actualy my consumer number[protected]oct 2018i paid my bill 2890 but previously bill showin apps2913 some thingso first time i canncell the payment and again i paid but by default amount 2 time deduction so i visit nerest elkectricity office and call helpline but both inform amount not refund next month bill adjustment possible but why asper RBI relus if you holding the balance so interest will be applicable but with out interest and i paid to my credit card through so this amound i pay to hdfc bank kindly check this problem and refund my money.
