Not yet any action taken by magicbricks end, as my package is going to expire, all my money invested two times going wasted, not even they uploaded my clients flat pictures in profiles, still reflecting in other dealer profile, my client doesnot want to deal with that dealer due to his greedy and voilent behaviour, thats y he chose me to done the photography of his flat which magicbrick phitographer given to other dealer for extra money.

Please do the needful

    We had taken a package of 12000 one and half month back in faridabad haryana. We were continuisely calling magicbrick for photography o[censored]r sites for ren and sale purchase, they have sent mr vinay yesterday i. E. On 11/11/19 in puri pratham sec 84. Photographer has taken the pictures of our clients flat an when i asked mr vinay, have u uploaded those pictures to my account in magicbrick then he was making us fool and said sir you have two accounts, one is mine and other is for another dealer named deepak arora reziding in same society and he's our competitor as well, so vinay uploaded all those pictures in deepak arora account, when we traced him, he said it was one by istake, i thought this is ur account, i mean how is that possible. This is 2nd time i have been cheated from magic bricks earlier mr madhur were done the same. Vinay has my clients details to another dealer deepak arora just for 500-1000 rs. Till now he has not uploaded those pictures in my account. Still these picture are reflecting in that dealer account.
    Its my request to take immediate action against magicbrick.

      From the day one nothing is working
      Photoshot was scheduled, no one called on that day. I had to call multiple
      Times ans wasted 3 hours before someone came and took photos.
      Now it has been 3rd day, those photos are still not uploaded to magicbricks
      Website.
      Again, i was told that they will post add on times of india on weekend,
      But no information on that. When i called they said i have to provide the
      Content. Now when i tried to provide content, the stupid application does
      Not work. It does not showing the city in the dropdown and i am getting
      Error.

        paid for gold package for 2 bhk advertisement, still not activated, advertised the package

        I have opted for gold package for 2 bhk house rental advertisement,, i have made the payment dtd 9th october 2019,,, initially magic bricks acknowledged payment not received, after sharing paytm order id, successful transaction details... After 3 days accepted payment received... But till now services not activated, advertised,, daily i am calling, sending mails and following with magic brick customer care,... Still yet to get solution from...

        I was convinced by magic bricks customer care to purchase gold package for advertising my property on august 28th 2019. But it now even after 40 days it’s not activated, i am fed up calling the customer care and emailing them about package activation or refund my money, magic brick ticket id is 1675941. I never had encountered such pathetic customer care service

          Hello Sir,
          This is unhappy customer, who was convinced by magic bricks customer care mainly Mr. Billal, to purchase package for advertising my property.

          however, since the time i have purchased the package i could not see my advertisement in the magic bricks till date on regular basis.

          its just once twice i could see and later it is dissapppeared.

          i was promised that it will appear in the first page and will get good responses, but till date i received only four messages in my response box.

          I am fed up of calling, sending messages and emails and finally decided to lodge my complain with the hope that i will get some justice.

          Most of my time, after purchasing the packing is wasted in coordinating and calling up the customer service, and Mr. BIllal not appeared thereafter.

          I would also request new investors to not depend on the customer service at all as they just want to complete their targets and once you invest they do not response as they were expected to, this is my experience.

          I would appreciate if my concern is considered and justified.

              On several requests on mail and on calls no refund processes is initiated and no reply by magicbricks, as they have not activated my package on committed time frame.
              On today call, they told me that we can't refund your money as we activated your package. After 12 days of payment they activated my package without confirming with me as the refund process is already pending and taken too time to activate my package.
              I request to please refund my money under ticket id. 1671131 immediately as i faced a loss by negligence by magicbricks

                I bought an agent plan worth 2889 on 24th but the package did not show as bought. I sent a mail to their customer care with proof of payment and told them to activate the package. They told to update certain details which i duely updated. After that they said that your package will be activated within 24 hrs. But it didn't happen. Now everytime i call they give new excuses and say it will be activated within 48 hours. It's kind of harrassment for me.

Even though i had given my house address and locality it is not getting displayed to the buyers and every call giving same complaint and people are unable to see the same in your website. I had chat with customer care in their website but they are lying and saying that i have not provided the same. Is this not breach of trust...

                  I have bought a gold plan from magic brick to rent out my property at akankha, kolkata on 28 july 2019. Magic bricks confirmed the property id: 43726933.

                  After that i am not allowed to log onto magic brick portal to view the responses to update the property posting. I did try to seek help from magic brick customer support call back option. Magic brick customer support also gave me calls few times. All in vain. I transferred the money over internet, i have the documentation with bank as well. However their support did not enable me to either log on to the account, or provide any service against the gold plan. When i asked the customer service agent to refund my money, they simply told refund not possible. It turned out that magic brick has done fraud with me taking the money and simply not giving any service and no refund either. After that when i tried to find ombudsman / customer support to lodge my complaint, i can't find any option in magic brick portal to lodge complaint. It turned out that magic brick is running a fraud business, it is a shame for such a big name like magic brick but for me it is a complete fraud. Please advise me next steps.

                    He avuses continuously that's why even I got angry and started abuse your agent

                    I never felt such think in olx 99 acres but 1st time m felling guilty by using MAGIC brick

                      Hi,

                      The sales guys gave wrong commitments stating that we should be receiving 25 leads per day for a listing. I have posted my property listings and have just received one fake response.

                      I have made 5 calls to the customer care starting from 22nd July 2019 and till now not found any resolution to my queries raised.

                      None of my questions are answered and this seems to be a fake company with a fake customer care service.

                      I have still now not received an account manager to handle my case. Money is collected in huge sums from customers and then no one is responsible.

                      All calls and emails seems to be unanswered.

                        There is an agent, named sajal bhanja ([protected]), misguided me regarding the property ps pristine by ps group. He misguided me and wasted both my money and time. When i refused to buy the property after i got to know the truth, this person kept calling and disturbing me continuously. He is also sending me voice recordings. This action of him is very threatening to me and the continued calls are also very disturbing and harassing. Please take necessary action against him.

                            After rigorous follow up by magic bricks, i selected titanium plan. No listing, no pick up or call back on customer service, no alternative contact, total waste of money.
                            Listing not even visible even after putting area specific search.
                            Got one mobile number of agent customer care, but he was extremely rude on phone and not ready to help.
                            In fact what response he gave is there is other higher service to be selected and titanium is of no use.

                              Customer care followed up nicely till payment was made and then very poor service.

                              I had opted for Titanium package on 15.4.19 and was told that photoshoot of property would happen on 17.4.19 and be listed on portal on same day. Till today, they say i will get call for photoshoot in 48 hours (and post then person will come) and then property listed.

                              When i offered to cancel my package, they say its only one way and it cant be cancelled.

                              Very poor and irresponsible service after making payment. I hope founders and private equity investors are noticing this trend.

                                This is an incident dated 5th of June 2019, on which day, Priyanka and Harsimran singh, saying that they are from Magicbricks and would project the house of my brother in Mayur Vihar, Phase 1, Pocket 1 for rent in a much better way, that within a weed the house would be rented out fast. My brother gave them the cheque number 000016 of amount of Rs.1900/- dated 5th of June 2019 to Magicbricks. These both people never called back to us, even though the cheque got cleared on 13th of June 2019, me and my brother tried contacting them continuously but there was no response from their side. Their numbers are #[protected] and [protected], they are not picking up our calls and what has happened to our money,
                                Magicbricks has lost its name and fame, as this was not expected from such good company, We have given a cheque of 1900/- they should have given us a service, atleast a call back that their people will come for photoshoot.

                                I have a issue with portal services.
                                When i call customer care people, they logged a complaint and closed without discussing with me.
                                Customer who has paid money and brought services, you are least bothered about him.

                                  Hello,
                                  I had logged into magicbricks website and under the free listing option updated the photos and property details. When I was prompted for mobile number and email ID, the same was updated. I was then prompted to buy a paid package as I had used the free listing option. The same was done via payment through paytm for amount of Rs. 3059. I noticed that my ID is listed under 'AGENT' whereas it should be 'Individual' / 'owner'. Also my subscription page did not show the bought package. To this I called the customer care and I was suggested to write a email for the correction in category to 'Individual' / 'owner' which I did. Once the type was changed, I wanted to post the property to put up on rent. I Requested that if the paid amount is not for the package for individual, requested for refund so that I could buy the correct package. Alternately also requested them to may update this bought package to my ID. Till date the problem is not solved and getting no revert on the timeline of solving this problem.

                                  We paid Rs.3600 yesterday through online baking. The payment got through and we have not received any credit back yet. This means that payment to Magic Brick is done.

                                  "Your payment for Titanium Package (Order No.[protected] could not be processed.
                                  ₹ 3600. Complete your payment."

                                  Tried calling customer desk but received a call back option, but there has been no revert yet.
                                  Send email to [protected]@timesgroup.com but it bounced back.

                                  Please refund us the money asap since we do not wish to do business with any agency that doesn't work professionally.

                                  Looking forward for immediate refund.
