I purchased gold advertisement pack to advertise my flat for rental from magicbricks (Rs. 1, 875/-) on 04/12/18. Magicbricks activated my ad immediately. When i checked it, i was surprised to find wrong information in the ad (Rental prices/deposit/photos o[censored]ncleaned flat - which were taken without my information and before i purchased the ad package).
I communicated this to be modified while the magicbricks executive called me on the subsequent days. The executive also agreed to arrange for fresh photo shoot for uploading the right photos of (Cleaned condition) flat.
The promised shoot is still not arranged, old photos still remain on the ad - decreasing the appeal value of my flat, worse - it is nearly impossible to communicate to them. Today i called their cc number ([protected]) several times, only i could get through once, i was kept on hold for more than 55 minutes - finally i disconnected.
This is absolutely ridiculous service. I am getting a bad publicity for my flat through magicbricks.
I want to get the full refund of my ad package i purchased.

    I posted a listing on magicbricks website one week ago. Since that day, I have received atleast 10 calls everyday from different numbers belonging to magicbricks. I blocked several numbers but still they keep on calling from other numbers and harass me into buying their service. I deactivated my listing completely and even now, the calls have not stopped.

      Dear customers,

      Kindly do not use this website to buysellrent a property. This is just a fraud website and they will misuse all the data you have given like your phone number, email and all. None of their services work for you. Their website is the most disastrous website in the world.

      If you want, check i[censored] can get any customer service number or contact us details in website. No, because their service is a crap. We have been suffering from 6 months after uploading our details in this website. We are unable to delete or deactivate the account, but we still get calls and messages everyday after 6 months of property being sold out.

      Beware. Do not use this website for any purpose.

        I have made the payments to Magic bricks for the premimum plan to sell my 2 BHK Flat but magic bricks did not provided any services, The RM assigned to me do not responds my calls then how can i expect she is responding the calls of the buyers who are interested in my property.

        Magic bricks has issued us a tax invoice and have not deposted the GST also, when i asked for the refund the a guy called me named sourabh, and started arguing me and denied to refund the amount, hence this is to request you to please take action against Magic bricks for this type of fraudulent activity and help us to get the refund or else i will be forced to take legal action again Magic Bricks.

        Magic bricks has eaten my 10, 000 Rs and have not provided any services they are just saying that we provided the services with out any proofs, their services are very pathetic and customer service is really very worst.

          Hi, i had placed an advertisement of property on rent on this website and even bought a gold pack of rs 1875, as i was promised by the customer care of getting better visibility and enquiries. It's been a month now, even after several calls to the customer care and registering complaints, neither the property advertisement was upgraded nor money was refunded
          It seems this is a fraudulent website, not a genuine one. Else at least i would have got enquiries from potential tenants.

          This complaint is just for informing people not to advertise anything in this website and waste your time, energy and money as u will get nothing back in return except for frustration and disappointment.
          Had i checked these complaints mentioned in this thread before i would not have gone ahead with magicbricks

            Dear sir,

            My property id 37372975 which i have posted on 10th of october and valid up to 9th of december '2018...

            When tenants expressed interest on our property i get message from your web site but unable to contact tenants for which when i checked with your customer service they said although there is validity of my property viewers up to 9th december, 2018 i am not in a position to access tenants details... I am surprised to hear this because when i opted bronmze adv which is clearly says its for 60 days if that is so, why your system hidden tenants contacts information which is totally not correct... I am your oldest customer and if this is how your customer support works than we have no option to go with other service provider... Its like cheating the customer..

            I would like this issue to be explained to me other wise i don't mind in escalating this issue to the consumer grievances...

            For the last one week i am not getting any response from tenants but i am getting messages for the interest expressed by tenants on our property which is of no use to send such messages when we are not in a position to access their contact information..

            Please expedite the matter by end of the day

              I have been complaining about 3 issues since i have bought a dealer package from Magic Bricks.

              1.Its been 20 days today, i have complained about non visibility of our company logo on the listings posted on Magic Bricks Portal.

              2.Magic bricks is making fool of clients. if you view your property 1 time they show 4 times more of the actual viewed (Ex. total views 20 when you view the property listing from other laptop or computer and then try to see the no of views it will show you total no of view 24 they are cheating).

              3. Magic bricks local representative has responsibility at all.

                All unemployed and employed candidates are requested to stay away from magicbricks. As they don't provide incentives, increment as well as any benefits during job. They don't even care if you fall into some trouble related to health in office and outside office. They don't give you leaves even if you have leaves in your balance. You will be responsible if you got hired in this company. Wish you all luck for your bright future.

                  I have a package of Certified Agents but I didn't getting any responses even no one is understand
                  Executives are ready to sale anything which is not usable Products
                  after the sale no one is Interested for Service
                  so my advice is don't try to purchase these type of packages from any pathetic sites like magicbricks.com.

                    My personal phone number (+91 [protected]) is being used by another person to post his property in magicbricks without my prior knowledge. So i often get unnecessary phone calls. I myself have neither registered nor even posted anything in magicbricks.
                    Now when i clicked the link to remove the ad, i am being redirected to another person's profile whose actual phone number is verified.
                    Poor database management of magicbricks.br...

                    Few days ago, i had purchased a gold pack for worth rs. 1875/- for selling my apartment.

                    The pack was purchased from the mobile app, and i was told from your cust care exe, that i will be able to connect with the potential buyers in that area, and the buyers would be able to see my mob no., etc. And vice versa.

                    But now, whenever i try to get in touch with the potential buyers, which your app says are 269 in numbers, i am told to buy credits, which is not acceptable to me.

                    This is clearly a case of misleading the customers for selling the packages.
                    No where in the app talks about the details of the packages, its only after the customer buys the package and uses it, then one comes to know about the reality

                    Now the customer care exe. Tell me a whole new story, that there are two different packages, one for responses and one for listings...

                    We request you to either refund the package money, or change the package, wherein i can get in touch with those potential 269 buyers.

                      I had first put a free ad in september but since i did not get a good response i bought a paid package because magic bricks had advertised that through the package i can have access to mobile numbers o[censored]nlimited tenants. The company kept sending me mails that if i bought a paid package for an advertisement to rent my property, i will have access to mobile numbers o[censored]nlimited tenants. I paid for a bronze package (Rs 800/-) (Client advt. Id 37869533 dated 4/11/18). There are several tenants looking for a flat on rent in my locality but i am not being given the mobile numbers of the tenants by magic bricks and cannot access anyone. The ad given by magic bricks to attract customers to buy paid packages is therefore misleading/unfair trade practice and they have cheated me. I tried to contact them several times but they don't come on line for a chat nor return my call. If they don't give me the mobile numbers of the tenants they have listed who have advertised that they are looking for a flat to rent, i want them to refund my money.

                        After property photo verification is done.

                        Compared to 99acrs.com i got 23 buyers response.
                        I asked to magicbricks customer care there is no response.
                        Very worst website pls dont buy magicbricks package.

                          I have purchased titanium package @3300.

                          After purchasing, i came to know that i can only see two interested buyers contact number. Who are searching in our sale flat locality..

                          So now we have to wait for interested buyer to click on our advertisement and we can get contact details of them.

                          We cannot contact any one by searching there data.

                          Just making fool out of people and making money.

                          Dont trust them.

                            I have listed my apartment in Gurugram with Titanium Plus premium package when I was in India and now I have returned back for my office work at London and their website is not accessible from London and as such I cant see any leads or my own listing inspite of paying them a huge premium charges for just 3 months listing.

                            Calls to customer care and to their customer care email address has gone unheeded and unresolved. They are citing wrong reasons for blocking website and my entire efforts and money and time has got wasted. Their is big opportunity loss also as I didnt use other services providers due to money paid and trust on magicbricks who claimed to me the largest and most trustworthy company

                              I have paid rs. 5280 in oct'18 for subscription of titanium plus package for my property id[protected], the executive had assured that they have direct buyers for my property as its in prime location and you ll start receiving good response within a month and your details will be shared with minimum 1500 details of direct buyers (Not brokers) through emails..
                              Once i have paid the subscription, till date not even one direct buyer detail has been shared and even no single response has come to my property.
                              Its a pathetic site and your money is drained. No body will respond to your calls once your property goes live and you have paid the money to buy package. Instead if you blame that you are not getting response they will tell that its not their responsibility and you are on your own. Worst site ever.

                                Once i have paid the subscription, till date not even one direct buyer detail has been shared and even no single response has come to my property.
                                As there were no buyers then why i was asked to take subscription.

                                  I had paid the subscription as your executive had assured that you have direct buyers for my kind of property and you will share minimum 200 details of direct buyers (Not brokers) once i pay the subscription.
                                  Till date not even one direct buyer detail has been shared.
                                  Today i got a call and the lady said that maybe there are no buyers for my property.
                                  I there were no buyers then why i was asked to take subscription.

                                    The company no good for clients the magic brics goal is to take money thats all. Customer service people very rude and no class at all no knowledge at all but hang up on clients it happened 3 times to me today morning at 10am.10/20/2018. I want the property to be on hold while i am away with emergency trip to usa. I paid 1875 package to this company. I just want to repost it when i am back from my trip. But seems the company customer service cant even answer but hang up. So sad.

                                      I, Susanth M. Sundaran, here by shares my worst experience with the customer service and unfair practice of Magic bricks website, which claims itself as one of the leading property holding websites.

                                      Considering the abundance of advertisement floating on internet, I decided to opt for the subscription of ₹2605, to list certain properties on the Magic Bricks website as an agent on. I made an enquiry before making the payment. My first experience was bad as the person who gave me a call back as per request was eager to sell me a package of more than ₹10000. When declared my position and asked specifically for the Subscription of ₹2605, the person gave me all the false information, which I corrected by making another call directly to the customer service. As per the customer service executive's assurance I did opted the subscription of ₹2605 on 29th September 2018, but unfortunately while Making the payment the network has sgiwn error and the connection was lost. I did relogin within 10 minutes, but no trace of tge subscription was visible. I did contacted customer service and as per their instruction, send them the bank statement for tge transaction and the payment was confirmed without delay, yet my subscription was not active. I was totally irritated with the experience, so I send an email with the attachments i.e, the voice clip with the misguiding executive and the page showing 'No Subscription is active on my profile', along with my inexperience with Magic Bricks and request to help me accordingly, for which I did received a email saying I missed out 'Locality Info', which I did updated on 1 October 2018. Even after that my subscription didn't get activated. Then the customer service executive asked to give 'Locality Review'. I did that as well and send their support team a screen shot of it's 'pending approval' page.

                                      On 6 October 2018, after getting embarrassed by the uncourteous behaviour of the customer experience officers of Magic Bricks, I asked the assistance of their superior and the person whom I got connected with asked to update the locality again in my profile. I did updated again and send him a screen shot and took his confirmation as well for which he replied my locality info has been activated by will take time to reflect. I did waited with patience. But my subcription was still inactive. After making numerous calls and getting literally embarrassed by customer experience officers whom were teaching me their aite instead of checking flaws from their end, I got connected with the same senior whose I am not mentioning here, but I have all the call recordings. I had lost my patience and asked him, what should I do to get my subscription activated and told him that, your executives are asking me to perform the same procedure again and again for which he apologised and confirmed my details are duly filled but the sibscription is not getting activated due to their system flaw.

                                      The pathetic conclusion of my experience is The loss of money, loss good deals which were supposed happen if it was advertised on time, Loss of precious time which I lost after talking to customer service and their stupid senseless customer handling manner and the embarrassment and insult.

                                      Magic Bricks website and their employees has clearly demonstrated 'How a Customer Service should not perform' and 'How to denie a service and harass the customer to the maximum'.

                                      I do thank you, If you managed to read it full and gone through my experience. Please do share it with all in Face Book, so that this kind of companies, will start repairing their own flaws than making fun of customers aftet deducting the subscription fee.

                                      I am planning to lodge a complaint with consumer court to get compensation for my precious time and denial of service after accepting the fees. Please support..

                                      your magick bricks need good manners customer service people . one of the worst company to get any help but they hang up on you without even saying one word . what we are supposed to do pay money and just take abuse from your customer service people who dont have any manners to say good morning or listen to our questions but hang up the phone . I need to ask help but hang up by three people from your customer service of magic bricks . what a ripp off company mistake to pay money for nothing.
