My name is ajay agarwal. I have registered on 27 march 2021 as a diamond customer through your agent Mr. Sahil. After that i started getting leads for property but not even a single lead is correct. When i started contacting the leads they said that they were looking for property in delhi but the site showed my property which is located in lucknow. Each one of the lead is from outside lucknow like some were from west bengal and were not at...

I have paid some amounts for listings but found that suddenly after paying the listing fees, i did not receive any phone calls, sms, whatsapp messages or email. Earlier we use to get message from all the modes of communication.

Have received phone call from photoshoot person but on 3rd reminder a call back was arranged from the sales team.

Unfortunately i made a mistake by paying directly through the link received...

I paid rs.2000 to Sachin Rawal contact no- [protected] one of the agent on magicbrick app to to search a 1bhk flat for me.
After 1 day i called Sachin Rawal and said i don't want flat, i am leaving for my home. So plz return my money after deducting your view charges.
But now he is refusing to return my money.
I hope you guys will take action regarding this. As I am a student right now so money matters...

Horrible experience...an ### and liar relationship manager named Shreyansh kr was assigned...he made some fake sale promises and made me to pay 4k...he told that if the property is not sold in 3 months he can extend for 1 month extra..I went by his words and after 3 months when I asked for 1 month extra he just felt from sky and said that I am lying and he haven't said that previously...the sales people...

Magicbrick is not listing my property properly besides having taken high price platinum package. Due to improper listing, I am not getting any leads via Magicbrick postings....

Company services n processes are pathetic
First of all your sales agent Ankit all lied to me in order to get a sale
Then it takes 2 days to get a RM after consistently following up with your team n to get my mail id changed but yet I don’t have the access to view my Prime subscription of magic bricks on my iOS app n on website

And the RM who was assigned to me is least helpful, the owners numbers provided...

I purchased a rent agreement on magicBricks.com on 28 Feb 2021. They promise delevered in 7 days, I am trying to contact them there is no reply or response from website . Order ID: 23153047...

Worst agent, I have found one property in Hinjewadi and I was ready to buy, Agent Sachin was assigned to me for further assistance. I called him wrote him messages he just replied once and wasted my 10 days and not even he helped me but he completely ignored all my messages and calls. I even called Magic Brick and asked for help as agent Sachin was ignoring but everyone told that only he can help and refused to help me.

I have unsubscribed magic bricks from receiving emails to my mail id multiple times by visiting their website completely. Frequently they are sending mails about 10-15 per day from different mail ids even i blocked all mail ids.. Feeling very irritated....

I have created Account with MagicBricks with and Individual/Owner. But MagicBricks is make it Default user type as Individual/Ower to "Agent". when i connected them that they response is vague. every time they are giving different reasons.

My relationship manager is Umar. Before signing the contract he was regular in contacting me and once the contract is signed I am trying to reach him through email and no response. The behavior is completely changed.

Took diamond package : wrong details uploaded, no response from anybody for correction.Nobody picks phone.No helpline number...

Your rent agreement service is a total scam and money grab. First, my property owner placed an order for 500/- then someone from magic bricks called and asked for 200/- extra for Gujarat. paid that too. and then there is no update from your side, we tried contacting you multiple times and customer support is not responding to calls neither I get any callback, you say 7 days service and it's almost a month and I have no clue where my rent...

This guys are the most unprofessional marketing professionals I have ever encountered. I wanted to sell my property in Bangalore, and somehow magic bricks reached out to me and begged with all their efforts so that I take their service. I did take the service and it’s been 3 months, I didn’t get a single response...

I have taken paid package from Magicbricks for seller plan and now when I am following up on the plan, there is nobody to answer the calls and the agent priya Gupta who was in touch with me is also ignoring my call..

This is highly unacceptable, where we pay and take the packages but no call or follow up done for the customer

I need a call from Magicbricks for my queries..

I have been looking for property register with magic bricks I just browse through flats in an area

Next day I received several calls from brokerage. This is breach of data privacy..without my knowledge no data to be shared

Surprisingly I also received a called from qatar ..I did not picked up again I received a call and he said I got number from a housing portal I was sure it's magicbricks.....
