and even gave me few property details that matched my search with owner’s name and all. He said if you take the subscription i ll give you the property ID and you can look for the same.
A guy named ritesh completed the task and once i paid he completely vanished in minutes. I kept searching for the property mentioned but nothing turned up on the magic bricks app. I also kept on calling for hours after that on the mobile number but no answer at all.
I would like a refund of my subscription money immediately.

I had raised request for PG in Mumbai and got a number from magic bricks. The guy asked to transfer 4000 rs and did not return it.
I need a refund.
This seems a scam number. Please check.

I was searching for pg in Andheri and came across one pg on magicbricks and contacted Anil Kumar for details regarding the same. He gave me details and I thought they are true. He said me to share my adhar card and passport size photo and deposit of Rs.2000 to make a visiting card. He said you will receive the card in 5 mins and when you will come to stay if you didn't liked the pg your 2000 rs will be refunded. After some time his manager calls and says to pay Rs.6099 if I want the card. He said Rs.6000 will be refunded to you on call only once you pay. I called anil kumar and told him to send me the visiting card first and then will pay the amount but he said to pay first. So I told him I don't want the pg give my refund back but he said if you don't want to live here then why should we do the refund.
On magicbricks the property is shown as verified but how can we trust if this happens with us.
Please look into this matter

- Its been almost 4 weeks now - and only 2 tries / calls by RM.
- Not referring to the sale closure, I am referring to successful connected calls. Only 2 calls that were made on 30th June shows as busy or not reachable, is this information genuine - I doubt
- No efforts Magic Bricks team is taking here. not a single connected sale call made, RM not giving any update, I need to continue to msg RM on watsapp but RM will say...

The executive of magic bricks sold the package but gave wrong information about the package.He said the properties have been posted by owners and they have verified it, howrver only agent posted properties were available.A relationship member wad promised to call me and help me with contacts of owners, but this was also a lie.Last he said that I can contact unlimited properties till the time I do not get a deal, but this was also a lie.

Hi i am visit magicbricks website to get the details of pg owner in baner pune maharashtra. The magicbricks will send me the contact details of pg owners and i am contact with one of them they send me photo and video of room and tell to give deposite and i will give 3000 rupees as deposite after 5 min they call me and tell to give 5500 again as security deposite so i am not assured about it so i am ask for refund my 3000 rupees but they said it is not refundable and not responding after that and it will fraud with me as money scam and the main issue is magicbricks is trusted side but they will send me a fraud contacts how will scammers .Magicbricks will not verified the user properly and user will frauded by this .I want my 3000 rupees refund from magicbricks owner .And also i will attached all online transaction and photos send by magicbricks contact dealer.

Under the guise of Premium/pro MB Prime Services, they take the amount and there is no body to reply in customer service - they do only sweet talking and there PR managers don't bother - they are just namesake - even after numerous mails and call there is absolutely no follow up and no reply:

Magicbrick company is making fool to people. They upload fake properties so that customer gets interact and take membership. Once customer takes membership they are able to see owners mobile number but when you call them so they say properties are not available and sometimes mobile number doesn't reachable. They have very good idea to get the money from customer. I have gone through a property in app where rent and maintenance, security, and mobile no. everything was mentioned but when you call to agent so they tell rent is x. Maintenance is 2/sqft. Security is 1 month. Brokerage is 15 days.really magicbrick is doing black magic.

They're selling membership with fake promise.i took membership to get preferred location property. They told me prime members (owners) upload their properties who prime customer can see only.after become prime member I was calling to owner so owners mobile no. Was not reachable. Their number is invalid they don't use those numbers.if you see prime properties on magicbrick app. There is buliding pictures of society not even flats. I spoke...

We are from Radhika Estates Vrindavan. We bought your AMS super titanum package on 18th June for 32500 / rupees. While buying the package, we were told that you will get 100 properties listing inside it, but since the package has been activated, your sales team (MR Rohit / Sourab) says that only 1 listing will be available. Apart from this, whatever material your sales team commited while giving the package, such as digital marketing, social media promotions, mailer activities and many more. Of which nothing has been provided us. The campaign manager that you have given does not pick up the phone calls and there is no working on our campaign since weeks. You try to complete this work as soon as possible and if you cannot, then give us our money back. Because after installing such a big budget, if you guys are not able to do anything, then finish it by refunding it.

Yday I bought MB prime membership.

An amount of Rs.1049/- was deducted from my account.

Yet, the app and site shows I dont hv a membership.

Being a Sunday yday - 10 July 2022, my calls to the call centrr were not responded....

Hi team, I took prime membership of Magicbricks. As per agreement they need to help me But when I have connected with two owners who posted their property for rent. But both are fake profiles. No services has provide by magicbriks as per membership.

Is magicbricks doing fraud with Prime membership? They are refunding my money back..

The guy's name is Ganesh from MagicBricks, who had been following up with me for the last 3-4 days for prime membership, he committed a lot of things while opting for this prime membership, but after taking this, he stopped picking my calls despite several messages also. I want to show everyone their true color, how they play with their emotions and their hard earned money

I have been scammed by this guy named VIKAS PATEL

My booking amount is still not refunded by the pg owner. I submitted the booking amount of 2000 but after that I immediately canceled but the amount has not been refunded yet.

This is my second time complaining and no action has been taken yet

A magric bricks officer lady called us and asked 1500 rs for opening owner details of an apartment..
After paying they unlocked the ad. Immediately after calling the owner they says it is rented out last year
A clear case of fraud and cheating the cuatomers by Magic bricks

Me and my friend got a PG lead on the official website under the name: Paying Guest House PG Boys and Girls/Hostels. Property ID: 299041 The property details included information of the different flats available under the owner name of Mohan. It shows that there are total of 450 beds available under this owner with variety of occupancy and prices available. It was shown that he is a verified partner on MagicBricks and we received his number...

Magicbricks have shown that they will provide a legal rent agreement with a charges of fees 899 rupees, within 2 days on provided email. but the provided document to me is nothing but a print on 500 rupees stamp paper, it is even not noterised.
such type of fake promises from so well known website is not acceptable.
I tried to contact on phone number from hich I received the calls regarding this and for the owners and tenents details check, but the person on other side of the number is not answering, even disconnecting the call.
Very frustrating service from magicbricks I lose money and my two weeks of time also.

They asked me to pay the booking amount of Rs 2000 which I did and if I had any problem they'll refund it.
But later on I received a call from them regarding verification process and then they demanded to pay the full amount to which I did not agree.
Now they are even refusing to pay the refund.

I request for a refund and action against the owner in the light of the issue described below.

I'm a student, seeking an accommodation for a month's span for coming down to Mumbai for my internship during my summer break.

I'm complaining about an owner who has taken refundable advance and is now refusing to refund when we ask for cancelation. This is about Sunil PG, Lower Parel, Mumbai. He had been making rounds of calls to us to push to pay the refundable advance amount since last night (22nd June, 2022). We had shared our contact details on the site to connect with the owner yesterday itself. The owner shared videos of his PG outlet, the amenities and the rooms and promised us that an amount of 2000 rupees should be sent to make the booking confirmed and later if we plan on cancelling, he would return that share of money and if we plan to stay, then it gets adjusted in the total amount being charged as per the website.

I and a friend of mine paid 2000 rupees each to make the booking for a triple occupancy room at Sunil PG, this morning. We were asked to share our Aadhar details and were told that we will receive verification calls. I received the call and was asked questions regarding my stay, my purpose of visiting Mumbai and about my college. Later he made some more calls and asked for more money which is also going to be refundable. When I told him, I don't understand the process and would want my earlier money to be refunded, he denied.

He kept asking us to pay the extra amount of 5000 while we were on the call itself. It is genuinely a fraud and I would like to bring this to your notice as we came to the website for the website's credibility and goodwill. If this is how we are being trapped into frauds and have to turn victims to cyber crime than I am sorry to say but the website is not verifying the agents and properties well.
