Respected Sir/ Madam Myself, above mentioned consumer, wish to bring into your kind notice that bill of Consumer No:[protected] for the month June 2018 Rs. 440/- was paid twice unknowingly via PayTM ID [protected] (15/06/2018) and Freecharge ID:FCEA[protected]/06/2018). I have informed about this already on your Toll Free number. Even then needful action has not been taken and the extra paid amount has not been adjusted in this July months bill. In this regard I earnestly request your kind self to take necessary action and adjust the extra paid amount in this month or next month bill.
