Sub:- complaint against magicbricks for its neglegence in services which made me heavy losses Sir, This complaint is against magicbricks in accordance to the above mentioned subject. I have availed a unlimited listing three months free subscription pack from magicbricks. For the past 20 days i am having problems in my listing due to wrong email i'd provide. I have called the customer care nearly 10 times and given my complaint. Everytime i just receive a false assurance from the customer care executives of the same to be resolved on priority. They have not listed my properties nor advertisement from my payment which frauds into heavy losses. I am not able to close any new deals. My properties are lying as it is. Now the customer care is telling that your email i'd is not in existence nor your phone no is valid which were given to magicbricks at the time of availing the service. I fail to understand how they have accepted my online payment on my real email id. I am sorry but i have no family relation with the times group. My bank statement is showing the onlinepayment. This clearly shows that just to give a fake answer to the customers the executives speak whatever comes to their mouth. I need to give a special complaint against an employee of magicbricks named mr.. His mobile is [protected]. I had called this employee for my problem and had requested him to help me in the same as soon as possible. I have never receive a call from him for the above said problem. The language in which he spoke was very unethical, i think that it is my legal right to at least ask for rights pertaining to the services for which i have paid from my hard earned money. I fail to understand how to these type of services promoted by the times group to represent their brand in the market. These are just reflecting that the brand is failing in its consistency and its endorsement. Promises of a good and excellent service is made at the time of selling the service to the customers but never fulfiled. I fell there must be many customers like me who must be facing these problems. I need a resulation to my problem. Is the times group going to pay me for my losses incurred in the past 25 days. I have all the calls recorded and all the evedances pertaining to the same?
