I was looking for a budget PG in the area near Bandra, Mumbai. Thus leading to the website of Magic bricks after looking in for few days i came in contact with a person named Gaurav Sharma ( phone number [protected] ) on 31th March 2022 and his property ( property ID: 259085 ) was tagged as "Partner verified" hence i trusted the person. His number was verified on truecaller too. After talking with Gaurav the token amount of Rs 2000/- was deposited...

I have taken a Money Back Subscription for Property ID: 58839321 on 26th Jan 2022. As per policy if Magic Brisk can't find a tenant before me with in 90 days then money will be refunded.
I got a tenant out of other community with in 20days of my own and provided them the proof. But no Money back and no response from magic brick even after following up 6 times since last month to TILL DATE.

Also even I took paid subscription other than mail alert they didn't provide any other services that they promised. I am attaching the email Communication and you can see how irresponsible they are even don't feel to response at least once after so many follow up and their call always go to voice mail and they never call back even for paid services. Also they are not even afraid of consumer forum too as they even didn't respond to my 5th mail.

Today I have got a lead subhas nimbolkar for my property posted in your side just one day ago. This is a fake no. & The person name is Dharam & he didnot find any property. I just want to say. Like this bad practice you people are asking money from customer for your diamond pakage. I just give you a fair warning don't do this anymore, other wise I will take leagal action against you for fake proposal.

Till payments are made many of co executive calls, but after making payments no body responds or picks calls. I purchased super Titanium package but till today I got only one response that too a fraud inquiry in which customer m no was not in service, though the co says only certified customers inquiry reaches us.

I got call from [protected]...She said she is calling from Magicbricks and if you pay you will get free membership...I paid for it and after sharing Screenshot of payment she said I cannot help you as it was not from my End...I said will have to raised complain as I have paid 999..so she called and was very rude

Hi, i have purchased their titanium package for renting out my flat. But from the day i purchase their package they never calls be back for even a single time and after 2-3 days i myself called their customer care to know the status of property photoshoot and to know the other details. After 3-5 days, property went live with pictures and i started getting fraud people calls who say that i am in army, navy, cisf, airport security and etc etc...

I have paid for a premium package for my land on magicbricks on 16th march 2022 from agent mr . NIKHIL. he told me that i will a call same day from my relationship manager to help me list my property online, as i have paid for 1 realationship manager also. BUT till date there is no response from magicbricks teams nor did i receive any call from my relationship manager nor is my property listed online on their official site.
I tried connecting with nikhil but he said that i will receive call next day. IT has happened twice and today when i called him again there was no response. MAGICBRICKS is a cheater and a fraud company.

I realize that the Magic Bricks I have paid for my advert is Fraud. For last two months I have not seen any result.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

Hi, I have paid 2000 about 4 days back for a dedicated property manager for my property.. But till date no one has contacted me regarding my property. I have written two emails and still no joy... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM ON THE PART OF MAGICBRICKS... THAT THEY HAVE COLLECTED THE MONEY, but are not providing me the services for which they have collected... Hope someone can contact me immediately for this... on my number or email that is known to them.

Case still my salary is not generated whyy so

I have paid for Super Titanium Package but they have activated AMS package. Now the sales person is not answering my calls. Customer support is pathetic and they dont have any clue about the issue and taking their own time to resolve the issue...

I've taken Relationship manager(RM) package with digital marketing by paying 14k to expedite sell of my flat at thane . As per the details provided on their site, a dedicated relationship manager was to be appointed who would reach out to potential buyers and provide details to if someone is interested in buying . The validity for package is 3 months . It's been one and a half months but till date i've not received any update from RM . Not even a single update till date . Magicbricks is totally fraud . They take all money in advance and then make you run after them . Till date i've done multiple follow-ups but they all are deaf now . They have highly unprofessional team who only knows how to cheat people . I've all the evidences to prove my claim . Will take legal action if they don't heed to my complaint at the earliest .

One of yr Marketing Person Mr Arjun contacted me from Banglore reg., my property marketing.. I accepted n paid Rs.10000. Now yr representative called me again asking to me another Rs.5000 for its activation n Mr Arjun not informed me earlier abt this another Rs5000. Now they told me as my page will be closed immediately.. Pl.. do justice for me.. Thanking You.

A customer executive named Shalini did a fraud with me. She has sent me some pictures of property and told me to buy premium package in order to get that deal. When I purchased that package then stopped responding back. She stopped picking the call as well responding back on whatsapp. I want strict action against such employees and I want my money to be refunded immediately. I bought the subscription today and want my refund back as I am not able to get property of my choice.

My Relationship Manager Devayani is not at all contactable. She neither responds to the photos calls nor calls back. Any amount of messaging is going waste as she doesn’t read messages. What kind of activity she’s doing on my account is not visible. What are her roles and responsibilities to the customer are not defined. Please change my relationship manager at once. I don’t want to waste my money and time just like that. MagicBricks is a difficult company for the customer to contact . I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring it to your notice that An employee of MagicBricks by name ALI (Located in Bangalore called me from the number +91 [protected] called me today 16/Feb/2022 around 3:29 PM and asked if I can upgrade to Paid Listing from Free listing. But I said though I do not get good responses for my posting, I am good with Free listing since I get responses from other sources outside Magicbricks. So Do not want to upgrade, then when we were about to hang the phone, he used a filthy word saying "Matharchore" which is not Professional and Not acceptable as a consumer. I have been trying to reach out to the same number from which he called me, But the number is always Busy.

I want Magicbricks to take necessary Action against this Employee and should improve their Employees Professionalism and standard in Magicbricks as this is spoiling the Trust in the Brand. I am really upset with magicBricks because of this incident.

Dear sir this is Umesh Raikar i had got cheated by magic bricks real estate company who promised for digital marketting package of worth 5000 rs package brought on 24 jan 2022 . all this happened after their all false advertsing claims to attract us and cheat us they talk all false product were i brought digital marketting worth 5000rs with all its features useless as dustbin with bad quality falty serice provide worst experience from this company. i waited for more than 15 days all they keep on saying false claims since then i had not got any buyer response from this package of digital marketting .all their features provided are useles all they cheat saying this features but later you get nothing benifit from it. so i had requested to refund the moeny which they are giving some false excuses to pass the days all lies they talk no word and not even worth any service their customer care talk some false were nothing is provide for this package benifits all money is waste in this scam magic bricks even my friend who got this have same level of experiences . i request to pleas eresolve this and provide refund .

I have booked a movers and packers service from magic brick. Have paid the booking amount also. But now the concerned person is not responding to my call. I need the service for tomorrow and its highly urgent. Need a resolution asap else will escalate the matter till the highest possible level.

I opted for paid service to help sell my apartment but RM is not responding neither are they sharing any data. I am also not able to login to my account as they have changed the number to their own. I need a refund on the entire amount.

I i purchased titanium pro package for 3999, there executive said this package includes top listing,
but 30th jaunary 2022, i received a call from magickbrick that i have to pay 19000 more to be on top as there package was only for listing and number display, as i am also not getting such response, i already mailed them earlier, and tryng conncect through ivr no possitive response i got
