[Resolved]  Magicpin — Transaction was canceled, but the money was still deducted from my bank account and haven't received a refund yet.

I placed an order for a 7500INR voucher from Titan Eye Plus, but unfortunately, I haven't received the voucher despite the deduction of money from my account. According to the magicpin website, they claim to have refunded the money, but it has not been credited back to my account yet. It has been five days already, and I have been attempting to contact a magicpin agent without success.

Even after contacting multiple times to magicpin the response was quite same
As far I didn't receive any money from magicpin.
