Hi team, I took prime membership of Magicbricks. As per agreement they need to help me But when I have connected with two owners who posted their property for rent. But both are fake profiles. No services has provide by magicbriks as per membership.

Is magicbricks doing fraud with Prime membership? They are refunding my money back.....

The guy's name is Ganesh from MagicBricks, who had been following up with me for the last 3-4 days for prime membership, he committed a lot of things while opting for this prime membership, but after taking this, he stopped picking my calls despite several messages also. I want to show everyone their true color, how they play with their emotions and their hard earned money

I have been scammed by this guy named VIKAS PATEL...

My booking amount is still not refunded by the pg owner. I submitted the booking amount of 2000 but after that I immediately canceled but the amount has not been refunded yet.

This is my second time complaining and no action has been taken yet...

A magric bricks officer lady called us and asked 1500 rs for opening owner details of an apartment..
After paying they unlocked the ad. Immediately after calling the owner they says it is rented out last year
A clear case of fraud and cheating the cuatomers by Magic bricks...

Me and my friend got a PG lead on the official website under the name: Paying Guest House PG Boys and Girls/Hostels. Property ID: 299041 The property details included information of the different flats available under the owner name of Mohan. It shows that there are total of 450 beds available under this owner with variety of occupancy and prices available. It was shown that he is a verified partner on MagicBricks and we received his number...

Magicbricks have shown that they will provide a legal rent agreement with a charges of fees 899 rupees, within 2 days on provided email. but the provided document to me is nothing but a print on 500 rupees stamp paper, it is even not noterised.
such type of fake promises from so well known website is not acceptable.
I tried to contact on phone number from hich I received the calls regarding this and for the owners and tenents...

They asked me to pay the booking amount of Rs 2000 which I did and if I had any problem they'll refund it.
But later on I received a call from them regarding verification process and then they demanded to pay the full amount to which I did not agree.
Now they are even refusing to pay the refund....

I'm complaining about an owner who has taken refundable advance and is now refusing to refund when we ask for cancelation....

I received the call from MB representative that there are property listed on MB in the area where I am looking for, Under MB prime I will be getting direct details of owner. MB prime cost me Rs 4999. He also told me that if I got property from somewhere else then the entire amount will be refunded only an agreement is necessary to ask for the refund.

My brother has paid a certain amount to you for listing down the owner's contact details for house on rent, and after 2 or 3 people contacted my brother. you and your team did not receive our calls nor are they calling us back for any review.

On 9th June 2022, we saw a partner verified ad on Magicbricks for a coed hostel in Mumbai Central with the owner as Anil Kumar (Contact no.[protected]) . All the photos were verified and so, we requested that the Contact be shared. I received a SMS from Magicbricks mentioning the Contact number of the owner. I had purchased a titanium package one month ago...They told me that free listing is going on so the package you bought will not show in the app.. Instead, they told me to use their portal for which I was using also, but as soon as the free listing got over my ad and everything vanished.. I purchased a money-back plan with Rs. 4200, In which the condition was that I will get 100% money back if I find a tenant before magicbricks. I have been duped by a person whose number I got from magicbricks. On the pretext of booking the pg online the person asked me to pay a total of Rs 31588 and later when I said that I don't want to book the pg online the person asked me to pay a total amount of Rs 8000 to get the entire refund back. After some time when I called the person he did not pick any calls and did not refund my money even after me cancelling the booking....

Then I have searched internet to verify about the called army person.

Now I cannot see the responses of the buyers and magicbricks prompts me to pay again online. Sourav do not answer on whatsapp now. This is shear cheating the Magicbricks.com. I request you to unlock the access of the website immediately....

Hello. I bought a Platinum Package with this ### company and they are absolutely not helpful in even a simple locality correction, saying they say it as a major change. Absolutely ### group, no responses from CUSTOMERs except for their sales rep trying to up-sell, calling in droves....

I was scammed saying that the person Aniket Vijay Kalbhor from CISF Dept. wants my house for rent.
I asked him to pay deposit amount of 50000INR.
He asked me to pay him 50000 INR via GooglePay as he will send me 1lakh INR in return[due to CISF terms and conditions].
I sent him 1 rupee two times to check and third time I sent him 5000 rupees.
He blocked me after that and my money is gone.

Before I buying the valuation package your team member Himanshu Dixit committed to me that if you are not satisfied with the valuation report or answers given by Valuer, so that case he was going to refund my money back. Even after 12-13 days Himanshu Dixit has not refunded my money back.Morevet he is giving false information to me that refund process is already initiated.
Kindly refund my money back on priority basis.
