I was searching for a property on magic bricks and regarding that i got a call from their represetative i gave him all the details of the property i was looking for...later he asked me that can he share my number with the agents and i very catagorically told him not do so...instead i told him to send me the property details and i myself will contact the ones i would be interested in...despite my saying no he shared my details with n number...

I was continuously disturbed by pavan sales person from magic bricks to buy titanium package . No responses at all

They keep calling and disturbing there are many calls in a day I want you to block all calls related to this company in near future and I want you to do it as soon as possible as I get 10-12 calls per day and I am bored tired and angry with the company . Stop this harassment. I already deactivated your account and still you are bothering me. I don't have time to accept your calls. Because of your endless calls. I can't even concentrate on my work. Stop this nuisance. If I get any more calls from your company, surely I will file a written complaint. Just give me some peace of mind. Iam fed up with your calls. I don't owe a single money to you. Iam not your borrower. I am not your slave. I was your customer. Stop your calls.This is my last warning

Two weeks before I posted my property in magic bricks, till time no customer come, ather than any mail,
and also no information from your company, and also no responses, I am not satisfied from your services

I Selvi I have bought Titanium package from Magic bricks, but no response from ur side single executive has not called regarding service,

Some Fellow has called has asking to do upgrade, saying that this package is not suitable for u.

But when I bought this package in that it shows will get leads who ever is interested in near areas. Mailing campaigning.

You all are fraud people.

I want my money refund or else will sue in court.

This is not threat, my Brother in Law is Lawyer ( Mr.Kannan Thevar).

Check with any legal Department.

Single service I haven't got it from ur side.

I registered my complaint regarding unprofessional services given by magic brick. I must say it's total waste of money. Once you paid for there services, then they are least bother about their commitment s. I tried to sell my flat in Pune with the help of magic brick. But they changed 3 relationship officers in the span of 2 months, not a single relationship manager tried to do there job & even there wasn't any firm steps taken by magic brick, after my complaint.

Very dissapointed after searching rented appartment & spending too much time, as the prices given over there is not the actual price after visiting the site. The agent told us the its just for attracting the customers and the actual price is 10 to 15k higher than the mention price . Very very very bad app magic bricks..

Me and my family searching so long and finally we all liked the property Sunteck city goregaon via Agen Ankit Bajaj but after visiting the sites they told us like this, really magic bricks its very very very dissapointed. Just wasted our time & energy

Since last 6-8 month i have observed wrong advertisements are put on your website. You are misguiding the customers. The afents are not verified looks like.
Yoy are not replying to the mail complaints also

Iam upgrade to gold plan to recharge on my phonepay about 2000 bt in magic bricks not shown again saying upgrade to gold or silver where is my 2000 u people are cheating like poor people among fraud sites like this

My 3-BHK apartment in Sobha Quartz, Bellandur, Bangalore has been put up for rent by a broker (agent) named Raju (Mobile number [protected]) and he has posted pictures of the interiors of my apartment. I have not approached this broker for any such service. In fact my apartment is already rented out early this year and this mischief by the broker damages my credibility with my tenant. Such mischief needs to be punished. As the broker has put this up on Magicbricks web site, I hold Magicbricks responsible for this mischief and demand immediate withdrawal of this posting from the Magicbricks web site. Also want to know what punitive action Magicbricks has taken against this broker.

Pictures from your web site are enclosed and also the SMS I received from Magicbricks when I clicked on contact agent.

As I have informed individually and to teams. It is very disappointing to experience completely different behavior of the teams and individuals before payment and after payment. My number was reachable for the sales team, account managers, each and every one of them trying to get a lead and make the prospect pay and make a sale with the lead.
However once the payment is done, suddenly the teams don't have access...

We have taken a package with relationship manager for renting out our 1bhk flats. The sales person had assured us of renting as many flats as possible out of the 16 that we have. We were assured that we would get an update from our RM every week. The relationship manager assigned to us Ms. Divyani had a cold attitude towards us. She has updated me once in 5 weeks after I had repeatedly asked for the status on our ad. We have never expected magic bricks to be this indifferent to customer woes. I have given feedback and complained on a call back 4 days back. No response till now. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I had purchased on recommendation of ABHISHEK JHA, Lucknow and deposited Rs 1679/-through bank, through challan number CBINH[protected] on 09/08/21.I had told him my internet banking is not working so he provided me bank details saying this deal is only for one day. But till date my package is not active.

Magic Bricks - Provides very poor customer service over phone and email.
I am unable to set a price, unable to upload pictures and my property doesn't show up in the search. When I asked about these over phone, they are just ignoring my issues and never care about the customers both over phone and email. Magic Bricks needs to seriously warned for cheating customers by making them to buy an expensive package and in return providing shoddy customer service. I can be reached over phone at [protected]

Phone caller indicates he is from Ahmedabad and would like to move straight away from Ahmedabad to the property I am renting. This I am undergoing second time after posting ad through online portals. He will next send false ID proofs and then will come to a point where he will...

1. The Deposit for my property is Rs.100, 000 and not Rs.10, 000 as mentioned in the advertisement.

2. The property is fully furnished, but the advertisement shows it as unfurnished.

I Dr Bhavesh c Jain have registeredy property with magicbrick (pan of 5999/-) to sell my [protected]@ Siddhi vijay soc, chakan, pune. My first relationship manager was Miss simran. But as per her promise she didn't gave me any follow up, any message (only 3mails ). I called her many times but hardly there was any response from her side. Suddenly I got a call from Miss Jyotsna, she introduced herself as new relationship manager .I thought atleast she will work genuinely to sell my flat, but again history repeated, no call, no message, no mail, no property refresh, no lead, again I tried to call her but no reply. Then one day she answered my call & told me that she left the job & relationship manager is changed.
But because of these unprofessional behaviour my days are wasting & now only few days left for my plan to get over . I m thoroughly disappointed with services, I m really in need so I m going to sell my flat ...but...
It's my humble request you that please extend my plan for a month with genuine relationship manager or return my money back 🙏
Once again it's my request to reply my mail ASAP & take strict action on this, otherwise I will have to take some action on this.

1. I took the package of a relationship manager on 28July
2. The Photoshoot has still not been done. I got a call from the photographer last week stating that he is nearby my property and will be doing the photoshoot. I did not get any prior intimation of my booking time. How do you expect me to be ready as per your availability???
3. After the initial discussion, Till date i have not got even 1 call from the RM on status or efforts being made for my property
4. I had called the number of my account RM on 9Aug21 and she was on leave. I had to request a call back
5. Not got even 1 lead on prospective buyers till date.

6. The RM called me on 10th August 21. She was to confirm back to me the points we discussed on the email, on the same day.

Here we are 2 days later, I've not had any update

Secondly, the photoshoot of the property was to be scheduled for 12-August-21 (Tomorrow). I have not received any time slot for the same. This is a repeat of what had happened last week. Does Magic Bricks expect me to be available for the entire day?

Magic Bricks continues to disappoint me with your services !

This is extremely unprofessional of Magic Bricks that after taking money from customers, we have to follow up !!
