MagicBricks — Paid Membership fees

I wanted to contact one property on Magic Bricks (2 BHK in Srinivasa
Signature). A message from Magic Bricks on my whatsapp asked me to schedule my visit so, solely for the purpose of getting the contact details of the owner of this 2 BHK flat in Srinivasa Signature, I paid 999 on Magic
Bricks. When I called the owner, he said that the property was already
sold. Kindly help me with the money that I have already paid to Magic
Bricks for a property which is already sold.

Had I known that the property is already sold, I wouldn't have paid the
membership fee. As of now, there isn't any other property on Magic Bricks
for which I would need to get owner details. This was the only property for
which I wanted owner details.

I took the membership on 23 Sep-2023 at 5:30PM, made the call to the owner within 10 mins,
reached out to MagicBricks within 20 minutes and wrote an email with the same within 35 mins.

I received a response from them that since I have utilized the membership, fees can not be refunded.

How did I utilize the membership if the property is already sold out? In this scenario, I haven't utilized my membership and also reached out to them within half an hour.
