Not how and what is been taken care in selecting these guys am goin to complain to police on Magic Bricks and the executive... Do call me and need the complete details accordingly...

Hi, I had just paid up Rs. 699 for magic bricks prime silver package. The amount got deducted from my account but it said that the payment had failed. I am not been able to access mb prime. Kindly help me resolve this. Either refund the payment or activate the services.

I have been requesting MagicBricks for a professional photoshoot since 9th of July but there has not been any photoshoot conducted yet and neither I have got verified tag on my property . It’s completely waste of my time and money and hence requested them to kindly refund my money as soon as possible because after calling the customer agent today he is saying that there is no photoshoot available for your package inspite of paying for it . I would like to raise a refund issue as soon as possible due to lack of services provided by them. In the email they had mentioned that there is a professional photoshoot but after purchasing the package they are telling me to self verify my property then what is the the use of my package ? there was no option but to file a complain in consumers forum regarding lack of proper services inspite paying for the same . the amount was around Rs 2300

I have posted a property to rent out with advise from your agent that details will be taken by your advertisement team. I paid 5650/- in hope of getting better response. I am shocked in the behavior of one of your staff named Sunil who only enrolled me but never picked up my phone or assisted me in submitting details of my flat. This is pathetic from Magicbricks

Your officer Dinesh Pawar latched onto me after I posted a free ad and cajoled me into your Golden package promising me personal support. It's over a week and have no response. I think their is a glitch in the ad. Dines Pawar refuses to take calls and does not reply to messages. I feel cheated because my money wasted and this is improper behaviour of your representative.

I am getting the same reply every time.

As discussed, over the phone support team, right now I don't have an Electricity Bill/Water Bill, it's in the builder's name and even though Sale Deed document I have it is in Kannada language only.
I have already submitted owner proof documents that are Allotment Letter and Occupation letter received from government organization (i.e., Bangalore Development Authority).
Request check with other support team members who know the kannada language and verify the provided documents.

Also, my Property location details showing incorrectly in the portal, it is displaying Doopanahalli instead of Doddabanahalli, and not able to edit the details.

The title of property should as below
For Rent, 2 BHK, BDA Chandragiri Apartment, Multistorey Apartment, Doddabanahalli, Bangalore, 13, 000, 1200 Sq-ft.

Kindly look into my request and do the needful at the earliest.
