I had availed the services of Magicbricks.com, a popular online real estate platform, to sell a property registered under my name. As per the claims made by Magicbricks.com, their platform provides a seamless and efficient process for connecting buyers and sellers, ensuring a successful property transaction. However, my experience with their services has been nothing short of a distressing ordeal.

I listed my property on Magicbricks.com with great anticipation, hoping to attract potential buyers and achieve a prompt sale. I diligently provided accurate and comprehensive information about the property, including detailed descriptions, high-resolution photographs, and the desired selling price. Additionally, I paid the requisite fees for a premium listing, expecting enhanced visibility and increased chances of attracting interested buyers.

To my dismay, despite adhering to all the recommended guidelines and investing significant time and effort into optimizing my listing, I have not received a single response from any potential buyers. The complete lack of interest in my property raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and authenticity of Magicbricks.com's claims.

Furthermore, my attempts to seek assistance and clarification from their customer service team have been met with complete silence. I have made multiple inquiries regarding the lack of response and the unsatisfactory performance of their platform, but my communications have been blatantly ignored. This neglectful behavior is not only disrespectful to customers but also indicative of a severe lack of professionalism and accountability.
I firmly believe that Magicbricks.com's failure to deliver the promised services, coupled with their lack of responsiveness and support, amounts to a breach of trust and a violation of consumer rights. I am greatly aggrieved by the wasted time, resources, and mental distress caused by this ordeal.

In light of the above, I kindly request the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to intervene in this matter and hold Magicbricks.com accountable for their actions. I seek the following remedies:

1. Refund of the fees paid for the premium listing, as the promised benefits were not delivered.

2. Appropriate compensation for the wasted time, effort, and mental anguish caused by the failure of Magicbricks.com to attract potential buyers.

3. Imposition of appropriate penalties on Magicbricks.com for their negligence, misrepresentation, and disregard for customer concerns.

4. An investigation into the practices and functionality of Magicbricks.com to prevent other consumers from suffering similar hardships.

Enclosed with this letter, you will find copies of the correspondence with Magicbricks.com, including my property listing, payment receipts, and the ignored inquiries made to their customer service team, as evidence to support my complaint.
