Facing same issue in wakad, Pune. We bought a flat with faulty meter and it is not getting replaced. Electricity bill charges by default RS 2000 per month. have filed complaint year ago but nothing done till date. Is there a way to resolve it?? New buildings coming up in same society has new 3 phase meters installed. :(

As we visit at sub-division they said that application paper was missing. so that they were not installing the meter.
we also send mail to Ex- DY engineer of respective division for two week before ganapati festival. but there was no reply from that side also.
