Maha E Seva Kendra — worst services and rude behaviour

I m facing a very worst attitude and rude behavior about maha e seva kednra employee, i m complaining about vinod mali & anuja mali maitree maha e seva kendra main road soni 416420 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com. Mr vinod is never available in this kendra for services, mrs anuja mali is very cruel women who is working there. She offered a advance fee which is higher than triple time of excluding charges of services and extending for the services till 1-2 month
There are lot of customers which is very suffered by her services, i was applied for 2 month before for a affidavit it concern about new light connection and give her 500rs an advance but till i m not getting affidavit from her, when i m visiting their office every time his office is closed and when i called to this number she never attend a call or reply with massage is call you later. When i m continue call to her then she told me that you can give your documents back i will never work on your matter. One other victim is the father of 2 child who give her documents for correction and it must to submit in 2-3 days but she give him this documents after 1.5 month later, this man is actually cried in her office because t=due to delay his child dont get admission in this college
I m really request to you please change the worker in this kendra or stop this # service given by her
