This company is completely fraud. They claimed to provide moving services but they contact to a 3rd party service provider. Initially they agreed with the total amount ₹25000, never informed that I have to pay 80% of the amount during agreement including unpack and install the home appliances after delivery. Now this fraud 3rd party movers and packers company refusing to transit unless I pay 80%, there is no guarantee. Representative from Movers and Packers do not receive call. Every time you contact the customer service, they will arrange a call back everytime, which is worthless, they do not do anything. Now my household items is in stake, which they picked up and now refusing to move. Even they took ₹10000 and refusing to provide the receipt

I was scamed by a fake property dealer in magic bricks. I trusted them because of their good KYC process and paid security deposits but later came to know that it is a fraud. Amount scamed - 48019/-. I purchased i advantage package from magicbricks of Rs. 12360 against that amount they supposed to provide me buyers fresh leads. But their is no fresh leads are displyed on screen all leads are expired and they are olders than 1 st nov 2022. They are not goving any proper answer against my query and also not refunding money. I also called my business manager appointed by magicbricks he is not recieving my calls, tried calling customer care but they only say iske alava apki kya sahayta kar sakta hu. No proper response any solution from [protected]@magicbricks.com i am humbly requesting you all please dont buy any package from magicbricks.

I am truly disappointed to say that we have been cheated and misguided by Magic Bricks. First we were forced to purchase prime membership to get access to property owner’s contact details which later was of no use as we had to take the deal from a local property dealer.

Now when we got a call from MB Movers and Packers team yesterday, the executive named ‘Abhinav Singh’ fooled us by selling the package and told us that all our requirements will be fulfilled, but he gave no details to the vendor. The vendor when called today, denied providing the service as he was told by Abhinav that we don’t need any packaging and also there is lift service available in our building which is not.

Abhinav dealt over whatsapp and now he is neither picking our call nor vendor’s.

The vendor is saying if he will come as per our requirement, he will charge us extra.

Not sure what are we supposed to do at this point. I am pretty sure, this is the last time I going to deal with MB and will spread the word about the quality of service you people provide.

Help me to get my money refund back.

MAGICbricks sold me a premium package worth 2k assuring me they will find me a 3BHK villa in my budget and to my specifications in 90 days. After making the payment in Dec 2022, I could see properties but when I CONTACT the seller no details were sent to me by sms. I CONTACTed CUSTOMER SUPPORT and no resolution. I then wrote many emails and they ased me to take screen recordings but confirmed I will get no refund. I just wasted money on these ### who only have one button working on their app which is to accept payment. Nothing that HELPs the CUSTOMER ends up working. Please beware and don't loose your money like I did because these guys are HAPPY TO cheat you. They also tell me after escalating that I supposedly CONTACTed 2 sellers so I can't get a refund now. But the 2 sellers I supposedly CONTACTed were details that their CUSTOMER service asked me to chick duing the CALL TO check if the issue was fixed... All scammers. I have deleted their app and will never be using these thieves again.

I have subscribed for Trial Titanium package (7 days package) on Jan 21st. While ordering it clearly said I could cancel anytime during the Trial period to avoid auto debit change on the credit card. Once the order confirmed I tried to see the Cancel option if available and it was not there. I thought as it is just bought it should come in a day or two. As I logged back in next days do not see the cancel option at all. I have sent a email to support team to cancel the trial package on Jan 24th. I have mentioned I do not see the option to cancel and go cancel the package for me. Subsequently sent 2-3 emails on this issue. They said they have sent email to other department to see why cancel option is not coming but they haven't canceled the option though I sent repeatedly to cancel from their end and waiting the support team might go beyond trial period. Now on the 6th day of the 7 day period still they not canceled and they are saying it is a activity user needs to do, which as a user there is no option for me ( Have sent the screenshot to support team on Jan 23 and later). Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest. I could give all the emails sent to them.

I paid rent from my credit card on 21 jan at 10 Am but I don't received any payment till now from MagicBricks app

Last month I searched one residential property for rent in Banglore (Ahad Euphoria) through Magic bricks. I got call from a broker named Bishal (Ph - [protected]). I saw the property and I did the payment to the broker. The paid first full month rent (38K) and 19K as brokerage charges (Total 57K).
After that broker is keep on telling the lie stories and neither did he give us the possession of the flat nor refunding our amount.

We followed up many-many times but every time he cooks false stories. Really need help on this regard.

As you are cutting & declining to answer my phone calls and writings regarding my Plot evaluation in Khadakwasla Pune for which Magic Bricks has already collected Rs 2280/- on 17th December 2022 ( Recept Attached Below ) without providing any services
I am constrained to send a LEGALNOTICE to Magic Bricks for Delay in Services, Deficiency in Services, Harrasment, Mental Torture, & Distress and Lawyers Fee and Costs.
Pls bring the above Advanced Notice to Magic Bricks Management.

I paid for Platinum package for my property advertisement on magicbrick.com on Dec 18th but since then there haven't been even a single on my ad which is quite surprising and questions on their authenticity. Moreover, I am also not allowed to make any correction to the locality given in the ad. Pathetic response from their customer support when I explained my problem. I would like refund for the money paid as it is not helping me in any way.

Frauds are encouraged and no verification is done. Magic bricks combines with these thieves to make money

Hi,
I paid my house rent of Rs[protected] + tax + conv fee) on 4th Dec 2022 in a Citi bank account via MagicBricks rent payment services. From citi bank I got to know that the account I transferred the money was closed on 5th Nov 2022 and the amount of Rs 23500 is declined instantly with below UTR #. I enquired MagicBrick multiple times to refund my amount, but I haven't received it till now.

I have no idea where to go now and get help. Its been more than 2 weeks and neither MagicBrick is helping to resolve this nor Citi bank.

​As per the normal case, if any bank account is closed or doesn't exist, then money will automatically be declined and will be returned to the sender. In my case, MagicBrick should get the declined amount.

after long time i was convice my self and purchased that package with the cost of 3800 rs on 6th december through online payment
then after there is no response from magicbricks and their customer support team also
i want to complaint against magicbricks and i want to repay my to me as soon as possible
still there is no response

As I found an owner name Gaurav Pandey[protected] on 29th Nov from MagicBricks premium services and have spoken to him on the phone asking about his fully furnished flat of which he also posted the photos of the flat in my WhatsApp and then wanted me to pay him 2000 as visiting fee which is refundable and as I paid the money, he said his visiting manager will contact you shortly and take you further and verify your details and then you can...

Yesterday morning (28th November 2022), I had a very gruesome experience with this PG owner which can be better explained over a call. From the sequence of events during the process of booking accommodation for myself, I had the confirmation that his motives are suspicious; in the name of procedures, he received Rs.52000 from me, and is unwilling to return the money. Refer to the attachment. I have paid for my property ad and advertised it in Magic Bricks. Received their leads many times, when I click on their "VIEW CONTACT DETAILS", it is not showing the buyer's contact details, and complained many times and no o[censored]se it. They take huge money for the advertisement and not providing proper information and I feel like I'm cheated by them. It happened many times. Only sometimes, I'm able to view the contact details.

Never seen/excepted such bad service. Very bad support. Also, check whatever they collect GST from their customers, they pay to the government.

Dear MB,

I had quried for a home loan with MB few month back and later i changed my mind and clearly informed the lead that i am no more interested in taking the loan.

But recently in weeks time (1nov- 14nov) i had received almost 4-5 calls regarding the loan and eveyone who called is taking magic Bricks name ( reffered) and also the without my concent MB has forwarded my documents to multiple banks and bank are generating my cibil which lead to 40 points down in a week.

Could you please check and make sure my profile is deleted and also when checked with support team, its P suman( [protected]) who he giving the false leads to the banks on the loan requirement.

Appreciate if you look into this ASAP
