Maha E Seva Kendra — rude behaviour and no politeness. | |||
I called on[protected] number. This maha e seva kendra is located at opp shivsena office samata colony, ambegaon pathar, pune, maharashtra 411046, india Hopeless staff and pathetic service.!! I feel really irritated. I was inquiring about how to change name on pan card, but they are not giving information on phone call. He disconnected my call. When i call him up again, he spoke with me very rudely. Asked me to visit the center then only he will tell me which documents i need to submit for the name change process. No etiquette when talking with a lady. Rather that giving yes/no answer, he was debating with me on call. Horrible experience.!! I wish this center be closed as soon as possible if they are not willing to help people. I wish someone should take some action based on this feedback. Was this information helpful? | |||

There is Same incidence with me. not even staff or owner also able to run maha e seva Kendra. I call ther for adhhar update & lady told me u want to get appointment for this & cut my call. When I call back she told u can come after December till don't have any appointments For u. I don't know how it's possible because when adhhar came new even that time I was get appointment within 2 day's. It means they ignore this things because in this thing they didn't get any benefit (may be) & gov. Worn every e seva Kendra about charges. So I suggest please don't appoint person like this for e seva Kendra...
