We have paid Rs.1000 for MB prime PRO plan and bought 30 contacts. We are searching a house for rent. But through this plan when i contact owner out of these 30 contacts, owners are telling like its already rented out. Not available currently, call not reachable, mentioned price is wrong, mentioned bhk is wrong, And owner is saying we are not giving advertisement in Magic bricks. I was scamed by a fake property dealer in magic bricks. I trusted them because of their good KYC process and paid security deposits but later came to know that it is a fraud. Amount scamed - 48019/-. - Its been almost 4 weeks now - and only 2 tries / calls by RM.
- Not referring to the sale closure, I am referring to successful connected calls. Only 2 calls that were made on 30th June shows as busy or not reachable, is this information genuine - I doubt

I received the call from MB representative that there are property listed on MB in the area where I am looking for, Under MB prime I will be getting direct details of owner. MB prime cost me Rs 4999. He also told me that if I got property from somewhere else then the entire amount will be refunded only an agreement is necessary to ask for the refund.

On 9th June 2022, we saw a partner verified ad on Magicbricks for a coed hostel in Mumbai Central with the owner as Anil Kumar (Contact no.[protected]) . but 30th jaunary 2022, i received a call from magickbrick that i have to pay 19000 more to be on top as there package was only for listing and number display, as i am also not getting such response, i already mailed them earlier, and tryng conncect through ivr no possitive response i got

I recently took up a titanium sunscription with magic bricks. This has not been updated. It still appears as if i have not paid for it. One of the senior managers at Magic Bricks confirmed they have received my payment. I have lodged a ticket with them and i got ticket number Ticket #2254683 stating it is resolved.. there were couple of Advertisements posted on the website MAGICBRICKS for renting out property in CLEO COUNTY (Details of advertisement given in Appendix 1). However, I am dissatisfied with the service they provided to me from June 6 to till date.I saw no response from their website.

As I have informed individually and to teams. It is very disappointing to experience completely different behavior of the teams and individuals before payment and after payment. My number was reachable for the sales team, account managers, each and every one of them trying to get a lead and make the prospect pay and make a sale with the lead.
