MagicBricks — fraudulent magicbricks agent chennai

MagicBricks is banned in Europe due to their non compliance with GDPR. I am an NRI, my property in IndIA has to be sold and contacted guy called Markose N K acted as an agent for MagicBricks, sold me a platinum package over what's up, received all photos and description of property to Magicbricjs back office and sent money to an account he provided. He sent me an email ID and password and said the advert is live and linked to my email ID so I will get a notification of prospective buyers to my email. I never received a single email so asked a friend to check up the property ID and found the email ID set up is a different email ID to what I gave. Many messages sent to sort this out he silenced himself and I have no way as GDPR prohibition in UK I can't even make a complaint visiting MagicBricks website. He communicated every day till he received money in to account after that stopped all communication. What shall I do? I copied and saved all dialogue with media with this guy if MagicBricks want to see.
