Had paid an amount for availing the titanium service but it didn’t reflect in the app profile account nor single customer response came which was committed that the viability will be very high in choosing so.

Poor and pathetic service with no results

I booked the above referred advertisement through MG officer Mr. Sandeep Mobile:[protected] on August 2, 2022 after the officer promised me that my correct City and Location will be posted in the advertisement. I had also informed Mr Sandeep that in 2019 I paid the full advertisement cost for selling the same property and all me money got wasted since the advertisement was displaying incorrect City.
I clearly informed your officer this time also to post the correct City name which is Tenkasi. Further Sandeep promised to display the correct City.
Since August 2, 2022 I have called Sandeep several times and now He is not responding or not taking my calls.
Presently my advertisement is displaying a City : Tirunelveli which is about 65 Km away from my City Tenkasi.
I request you to kindly depute a honest officer and help me correct the mistake of Magic Brick Officer Mr Sandeep. If this correction is not carried out I will be put to tremendous financial loss.

This is absolutely a FRAUD company. They will call you multiple time to sign up for one of their services and say a RM will be assigned. I paid rs 20k hoping to get some help. It is as if they took the money and ran away. Zero service and noone will take call or support will not respond either..

I bought MB prime membership. An amount debited of Rs 1049/- Was debited from my account but it showed transaction failed with a retry option to pay Rs 949. So Again I bought it.
So total of Rs 1998/- deducted from my account. Yet the app shows I don't have membership.
No call centre details are provided

The fraud was done by saying that if I want to visit the pg theni have to transfer 4000 to make a visiting card which is fully refundable if I don’t like the room .I paid the amount by scanning a qr code .the fraud was done by ajay pg which is in banglore and it is a verified profile on magicbricks...

I have recently posted an ad in you application however there was no single view so far.

Hence with no option left, i purchased silver member ship that was
available on the application. To my surprise the purchase did not go through successfully however the amount got deducted from my bank account.

After hours of dialing magic bricks and no one bothered to answer. Later reached out to bank and been told to wait for 2 working days.

I received a call from a lady form your company 2 days back and she said
the payment was successful and asking me if she can post the ad, does it
sound logical to you while my Ad was posted already and I brought the
package to make it more reachable for customers

Yesterday i received a call from Apoorv for the same reason but at least he
clarified few points which the previous exec did not. I was told that silver
package is on no use for my requirement and should have brought gold
package..

So I have made up my mind of not to go with any package from the app and demand for immediate refund. As per my app the subscription is not
activated.

Later I received responses from MB service team that refund is not an option and I can post ad for the same or different property. Also there are people in the company who has attempted to login to my MB account without my authorization. the same was confirmed by Anoop over whatsapp chat.

I have not received any confirmation mail from Razorpay.

I have till today not contacted any owner directly. Still the count keeps reducing automatically as per the wish of Magic bricks. Looks like the backend team has full controll over customers unanimous way of browsing and they just apply the tricks that it counts as "contacted!!!"

Very unethical!!! Till today no relationship manager has contact and supported after being a paid member.

Even i have written to Magic bricks support team. But tsill no support. Their target is only to make people pay their site. Not being professional and cheating people's hard earned Money!!!

There will be many people who would have paid money out of their need cutting down their other expenses being helpless... like me!!!

Hi actually i have took the prime of magic bricks and my money got debited twice the time that is 1700 for basic plan and still it's navigate me there is some error and i can see my money got debited but my prime is not working. Kindly check and call me asap for this issue.

Rent payment not received by landlord. Payment made through Magicbricks

I have made a rent payment of 25000:rupees on 4th August through magicbricks and it has been successful but not reflected in landlord's account .

I m looking for 1 RK flat for rent property in magic bricks.And I contacted direct owner as per mentioned on magic bricks application. After the conversation he was taken token money 2000. But after done payment he is demanding another payment that is 6999 something so I refused to pay and asking for my money refunded but he is not replying my calls and msgs. So its very big fraud done through magic bricks application fake ads fake people .so guys don't use this it's totally fraud .You can check attachment of proof what I said.

I have been cheated by the company saying home loan will be processed and made me wait for a month and when I complaint about the status they gave me reason that the loan won't be processed because you don't have address proof of wife and relationship proof. This i had confirmed them like two weeks back but kept on telling me they will process the loan and i need not worry. Now they are asking me more money for processing loan and sent an email saying they can process loan bcoz of above document. I am now in a big juncture where I will have to pay intrest on home loan balance as builder mentioned that post due date it will attract intrest and penalty.i want all my processing fees refunded and want 2 lakhs as compensation for all the hassle and frustration I have been at.

Even though I am unsubscribing from magic brick mails and SMS it is keep on sending me these emails and SMS.

Fraud broker by the name of Bhawani Singh Chaudhary asked for token money to show PGs in Mumbai and said he would adjust in rent.
We paid him 18000 INR after which he started asking for more money.
We declined the request, and he's not picking our calls or refunding the amount since then

I have purchased Titanium plan with Property ID 62283927 for sale of property on 25.7.22. But the plan is not active even now. I am unable to use the features of the plan. Whenever I log in to Magicbricks App, I am asked to upgrade to Prime membership whereas I have already upgraded to Titanium Plan. Customer Care is unhelpful. Please do needful

I have purchased Diamond package of Rs 3465. on the website it is clearly stated that the diamond package includes professional photoshoot . I have purchased on 26th July 2022 order id 34074825 Diamond package HSN code 998365 . The payment was done through credit card and i have received the invoice. So the payment has been done. But now while providing the services they are denying for professional photoshoot which is mentioned in their advertisement on the website. I have called their customer care many times. So i have accessed that option of complaint. But as they are denying the services. Also they are not giving the contact number of concerned person also.
So i am complaining to Consumer forum
