As I have informed individually and to teams. It is very disappointing to experience completely different behavior of the teams and individuals before payment and after payment. My number was reachable for the sales team, account managers, each and every one of them trying to get a lead and make the prospect pay and make a sale with the lead.
However once the payment is done, suddenly the teams don't have access to my phone numbers. they are not able to reach me. I am on DND from my telecommunications provider BEFORE and AFTER the payment is done. However only AFTER the payment is done it is taking effect I presume.
The photography department is not able to reach me because I am on DND. However, the rest of the teams have no problem reaching me to increase extend the package that I have received.
The dedication that is shown towards getting a prospect pay is awesome. Post the payment is done everything falls apart. Nobody seems to be interested in doing what the NOW customer has paid for.
The payment was made as of the 6th of AUG. We are now on the 25th of AUG. There is absolutely nothing been done as per the Titanium Plus package (Rs.7189).
