Fraudulent company MagicBricks Don't spend money, They will push you to pay money and show you they very good company and good lead but they sending fully fake number. Please don't spend money on this site.

    I am Dhandabani and I am in search of a new house. I paid Rs. 1189 (in my mothers name - M Parameswari) towards Magic Bricks Prime membership and had requested for around 3 to four contacts and after that the app was telling me that "Oops Your Contact Limit Is Over". So I sent a mail to "[protected]@magicbricks.com" and I received a response that, I have already contacted 35 owners; Wherein I have mentioned clearly in the mail, with a screenshot that, I did not request for any contact numbers and I was just browsing through the pictures of the houses that Magic Bricks app was suggesting me and many were in areas that are very far which i do not prefer. And when i want to get the contact number of a house which i think would suit me, I am not able to as the app says, my contact limit is over.

    So I again sent a reply mail, looping in "bharath.[protected]@timesgroup.com and sampath.[protected]@magicbricks.com" who are the Zonal Managers of Magic Bricks.

    Then I received a mail that, they will get back to me shortly. And today on Monday (19 Sep 22) i received a call from Magic Bricks but the call got disconnected in just two rings. I wrote a mail for that as well as I had received calls like this before, which would just be one ring or max 2. It would look like they do not want me to pick up the call, rather they just wanted to update their records that the customer is not reachable. Then I called the call center number toady around 10:54 AM and spoke to Mr. Rishab, who again said the same thing and after explaining much, he asked me to send a screen recording and when I was doing that, I received a call from an executive in Magic Bricks and I Explained everything to her and she says after receiving the Prime Membership even if we see the suggested pictures, it is countable. "I wondered why is that so, when I was able to see the basic details of the properties with pictures even before obtaining a Prime Membership", asked her the same and she said it is as per rules but those rules were never communicated with me, nor did I sign any authorization for the same. "It is totally a scam. You give me pictures to see and make me think, that the properties might interest me and after I pay, you charge me even for seeing pictures, which were free before (only few properties were completely restricted - MB Prime properties, others I can see in the app).

    So please help in getting my rights back or a refund for the suffering and agony i have been facing for the past two days

      These guys will be only after you to purchase membership card. They claim your views will be more. You can contact all those who shows interest. But once payment done then no news. Neither you can check your tenant number or contact them nor your property goes on top for listing. You have to refresh it from time to time and wait for anything to happen. And the beauty is still they waill ask to take more membership even if your last membership is valid. Dont ever purchase any membership from them.just apply like that and you will get something.

        It was my worst experience at Magic Bricks. I didn't not any call from my Relationship Manager, nor any proper response.I had complained thrice to Sales person and even my RM through which i purchased my plan, but no response. I request the management to extend my services for another 6 months or kindly refund the money.

          Online Financial fraud

          I was looking for a pg/hostel on magicbricks. then I found the pg named "Tulipstays in Powai Hiranandani on MagicBricks" the name of the owner is Vi[ul Jain and the address of the PG is "Hiranandani, Powai, Maharashtra 400076" and then I received a message from the Magicbricks in which the no . the Vipul Jain was given that is [protected].
          So I called them regarding all the details of the Pg. then they sent me the details on WhatsApp....

          Very bad customer service, just contacted 2 persons each week for namesake, that too those who r not picking the call, they r not genuine buyers, for this y shd I subscribe for assisted service, it was said dedicated RM, but u don't seem to show any interest to provide good service,
          Very very disappointed !!!
          Even in free listing I received gud n more responses

          You refund my money back asap

            I was looking for a pg on magicbricks. then I found the pg named "Anil girls and boys PG/Hostels in Baner, Pune on MagicBricks" the name of the owner is Sarthak Jain and address of the PG is "DHANKUDE WASTI, Pan Card Club Rd, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045" and then I received on message from the Magicbricks in which the no . the Sarthak Jain was given that is "[protected] ".
            So I called them regarding all the details of the Pg. then they sent me the details on whatsapp. Also they send me the QR code that for the advance payment of 3000 Rs but the QR was showing some issue. So told them there is issue with the QR then they send me some other account details and told me to make payment on that again there was issue so they send me the no. and told me to make payment on it. So I made a payment then they said wait we will generate your visiting slip.
            But after sometime they said that there is a issue on the site so they have to show the full payment and told me pay remaining amount of 7000 Rs. then i had a doubt on them I asked them what is a surety that after the full payment the issue will no come they said sir trust on and all. Later I told them to cancel the deal they said your refund will not given to you untill you make a full payment so they said if you don't make full payment then you amount will be in pending state for 3 months on magicbrick portal. then I asked them to show me the error details they are facing they said that they will send me within 24 hrs . but Still now no response from them even now there no. is showing switched off. I want my refund.

              I was looking for pg in malad and then i came to virendra pg which was verified so i contacted the owner and he said to deposit 2, 000 rs for visiting and after that i got a call which was from the pg manager saying we want to book your room so 5, 000 rs is needed so i paid the amount then he said again to so i did it and now he is not picking the phone and saying that it will take 90 days.my contact no is [protected] i need help with my refund ASAP

                Usha siddique was taking care of my loan reimbursement form magic bricks, before disbursement she asked me to pay 4999rs which is refundable along with processing fees which was been paid by me to bank.Now she responded after so many calls, saying her department is changed, connected me to accounts department over conference call where reetika dropped the call on my face teaching me to talk properly, when i asked to share details of my refund process, it was been mentioned confidential and they are not ready to share set of protocols they follow.This is fraud totally.

                    Some one called me from MB convinced me to pay 1699 against leads, it been more than 24 hrs and no one called me for any leads, also they told me that i would get all the premium facilities in MB app but nothing happened yet. please look into this.

                      As my flat got sold, so requested many times over whatsapp to remove my ad & profile but nothing had been done by yr team.
                      I am getting lots of call without any reason.
                      Will someone look at it and help in removal of my add and profile of mine.

                        I had paid for premium package on 28 August and till to date I have not been assigned any relationship manager as mentioned in their website. Unable to contact any of the agents. Bunch of properties are sent in mail and when I click on them to send more details till data I have not got any response.
                        Even tried telling customer care people who keep calling me to tell benefits of the package but are not helping to solve the main purpose of taking the package.
                        I am fed up. Expected to have smooth house hunting but it looks like a nightmare.

                          Had paid an amount for availing the titanium service but it didn’t reflect in the app profile account nor single customer response came which was committed that the viability will be very high in choosing so.

                            I booked the above referred advertisement through MG officer Mr. Sandeep Mobile:[protected] on August 2, 2022 after the officer promised me that my correct City and Location will be posted in the advertisement. I had also informed Mr Sandeep that in 2019 I paid the full advertisement cost for selling the same property and all me money got wasted since the advertisement was displaying incorrect City.
                            I clearly informed your officer this time also to post the correct City name which is Tenkasi. Further Sandeep promised to display the correct City.
                            Since August 2, 2022 I have called Sandeep several times and now He is not responding or not taking my calls.
                            Presently my advertisement is displaying a City : Tirunelveli which is about 65 Km away from my City Tenkasi.
                            I request you to kindly depute a honest officer and help me correct the mistake of Magic Brick Officer Mr Sandeep. If this correction is not carried out I will be put to tremendous financial loss.

                              This is absolutely a FRAUD company. They will call you multiple time to sign up for one of their services and say a RM will be assigned. I paid rs 20k hoping to get some help. It is as if they took the money and ran away. Zero service and noone will take call or support will not respond either..

                                I bought MB prime membership. An amount debited of Rs 1049/- Was debited from my account but it showed transaction failed with a retry option to pay Rs 949. So Again I bought it.
                                So total of Rs 1998/- deducted from my account. Yet the app shows I don't have membership.

                                  Fraud for visiting pg

                                  The fraud was done by saying that if I want to visit the pg theni have to transfer 4000 to make a visiting card which is fully refundable if I don’t like the room .I paid the amount by scanning a qr code .the fraud was done by ajay pg which is in banglore and it is a verified profile on magicbricks...

                                  Hi,

                                  I have recently posted an ad in you application however there was no single view so far.

                                  Hence with no option left, i purchased silver member ship that was
                                  available on the application. To my surprise the purchase did not go through successfully however the amount got deducted from my bank account.

                                  After hours of dialing magic bricks and no one bothered to answer. Later reached out to bank and been told to wait for 2 working days.

                                  I received a call from a lady form your company 2 days back and she said
                                  the payment was successful and asking me if she can post the ad, does it
                                  sound logical to you while my Ad was posted already and I brought the
                                  package to make it more reachable for customers

                                  Yesterday i received a call from Apoorv for the same reason but at least he
                                  clarified few points which the previous exec did not. I was told that silver
                                  package is on no use for my requirement and should have brought gold
                                  package..

                                  So I have made up my mind of not to go with any package from the app and demand for immediate refund. As per my app the subscription is not
                                  activated.

                                  Later I received responses from MB service team that refund is not an option and I can post ad for the same or different property. Also there are people in the company who has attempted to login to my MB account without my authorization. the same was confirmed by Anoop over whatsapp chat.
