I got scammed by prashant shrii..He showed me some flats worth 12 lakhs so I said ok I'm interested in buying the exact same flat he showed me then he said if you want the numbers you have to join the membership as soon I joined the membership he blocked me and din't give me the numbers I pay 699 because I wanted to buy that flat

Now tell me is this how you fool your customers..relationship manager is calling me that there is no flat for 12 lakhs and why you guys told me to join

I have registered on Magicbricks. After some days i have received called from Magicbricks. They have told me to activate paid services to get the details of owners. And also promised that you will able to get 40 number of owners.
And he had told me to login on Magicbricks websites and i have completed payment. I have got email from Magicbricks that my pack is activated. But in applications it was not activated. After that i have tried to contact with representative of magic bricks but they refused to help. Request to give me my money. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

I have paid 699/-on 9/4/2021as per scheme toserch house. I was asked to send money which has been sent by net banking and the same has debited from my account. But magic brick is denying. I have the proof and my bank has also confirmed that amount has been credited to the company on 9/4/2021.

IF NOT SOLVED I MAY BE FORCED TO COMPLAINTS FIR as cheating.

They have charged 12500 Rs for owner assist plan. From past 20 days they are frequently changing the RM. Apart from that they are doing nothing and all the executive s are very arrogant and least bothered.

Please don't ever subscribe to magic bricks and waste your hard earned money.

Very very much disappointing and hopeless service.

In February I posted my property for PG on their site. I immediately received several calls and emails from them and they coaxed me to buy their Gold package for 60days with promise of 75%visibility and they assured me that 1 relationship manager will be assigned to specially look into my property related queries. 8photos with 1 video of property was provided by me thrice but only 1 photo is uploaded on their site. 45 days already passed not a single relevant response received. All efforts to contact their executive by call and messages are fruitless. They are not bridging gap between owner and costumer.

Magicbricks is a company or a website that is ripping of people money they track your doings by ads platforms and they call u before u even trying to make payments . i was selling my property in dwarka and was told to buy diamond subscribtion of 2800/- rs so i got it in which it was clearly mentioned that i will get unlimited interested buyers contact information & 100 credit so i thought why not give it a try but after making payment i was not getting any credit and they still charging me more for buying credits now ive been scammed and alot of people are getting everyday. m sharing this screen shot which i took before making payment of the services and m sharing down under. if this portal helps or not m still going to file a case against this website in consumer court.

One lady from magic bricks contacted me on 2nd April, informing me about a package for an ad for renting of house in magic bricks website. She also told me of the photo shoot of the property and informed that the ad will be published after 24 hrs from the time of payment. According ly I paid the package fee of rs.2080 on 2.4.2021 by account transfer. Till date the ad is not published. I request that my money be returned or pl take action against this fraudulent people.

I have paid some amounts for listings but found that suddenly after paying the listing fees, i did not receive any phone calls, sms, whatsapp messages or email. Earlier we use to get message from all the modes of communication.

Have received phone call from photoshoot person but on 3rd reminder a call back was arranged from the sales team.

Unfortunately i made a mistake by paying directly through the link received on email which was a trap. I am actually aware of the package details.

I paid rs.2000 to Sachin Rawal contact no- [protected] one of the agent on magicbrick app to to search a 1bhk flat for me.
After 1 day i called Sachin Rawal and said i don't want flat, i am leaving for my home. So plz return my money after deducting your view charges.
But now he is refusing to return my money.
I hope you guys will take action regarding this. As I am a student right now so money matters most at this time

Horrible experience...an ### and liar relationship manager named Shreyansh kr was assigned...he made some fake sale promises and made me to pay 4k...he told that if the property is not sold in 3 months he can extend for 1 month extra..I went by his words and after 3 months when I asked for 1 month extra he just felt from sky and said that I am lying and he haven't said that previously...the sales people like Shreyansh kr is horrible who doesn't respond after they receive the payment...my order id is 52366159...kindly take care of this incident...the experience that I got I wil never recommend anyone from my friends and relatives to go for MAGIC bricks and I will publish my experience in every platform of social media...

First of all your sales agent Ankit all lied to me in order to get a sale
Then it takes 2 days to get a RM after consistently following up with your team n to get my mail id changed but yet I don’t have the access to view my Prime subscription of magic bricks on my iOS app n on website

And the RM who was assigned to me is least helpful, the owners numbers provided are all invalid or doesn’t exist n unable to view the exclusive properties

I regret that I subscribed to MagicBricks n not hoping that my query will be solved even after writing to you

Worst agent, I have found one property in Hinjewadi and I was ready to buy, Agent Sachin was assigned to me for further assistance. I called him wrote him messages he just replied once and wasted my 10 days and not even he helped me but he completely ignored all my messages and calls. I even called Magic Brick and asked for help as agent Sachin was ignoring but everyone told that only he can help and refused to help me.
If you guys can not serve the client properly why you assign this type of agents who will waste customers time.
