    I am a NRI and recently bought a package (6000 rupees) to upgrade my rental ad in Magicbricks.com. I tried to change the mobile number as it is not receiving 3 digit verification code. The customer experience officers are failed to solve my issue. Now I am unable to login to my account and my ad is not upgraded yet. The customer service is neither answering my calls nor replying to my emails. Please kindly help me to resolve this issue..

      I have posted the ad (Id:[protected] on 24th jan'2018 in magic bricks.
      Its been over 5 weeks and they are unable to fulfil their basic promises like photo shoot so far.
      I had given a complaint to their support @[protected]@magicbricks.com
      But i found that they are hopeless / helpless in resolving such a basic complaints.
      It is very clear that magicbricks is one of the cheating company to take the money and do nothing and it has a un-professionalism and bad work ethics.
      I had paid additional money for this service.

      I had also requested to close / cancel my subscription and return the subscription amount immediately.
      But they never responded..

        Initially before subscribing to a titanium package, i informed very clearly all details about my property that it will be available only in the month of April 2018 and already Indian Bank is residing in our property and they can vacate only in March. Also asked them since Bank is already in the premises is it possible to carry forward with photoshoot. For everything the executive Mr Sachin told it is possible to click photos and demand is very high for your property by just showing around 55 members lists and told separate sales rep will be assigned for my property but till now nothing happened and since because Indian Bank is already in the premises I couldn't use their services. When I raised the complaint they are soo irresponsible and soo cool they are saying I have used their photoshoot service and can't refund the amount. Please for god sake DON'T ever TRUST MAGICBRICKS and waste your money. Since I wasted my money I request each one of you not to waste your hard earned money. They are such a cheaters in this world!

          The agent charged 50% of the rent that we pay. Our monthly rent was 10000 and he took a commission of 5000. And we didn't want to rent that property as we found a better one. We are unable to contact that agent as of now. He said he will get the agreement soon. And help us settle in and that he says he is out of town. This is his phone number, name: ravi

So we asked him to just help us out in settling in, and once we meet him we can get the money from him. Now that he's not available, not sure how to get back the money.

            Foolish condition by these people: if you are quoting less than their market price (Only god know how did they arrive at it), they don't allow you to mention the price. How stupidity it is.
            Does not respond after payment is done. Even escalations points from timesgroup does not respond. All taking salaries. Filling their tummies and sleeping.
            Don't buy any service from these people

              Hi,

              I registered with magicbricks around 2 years back and came across a wierd thing recently.

              My profile settings is changed to an agent instead of individual recently without my knowledge

              I came to know about this change when i reached to a seller, he ignored me because i am an agent.

              When i called back magicbrick customer care, they said you need to take a package so that we can change your profile to individual. It was literally a blackmail, i am not sure how they are into such fraudulent activities without any fear.

              This is a very stringent behavior from an huge enterprise.

              I hope someone takes note of this stingy act!

              I have the exact same issue and yes they are worst people to deal with. My property shows as agent instead of individual, and shows some other agent's number and not even my number. When i called up their customer care, they said our team has identified your profile as an agent and converted it to agent. After multiple complaints/requests, they dont care at all. Worst company, i hope their business goes completely down and other better professional people like Nobroker.com take over their user base.

                I purchased a listing package from magicbricks. I was taught that the response would be great and they will help me and support if i am not satisfied with the response. Magicbricks is an unethical and unprofessional company, after taking money they have changed their eyes and attitude. I asked for my refund after noticing that the expected response was nothing but zero. I wrote so many emails for the refund, but they said that once money is received there is no refund, we can do anything in this. Please dont buy any listing package from Magicbricks as they are cheaters and non responsive towards their services.

                  I spent about 5-6 hours and entered my property on magicbricks. I even took the gold package. But had a very bad experience.

                  The website is not easy to use. They rejected all the pictures i uploaded. Would not give any reason. Made me enter everything again and again. Their support chat line was unhelpful. Then talked to phone support. Again not very good. They dont have clear cut criteria for what kind of photos to be added.br...

                  I would like to complaint against the magicbricks executives who handle accounts of customers/individuals. I have purchased an annual premium subscription from magicbricks and i regret choosing such a fraud company.

                  Initially an executive is alloted to handle the individual account, mr. Ankush from andheri chakala branch coordinates the goregaon west accounts, handles my account. Highly irresponsible, cheat person. I am a senior citizen and i am in the real estate business for more than 28 years.

                  Let me tell you how they cheat me everyday,
                  1. Whenever i post a property ad with photos and important details, these details are provided to me by the property owners who have been dealing with me since generations. The photos uploaded are of required size & are genuine. Still all the genuine photos provided by owners are rejected.

                  2. The details given like locality, property size, floor number are all changed/altered without my consultation. Why would someone provide wrong details and vouch for them. Everybody is here to do business and not waste their hard earned money on fake listings.. So, why should they change the honest genuine details. Who gives them the right to do so??? Why do they alter the listings and make it a permanent change which cannot be undone.

                  3. The biggest fraud is after the magicbricks team supposedly verifies the listing without having any knowledge about the property, the listing is sealed. No more changes can be made. So, if i have to recorrect the changes, i can't. Hence, they always ask me to put a new listing. Thus they get more listing numbers and i lose my listings/money for which i have paid in thousands...!!

                  4. Useless customer care people and the assigned account operator. My account operator mr. Ankush never solves any of my queries, messes with all my listings and is very much responsible for my low ratings as well. He is always on vacation whenever i call him. Very irresponsible & a fraud person cheating senior people.
                  For eg. I called him very recently for a listing whose location they changed to some slum area which is kms away from the actual location. The solution he provided is place another ad/listing and delete the incorrect one. I argued with him why are they doing this? To which he said, 'i can provide you with 2-3 free extra listings'..

                  5. Also, the listings expire in 2 months inspite of having yearly subscription. What is the use purchasing the premium subscription?? The listings should be active for atleast 6 months but they want to extract more money from us people.. This is looting money very smartly..

                  Everytime verification is done they alter everything on their own and seal the listing. A very clever number game played by magicbricks team to get more listings...
                  However, i have time and again complained about this issue but its been several months still they continue to mess around with my listings and hence my agent score is also low. Magicbricks very conveniently offers free listings but they dont ever learn from mistakes and make our life as customer very difficult.

                  Magicbricks company has been cheating me in the name of helping me get prospective buyers. The buyers call everytime and feel cheated when they find out the place mentioned on listing is different than the one i mention on call.. Its my name, my reputation, my business that is put at stake...

                  The magicbricks company is cheating common people.
                  MagicBricks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Within 3 days of enrolling into titanium package, before could even receive welcome call, wanted to cancel and get refund. Called support, filled feedbacks, sent emails...almost daily since then. But things are not moving at all.Daily they tell me the same thing: pending approval from finance, will be done in a day, please wait.

                    Hi all,

                    I have taken titanium service for my property on 23rd november. This listing is valied for 6 months.

                    I am very unhappy with the service provided my magicbricks. It is more than a month now and still my listing is not completed. You can imagine one month already gone out of 6 months and my listing is still not complete.

                    They promised a lot of things before i paid the money. I was told before taking the service that a executive will be assigned for my property and he will take care in filling up all the details about my property including photoshoot, content writing etc.

                    On the contary after i have taken the service and paid the money, the sales guy stopped picking up my phone. I had to contnuously call their customer care for 2 weeks to get photoshoot done. Even the photoshoot is not done properly. The photographer said they just take photos of interior of the villa, the exterior view and amenities are not included. When i complained to support, first they refused to upload exterior view of villa but later after escalation agreed  and send me photos of the exterior. It is more than 2 weeks now, i am still awaiting to get my photos uploaded.

                    The content writing is not complete as of this date. I was told it will be completed in 2 days:)

                    I feel totally cheated by magicbricks, they are just sitting on my money and doing nothing.

                    Their service is total crap, i am even getting better response from the other property websites where i have free listing. I have been cheated for money in the name of this crappy service

                    There is total negligence from magicbricks in providing the service after they have customers money. They just want to eat customers money and sit back.

                    My property is ID 55415035 on MAGIC Bricks. I completely agree with the various complaints, made by different subscribers. These people, first do not do their job, then disappear and do not respond to phone calls and emails. When at last you somehow, reach them they pass the blame on you only by giving some frivolous explanation. Than some senior person will write to you that YOUR COMPLAINt has been resolved, and good bye (implying that you may get lost).

                    I suggest that one can take a small service, but nothing beyond Rs 5000/-, as you will actually get nothing except some ###.

Since my property remained in the free/restricted mode in spite of the payment made by invoice number: 11813811. I have not received the benefit of the service i had paid for.                         My id is 3097123. I purchased a gold package for renting my studio apartment, but very sorry to say that they have not come for photo shoot. They also have not given wrong information about my requirment. My studio apartment is open to singles, bachleors, students but they have written "family" as my preference whereas it is not so. It is not visible when a customer search the property under the big head of "east delhi"

                          super titanium package

                          My order id is 6535, money paid on 7th dec 2017. Mr. Hemant had called and promised me the best services after i purchase the package of super titanum, but after purchasing no one has called for the said "best services".. Only calls came for the selling of packages. This shows that still no details are updated for my property at the magicbricks site even after making payment.
                          Stop cheating the customer.. Kindly return my money immediately...

                          Magicbricks runs an online campaign that offers handsome discounts immediately after user submits the property details.
                          On 11th nov 2017, as soon as i posted the property ad for sale, i got an offer page. As per the offer, i got 50% of discount on either silver, gold or titanium package (Only 3 paid options were displayed). I paid rs.3960/- and for titanium package. Within an hours time, i got a call from magicbricks support representative saying that the selected package is not applicable to the type of property submitted. Then he offered me super titanium which costed more than double i paid. He claimed that since i have paid part of the money, only remaining has to be paid before we activate super titanium.

                          This is how they extract money from customers. They first give you an offer and ask to pay more later otherwise your money is gone. This is purely a case of cheating. I have also recorded few of the calls i have got. Everytime they expect me to repeat the whoe incident

                          Since i could not afford the amount for super titanium, i asked for the refund procedure. He said the refund will be given in 2 to 3 days after you sned an email to [protected]@magicbricks.com (Case no: 976077). I immediately sent an email to support and requested for the refund. But, since then i am getting call every other day and the representatives from magicbricks tries to convince me to use the package. Once i use the package the refund will get cancelled and hence they are trying to pursue me to use the package.

                          Today, 5th dec, 2017, i got a call (I have recorded) where representative as asked me for otp that got generated. He logged-in to my account and i am not sure what he might have done. But i clearly called out in the conversation that "i do not want to use package, as i have asked for refund".

                            Before purchasing paid listing (Property id:[protected] package i was called several times and given assurance of the world but now no one support, answer to the calls and reply over the mails.
                            E-mailers to 1000 prospective buyers which is a part of paid package is still pending after 1 month of purchase. No one has contacted me for my property where more than 500 buyers were searching property in my locality this is what i was told by magic bricks representative.
                            I am requesting to at least send e-mailer but no response from no-1 company. Thank you magicbricks to teach me a lesson on trusting you folks.

                              I had purchased 'Tenant Connect' services for my property (Property ID[protected]. This was recommended by your agent Mr Jasvinder Singh. As per the details of this service I would be connected with 5 tenant immediately and a RM would be assigned to do all the necessary detailing to the tenants before planning a site visit.

                              I bought this service on September 25th and till date not even a single tenant has been provided to me by the RM. Validity period of 21 days for this service is over long back.

                              I would request you to look into this lapse and let me know what can be done in my case. I am away for a business tour for two months, until 31st December. One option is that you can give this tenant service again to me in the 1st week of January (with a good RM assigned) or else I would request for a refund so that I can buy services from some other portal.

                              I am raising this complaint because not even 1% of promised service was delivered to me.

                                I have made a contact through your magic brick web to post sale of flats in my ongoing project "lakshmi towers" madhurawada, visakhapatnam. I have sent a mail explaining my requirement and mr deepak (Cell [protected]) came in to contact on phone. He misguided me and made me pay rs 65, 000/- for posting just only one flat and that too for one year which makes my enrollment makes useless. Does your magic brick need one year to sell one small flat value @ 35 lakhs apprx..                                   I had taken the gold plan while posting an ad on magicbricks, but the payment had failed & i received an email notification from them.in the mail, a payment link was mentioned & i completed the transaction to buy the gold plan. When i checked my accounts the next day, i was charged twice. So i sent a complaint to magicbricks customer support. I received a reply that aman would resolve my query in 12-15 business hours.
                                  I had raised the complaint on 16th october, but still no revert or refund received, even after multiple follow ups.

                                    Almost 10 executives called me 100 times and harassed me until i subscribe for premium listing and they are not giving me any service now, seems like big time cheating going on by magicbricks. This is my order id[protected]. They are not even responding to my calls. It's been almost 3 weeks and now they are not even ready to refund and now i am struck with no resolution. I was told that they have 10000 buyers looking for property in my area and i can sell very easily but now their service is very poor and finally cheated me and i am loosing my time and money, so please help me with resolution.
