Initially I posted my ad in their free category. Few responses were coming through that. Their sales-calls started coming to me daily. I decided to go for one of their packages which was being offered @1200/- But their Sales advised me to go for their best one, which the offered me @3300/- Electronic payment was made immediately on 22.5.19. Photoshoot, Content writing, Hosting, etc. ie. every service was promised for the next day ie. 23.5.19. Address of my property was hoisted as wrong. No customer response came since that day. Company's calls to vanished after they got my payment. Only after I raised my voice of frustration that a few reassuring calls came, which too proved to be all false promises. Property ad needs utmost promptness & its shelf life is very small too. After 5 days, getting no & wrong service from MagicBricks I feel cheated. Beaware of MagicBricks, its a cheating company.

I rakshit bhaskar shetty, was interested in the property id 34365357 of magicbricks.com i called the agent vinod rathod whose number i got from the site. He introduced sandhya mahadik as the owner of the property, i was told by agent vinod rathod that the token amount is rs 50000, which is refundable. I transferred the token amount of rs 51000 to sandhya mahadik through upi on 5th jan 2019. After submitting the documents for loan, i found sandhya mahadik is the nominee not the owner. So, i decided not to proceed and instead of arguing with them i said my loan is not approved and want my token to be refunded. I called sandhya mahadik on 20th jan 2019 (15 days after paying the token) and told her about the cancellation to which she agreed to refund the amount but later along with vinod on conference call, they argued saying the token is not refundable and should have asked for refund within 5 days. On calling her to refund the token amount she said ask vinod rathod who said the token is refundable & on calling vinod rathod he said ask sandhya mahadik as she has taken the token money.
On requesting the broker to meet personally along with sandhya mahadik, they came along with a person named patil who seemed to be the local goon and they themselves agreed to refund only rs 25000 to which i didn’t agree as the token was assured to be refundable. Later when i called the agent vinod rathod for the full amount to be refunded, he threatened me that patil will call me and not to call him. I went to the nerul police station for the help where i got to know that vinod rathod doesn’t even have the agent license and on magic bricks site he is a verified agent. When vinod rathod called sandhya mahadik to nerul police station, she came along with a person named “chandrakant kamble” and instead of discussing the matter sandhya mahadik started crying and saying that i am harassing her for token refund. The person chandrakant kamble threatened me of filing a harassment case if i called sandhya mahadik. The police officer said to file a civil case or submit a consumer complaint online.
I also mailed magic bricks, but i have not even received an acknowledgment for my mail from them.

I was searching for flats in New Delhi and I met this broker named Yogesh through Magicbricks portal and I contacted him.He told me to meet him at his office and as said I went to meet him and he told me he will charge me 500rs for the search process for the flat and if I don't like any plants and want to end service he would refund half of the paid money, and after many search i didn't like any of it so i shifted to a pg and called him and told him that, i will no longer be needing your service so I would like you to refund half of the amount that is 250Rs from the amount 500 which I had already paid.He kept stalling me for a month and its been more than a month and everyday I keep calling and texting him regarding the refund but he never responds.

I submitted an Ad with 41878947 to sell the house. to boost the ad I purcased an Ad Package silver by paying 1200, with order Id Order Id: 16584519, got invoice for the same too.
but afterwards, when I login to the portal I neither see my Ad, nor the Package I purchased. every time I try to see my property it asks me to submit new Ad, once I submit new ad it asks me to purchase a plan.

this is sheer cheating that too without giving any service.
so much waste of time, and money, with no value.

Hating the experiance and cheating attitute and fake praise in the portal about its packages .

I wanted to sell my 3 bhk flat and i uploaded the details regrading the same in magicbricks.com about a month before (Property id[protected]. After a few days, a representative from magicbricks called me and suggested to subscribe the gold ad package ensuring that it would enhance the chances of my property being sold much earlier. He also mentioned that along with the additional facilities, as part of this package a photo-shoot would be done by magicbricks. As part of it, a photographer from magicbricks would come to my residents, click appropriate snaps and upload the same in the portal.

Going with the suggestion, i purchased the gold ad package worth rs.1875 and i was expecting a call from magicbricks regarding the photo shoot. After a few days, a representative from magicbricks called me and informed that as the location of the property is out of range, the photo shoot cannot be done.

When initially the representative called me, he was well aware of my location and address of my property. At that time, he did not utter a single word about my location being out of range. Instead, he ensured that a photo shoot will be done and withing 48 hours it will be scheduled. However, its quite unfortunate that once the payment was done and the particular representative's personal target was fulfilled, he informed me that the photo shoot is out of scope.

Its very unfortunate that i had to write it but i would like to mention that there will be absolutely no impact if my rs 1875 is wasted, however, i just wanted to know if this is the way magicbricks is making its money (By such unfair means and not keeping its commitments)?

Hii, very bad response from magicbricks.
Making us fool... I have taken paid package for 57, 000/- of 1 year
From last 10-15 days no messages of rooms.
Magicbricks customer care phone number is just made to cheat customers or make fool out of them.
You call their 2 numbers, a voice will ask language selection.
Then they will ask general querry or business querry.
General querry they will never pick up but just to fool customers say press one & we will get back to you. You do thus several times for days & they will not come back.

This is to inform you that i talk to magicbricks on 16th april 2019 regarding package from other side r vadivel whose contact no. Is [protected] explain about luxury listing without photo-shoot daily auto refresh package which is valid for 3mth and the charge for the package is 7200/-. I paid that amount on date 16 april 2019 the details are

But after success of payment they call me on 20th april 2019 that the package is not in list and you have to pay extra money for another package i ask regarding my 7200 rs then they told me that after subscribe the new package i will refund your amount in 30 days.

I do not know what magicbricks is doing, i am also attached voice recording regarding this i have also some more proof which confirm that vadivel and his team is cheating. I am waiting for your response otherwise i will take some necessary action magicbricks

I have taken paid services for titanium pack on 17th april 2019 which is still not activated. The csr with whom i am coordinating had informed me that the services will get activated within 24 hours post payment done. Since then i am chasing with you guys for the status and the response i am getting is very upsetting. Yesterday your csr told me that due holiday network team is on off and couldn't complete your request today. Post that he didn't give any confirmation that by when it will get done.

My only question is if you guys can't fulfill the requirement of customer within stipulated time then why such false promises to customer.

While doing payment your team should have cleared everything.

This is something which is not a pleasant experience for me and i would never recommend your services to anyone in future.

I dont know how public is tolerating these customer fooling companies. The management is to be put in jail for fradulent techniques.

They keep calling and disturbing there are many calls in a day I want you to block all calls related to this company in near future and I want you to do it as soon as possible as I get 6-7 calls per day and I am bored tired and angry with the company if this continues to be the case I will not be happy and give this site as reviews my phone number is [protected] and my email is janish.[protected]@gmail.com don't call me as I won't pick up

This man is a big time fraud. Dont ever go to his place in 1 small RK he has kept 5-6 people in small room and keeps inviting more people to stay and troubles roommates alot for money and main thing he doesnt have a track record of the rent and demands for anytime money. And also he doesnt have enough beds to sleep and he has 1 cupboard in which all roommates keep their stuff so i would not suggest this pg at all and Also he hits roomated when he gets angry .

I registered on magicbricks few days ago. I am searching to buy a property near me. I saw some properties but now i don't want to buy a property. The problem is after my registration on magicbricks, too many phone calls are coming from their side. In one day 7 - 8 calls are coming from their side which is a big number. Moreover they do back to back calls which creates a lot of problem for me. I want you to take a strict action against this problem.

Extremely poor and substandard services

We registered ourselves as a property owner towards the purpose of selling of our property located in kolkata area through magicbricks.com. We would like to inform you the sequence of events occurred which has led to our discomfort.03.02.2019: the registration was initially done on free advertisement basis on 03.02.2019 and the same was valid for 10 days. Within a day, mr. Monojit paul visited our premises and took the pictures of the property for uploading in your portal as a part of the advertisement process. On 05.02.2019, the pictures got uploaded and posted against our property id and we had started to received necessary notifications from prospective leads (Buyers), who could have been interested in our property for buying. Meanwhile we started to receive calls from many prospects and most of them were vert keen to know the details of our property. Meanwhile, mr. Monojit paul informed us that about the current ongoing campaign packages and that titanium plus residential sale package would be good for the purpose and we asked for further details on the packages.06.02.2018: we received an email on 06.02.2019 regarding the details of the packages. We expressed our interest to choose the titanium plus residential sale package.12.02.2019: we made a payment of inr 4356.00 vide ref no: mbdb[protected] dt 12.02.2019 (Ref: attachment). Mr. Monojit paul informed us that the property would be uploaded with the featured campaign "titanium plus residential sale" within 24 hours of the payment. 13.02.2019: mr. Monojit paul called my wife and asked for the login password and he informed that password needs to be shared as there is requirement for necessary content changes and revisions. We trusted him and shared the magicbricks.com login password. As per his advice we had sent the details of changes and property description to his email id for updating the contents in the portal for necessary information for the prospects and better awareness.14.02.2019: we called mr. Monojit paul nearly 10 times to know the status of our property campaign. He informed that there is a technical hiccup and we are re-listed as agents of the property in spite of being owners of the said property. Further after sometime we find no trace of our property advertisement in your portal. Same was not visible. We called up mr. Rajib chakravorty @ [protected] to raise the issue. Instead of a having a patience hearing, he reacted to me and informed that he is not in a position to help us and instructed us to speak to the sales executive, mr. Monojit paul. We urged him to look into the matter and he diverted the call and handed over his phone to mr. Monojit paul instead of handling to customer's grievance/query. Mr. Chakravorty did not seem to extend his support and instead misbehaved with undersigned with no signs of bothering that a customer's service request not done in spite of payment made to magic bricks. Such kind of arrogant behaviour is not expected from such a senior level resource of magic bricks.com and mr, rajib chakravorty had literally displayed his lack of intent towards customer service and problem solving and his behaviour was very rude. Well!. Such gestures are not acceptable. We have opted for your services after seeing your brand value and promotional features and your senior level resource like mr. Rajib chakravorty need to be trained on customer service, grievance handling and escalation management. The most disappointing part is that although his colleague, mr. Monojit paul is looking forward to his supervisor for necessary guidance and support in this issue, yet mr. Rajib chakravorty was willing to help him to resolve the matter. Right now, he seems to be casual with a clear lack of intent in service delivery. When we tried to call him to know the status, he did not pick up his phone. Today he confirmed that he will revert to us with the status, yet we did not receive any update from him or mr. Monojit paul on the matter. No matter what time is need to resolve, at least effort might have been made to inform customers so that his hard earned money is safe and appropriated. We have checked but still we have received any resolution from your end. Please arrange to resolve the issue and upload our property in the selected programme "titanium plus residential sale" as payment is already received by you. Please confirm the start date of the programme. We have marked to all business leaders for their information and necessary intervention.

We have mentioned in our last email dt 15.02.2019 that we were getting responses as "property owner" from few prospects since the day we had registered only as "property owner" with magicbricks.com.

Suddenly it got stopped after mr. Monojit paul called us and took our password. We had informed his supervisor mr. Rajib chakravorty about the lapse and the overall issue but still these were not taken care by him.

We still have not been updated on the actual root cause on the lapse as since 12.02.2019 - after we made the payment of inr 4356.00 vide ref no: mbdb[protected] dt 12.02.2019 (Ref: attachment) towards purchase of titanium plus residential sale package and your mr. Monojit paul took the password, we are not been able to see our property details in the portal.

It seems to us an issue of intent by the concerned employee. Coincidentally and surprisingly, now neither mr. Monojit paul not mr. Rajib chakravorty are responding to our calls and had provided any resolution till date. However, mr. Monojit paul was in constant touch with both o[censored]s since the day he visited our premises on 04.02.2019 to get the campaign conversion under his name. When i inquired mr. Monojit paul that whether could i buy the campaign programme through magic bricks app, he upfront informed that we could only view the property through magic bricks app if we would select any campaign from magic bricks app but there would not be any other mode of access to our property. We could not validate his information and we trusted him blindly. But now mr. Monojit paul gave a missed call to me so that i call him back for our issue. We gave a ring to mr. Monojit paul and he informed her that he had given me a phone call and i did not respond. His verdict was very surprising.

Prior to the payment, mr. Monojit was at his best in attending us but after payment we are helpless. Now we're running pillar to post to get the job done. His supervisor, mr. Rajib chakravorty did not respond even now.

This process and service gesture cannot be customer service at all.

It seems that magic bricks is not at all a safe portal for uploading advertisements related to property.

I listed my property for selling out in magicbricks initially for free. I started getting statistics saying many number of tenants shown interest in my plot and i can access their details upon taking up paid package.

I read more on magic bricks website customer reviews later and came to know many people are cheated similarly after paying for packages. I kindly request be careful and vigilant about this web site. Beginning while entering your details it shows we can choose free add and it becomes payment only.

Dear sir,
About 10 to 12 days back i opted for advantage package, online payment of rs 2750 is made to magic brick. The package mentiones 30 credit for 45 days. I utilise hardly 3 to 4 credits and latton the website mentions no creadit balance.
I snet online complaint as well as amil but no reply from magicbrick side.

Today also i tried on their live support.

Mr abhishakh was on line he told that support group will caht with you but no one came on live caht.

On contacing the support mobile number it is getting automatically cut.

What service we should exepct from such behaviour.

I am owner of property at Mumbai for which i am willing to sell out and i uploaded the property's details on Magic Bricks's website in free listing, since then one Rita from Magic Bricks started calling me daily and advice me to buy package to upload the property's details and photos in top of listing, she also committed me, "after payment confirmation within 24 hours you will receive welcome call from Magic Bricks and same time Magic Bricks team will come to your premises to take photographs, etc.
I place on record that I made payment on 02.02.2019 and since next day of payment i am calling to Ms.Rita on her mobile no.[protected] what she is not picking up my call and when today i called from my another number she picked and when i asked her why you are not answering my calls then she again started telling lies and fooling me and when i asked to refund my amount she started miss-language with me...
I request to concern authority to take action against Ms.Rita in view of justice .

I contacted a dealer named umesh yadav from propmax group gurgaon through magic bricks for purchasing a flat. Before dealing he ageed for.75 % brokerage and it was also agreed that there will be no hidden charges. But now he is asking for 1 % brokerage and also we paid him half of the brokerage amount on the date of transfer itself. He is also denying that. Apart from that he is mentally torturing us. Very bad experience with magic bricks. Please remove this agent from magic bricks so that he won't not loot other buyers in future.

My personal phone number (+91 [protected]) is being misused by magicbricks to post fake property deails in magicbricks website . Magicbricks is playing with me like this from years. Initially they posted ads for Hyderabad, Bangalore properties and now posted fake property in pune using my Number. So i often get unnecessary phone calls. I myself have neither registered nor even posted anything in magicbricks.
Now when i clicked the link to remove the ad, not at all working.

I listed my property for renting out in Magicbricks initially for free. I started getting statistics saying en number of tenants shown interest in my flat for rent and i can access their details upon taking up paid package. Sales people started reaching me. I am informed that i will be able to see the tenants phone numbers only after taking the paid service. They suggested me Gold Ad package to access unlimited mobile numbers of tenants, Higher Position in search for 8 days etc., After making payment, it too 5 days to take photo shoot that too after several follow-ups. Even after 10days of payment, i do not see the access for more than 5 tenants details. On complaining, every time I told that the package taken by me is not the correct one and I have to upgrade and pay more to get access to prospective tenants. Their sales people are not fully trained and gave wrong information. Every time new person calls me and uses new jargoan and says unless i upgrade by paying more, i cant see the details of prospective tenants who have shown interest on my flat.

I had given an advertisement in magic bricks for purchasing a flat and got numerous calls from estate consultants. The agency m/s. Rajesh real estate agency in chember had contacted me and narrated about the various projects in chembur, mumbai. They also said for resale they take brockarage of 2% ie 1% from buyer and 1 % from seller. While booking a flat under construction no brockarage from buyer as they will be paid by the builder. But during the payment of token money to the builder the agency is demanding 1% from me over and above he get 2% from builder. This is illegal. What action are going to take against the agency as they are registered with you and contested me on behalf of magicbricks
