As I have informed individually and to teams. It is very disappointing to experience completely different behavior of the teams and individuals before payment and after payment. My number was reachable for the sales team, account managers, each and every one of them trying to get a lead and make the prospect pay and make a sale with the lead.
However once the payment is done, suddenly the teams don't have access...

We have taken a package with relationship manager for renting out our 1bhk flats. The sales person had assured us of renting as many flats as possible out of the 16 that we have. We were assured that we would get an update from our RM every week. The relationship manager assigned to us Ms. Divyani had a cold attitude towards us. She has updated me once in 5 weeks after I had repeatedly asked for the status on our ad. We have never expected...

I had purchased on recommendation of ABHISHEK JHA, Lucknow and deposited Rs 1679/-through bank, through challan number CBINH[protected] on 09/08/21.I had told him my internet banking is not working so he provided me bank details saying this deal is only for one day. Magic Bricks - Provides very poor customer service over phone and email.
I am unable to set a price, unable to upload pictures and my property doesn't show up in the search. When I asked about these over phone, they are just ignoring my issues and never care about the customers both over phone and email. Magic Bricks needs to seriously warned for cheating customers by making them to buy an expensive package and in return providing...

Phone caller indicates he is from Ahmedabad and would like to move straight away from Ahmedabad to the property I am renting. This I am undergoing second time after posting ad through online portals. He will next send false ID proofs and then will come to a point where he will...

1. The Deposit for my property is Rs.100, 000 and not Rs.10, 000 as mentioned in the advertisement.

2. The property is fully furnished, but the advertisement shows it as unfurnished....

2. The Photoshoot has still not been done. I got a call from the photographer last week stating that he is nearby my property and will be doing the photoshoot. I did not get any prior intimation of my booking time. How do you expect me to be ready as per your availability???
3. After the initial discussion, Till date i have not got even 1...

I have payed for sliver prime and now no one from magicbrick is responding....

I had paid rent through magic bricks and there was offer of cashback of 250 rupees when paid through amazon pay back icici credit card unfortunately I have yet on received the cash back after more than 1 month.

Hi, I had just paid up Rs. 699 for magic bricks prime silver package. The amount got deducted from my account but it said that the payment had failed. I am not been able to access mb prime. Kindly help me resolve this. Either refund the payment or activate the services....

I have been requesting MagicBricks for a professional photoshoot since 9th of July but there has not been any photoshoot conducted yet and neither I have got verified tag on my property . It’s completely waste of my time and money and hence requested them to kindly refund my money as soon as possible because after calling the customer agent today he is saying that there is no photoshoot available for your package inspite of paying for it...

I have posted a property to rent out with advise from your agent that details will be taken by your advertisement team. I paid 5650/- in hope of getting better response. I am shocked in the behavior of one of your staff named Sunil who only enrolled me but never picked up my phone or assisted me in submitting details of my flat. This is pathetic from Magicbricks...

I paid Rs. Rs 3800 for a Titanum package of advertising my villa in June 2021. Below is the receipt. They did not provide any lead whatsoever. They did not engage a relationship manager. Even accessing their site is not permitted. They will have to refund the amount immediately.
