I have opted for free listing initially but after consistent ads and enticements in terms of benefits sent to me throught Texts to buy paid listing for our property for better prospects as largely advertised. I therefore bought the Gold Package and thereafter i started receiving calls to upgrade my package by paying more to enhance the visibility in order to get the deal done in the quickest possible time as said by the telemarketing executives....

I have made an rent payment through my credit card and then I received a massage that rent have been credited to owner account but it has not been transfer yet. There is no credit been made on owner account.

I've selected a platinum plan in magic bricks at a cost of 1800/-.To rent out my property.

However, I am dissatisfied with the service they provided to me from June 6 to till date.I saw no response from their website.

Their customer executive told me if you didn't receive any response.you can close that ad at anytime and we give you the refund likewise she told me.Thats y I taken.br...

I have paid rent amount of 59000/- 1 week back and till now the amount is not credited, I am calling daily to the support number and also sent emails but no use.
Whenever I call they just say within 24 hours it will be credited. but till now no update on the same.
No update on emails and phone calls, they are just extending the deposit timeline...

I subscribed for MbPrime Pro subscription, However the services were not working as expected. I was not able to pull any owner or agent info for any property. I was getting error like email id or phone number as blocked.

Reporting to Magicbricks customer support is like talking...

Worst service. Errors in ad, no responses from tenants...

I purchased a 840 rupees plan to get 15 owner numbers to get rented house in Rohini Delhi. But they have shared the properties which were already rented and falsely marked as agents. I called 5-6 properties out of 15 properties quota and all were waste and they deduct them from the 15 numbers quota so that means they are just doing fraud to the consumers and when we ask for refund they are saying they wont do the refund because we have called...

Today we bought that package. They deducted the 2000 odd from our bank account. But they said that transaction failed. Money is not returned. No one picks in their call centers...

I was searching for a property on magic bricks and regarding that i got a call from their represetative i gave him all the details of the property i was looking for...later he asked me that can he share my number with the agents and i very catagorically told him not do so...instead i told him to send me the property details and i myself will contact the ones i would be interested in...despite my saying no he shared my details with n number...

I was continuously disturbed by pavan sales person from magic bricks to buy titanium package . No responses at all...

They keep calling and disturbing there are many calls in a day I want you to block all calls related to this company in near future and I want you to do it as soon as possible as I get 10-12 calls per day and I am bored tired and angry with the company . Stop this harassment. I already deactivated your account and still you are bothering me. I don't have time to accept your calls. Because of your endless calls. I can't even concentrate on...

Two weeks before I posted my property in magic bricks, till time no customer come, ather than any mail,
and also no information from your company, and also no responses, I am not satisfied from your services

I Selvi I have bought Titanium package from Magic bricks, but no response from ur side single executive has not called regarding service,

Some Fellow has called has asking to do upgrade, saying that this package is not suitable for u.

But when I bought this package in that it shows will get leads who ever is interested in near areas. Mailing campaigning.

You all are fraud people.br...

I registered my complaint regarding unprofessional services given by magic brick. I must say it's total waste of money. Once you paid for there services, then they are least bother about their commitment s. I tried to sell my flat in Pune with the help of magic brick. But they changed 3 relationship officers in the span of 2 months, not a single relationship manager tried to do there job & even there wasn't any firm steps taken by magic brick,...

Very dissapointed after searching rented appartment & spending too much time, as the prices given over there is not the actual price after visiting the site. The agent told us the its just for attracting the customers and the actual price is 10 to 15k higher than the mention price . Very very very bad app magic bricks..

Me and my family searching so long and finally we all liked the property Sunteck city goregaon via Agen Ankit...

Since last 6-8 month i have observed wrong advertisements are put on your website. You are misguiding the customers. The afents are not verified looks like.
Yoy are not replying to the mail complaints also...

Iam upgrade to gold plan to recharge on my phonepay about 2000 bt in magic bricks not shown again saying upgrade to gold or silver where is my 2000 u people are cheating like poor people among fraud sites like this...
