[Resolved]  Magicpin — Despite the cancellation of the transaction, the money was still debited from my bank account, and I have not received a refund.

I placed an order for a 7500INR voucher from Titan Eye Plus, but unfortunately, I haven't received the voucher despite the deduction of money from my account. According to the magicpin website, they claim to have refunded the money, but it has not been credited back to my account yet. It has been five days already, and I have been attempting to contact a magicpin agent without success.
