    Hello,
    I am planning to leave Armori city (Dist- Gadchiroli) pin code - 441208.
    The worst city where every hour electricity goes and sometimes not come on time.
    I am software engineer i need consistently 9 hr electricity to work on, .but Armori mseb workers is worst service worker.
    Why this guise are treating with people like this, we have to sleep good at night but suddenly electricity goes without any geniune reason like wether issue, everything is clear in the sky still electricity goes.
    It's happening everyday now as well, due to electricity goes at night i decided to file complaint at this time.
    Please solve this issue otherwise next step will not be good for mseb office armori. Do it on urgent basis.
    Wanted to throw many bad words towards mseb armori workers but they deserve more than this...hope you will understand my filling. Solve it soon.

      Our monthly average light bill is around 500-1000 Rs .
      But this time we got light bill of 2320 Rs -which is disproportionately very high compared to our average monthly light bills.And also there is no increase in usage of the electricity for this month .
      Kindly investigate as soon as possible and correct the billing amount.

        Since last 3 days, voltage is getting fluctuated, and therefore no appliance is working at home. I've raised complaint and called customer care multiple times, but no one visited home. I've also even visited their office, they just do registration but do not send any service man to solve the problem. Since I'm working from home, I'm facing big financial loss.

        In past as well I'd multiple complaints but no one checks problem.

        Please take immediate action.

            Consumer number[protected], when checked with mseb department meter status showing active. But meter status on bill is faulty from November 2021. Filed complaints thrice by personal visit to office, no use. No testing has been done also no meters available is the reason being given. From November consistently they are sending me bill for unit 225 unit, even when flat is empty from March 2022. No proper solution being given through any channel. Employees are rude & showing neglegance. Kindly do the needful & replace the meter & adjust the over paid bill immediately

              Our Electricity bill for july 2022 was Rs. 3540 and it was 680 in the past month that is June 2022. And this has been the same for past months. That is the bill comes around 600 to 700 rupees every month. Nearly 2500 is charged excessively this month. This must be some metre problem or something else. Kindly look into the matter, reduce the charges and do the needful.

                  Dear sir,
                  My 3 phase meter, consumer number[protected] of my residence, Alura H 605/606, Casa Bela Gold, Palava City is faulty since last 2 years and I am getting fixed bill of Rs 4000 per month.
                  In spite of several complaints it is still not changed and I am suffering with excess bill.
                  Request you to change the meter immediately and refund the excess bill I paid since last 2 years.

                      I am living in stargaze, bavdhan Pune . We got high bill in may 22 as mentioned faulty meter reading. As per officers in sus road office we lodged complaint regarding to test the meter. And now we got ‘non faulty’ result . Still officer is asking to replace meter coz the meter we are using will get faulty in the future coz of that brand. We are asking for revised bill. And officers are just telling me to go from places to places. I recently got Covid and now I am facing viral infection. Secondly I am taking rest for my pregnancy treatment. These things are making my life difficult. It’s request to please look into this matter and try to resolve asap.

                          We got electricity bill of Rs.33000 for using 2000 units.

                          We were getting electricity bills in the range Rs 400 to Rs 1000.
                          As bills are calculated based on the units higher the units higher double or triple charge in bill. In between we also got bills of Rs.580 which we paid.

                          MSEB person failed to collect readings and gave readings of 1 Unit to MSEB resulting no bill or bill amount of Rs.500. We got bill for 2000 units in single month. It is impossible in any scenario that we use 2000 units in a month for single home. The units collected over past few months as it wasn't being collected by the MSEB person.
                          They Charged us bill by rate of Rs 11.86 per Unit. It is mistake from MSEB. The readings could have been collected on time.

                          We want to charge these units by Rs 4 per unit as per the billing rule.

                          They torture us to pay the bill which is injustice and harassment.

                            This is coming from Vishal Nagar/Pimple Nilakh/ Pune. The title, frequent power cuts, has to be the most understated statement in today's time because the amount of power cuts I have seen while living here is unimaginable.
                            The minute the rain drop from monsoon hits the pavement, there is power cut. No resolution from support, no update from authorities, no plan to improve the existing situation for next year. Complete Darkness in its full sense and utmost strength. Can't believe this is 2022 and these guys haven't figured out a solution. Have tried calling them, they dont pickup or keep the line on hold for 7 hours, yes, i tried for 7 hours, and they kept the line on hold. Every year, same story. I would have killed myself if I had a job at MSEDCL that looked after Vishal Nagar area. Its 2022 but I think we people from Vishal Nagar are still living in 1946. And how I can I forget, they recently increased the tariff prices. So there is no resolution for power cuts, increased tariff prices. Shame! Shame! Shame MSEDCL!

                              We are facing frequent powercuts in Datar Ali area of Pen taluka(7-8times a day). This causes problem to the people who are working from home.

                              If MSEB is so incompetent to provide seamless service to their consumers, then they should stop charging deposit charge in every monthly electricity bill.

                              Please solve this problem as soon as possible

                                    My monthly unit consumption is hardly 50 units for Rs, 410. I had raised a complaint last year in 2021 on 15th November 2021 for an incorrect bill of Rs. 1720. I had shared the meter reading with 5732 taken on 14th Nov 2021. It was then corrected to Rs. 410 & then I paid my bill. I kept getting high bills from Dec 2021 with 101 units around Rs. 700 when there was no one residing in the house ?
                                    In Nov 2021 when meter reading was 5732...

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    I want to bring to your kind notice that there is a dispute in the billing unit and bill that is generated .

                                    Last month in the bill of June 2022 the billing unit was 347 and bill amount was Rs.3350.00

                                    The bill for this month of July 2022 the billing unit is 337 and bill amount is Rs.3690.00

                                    This month the unit is less still the bill is high in comparison to last month .

                                    There were instances where we have faced lots of issues since Covid-19 started and they started billing unethically.

                                    We never get proper answers from the staff working here in Dombivli East, so finally decided to lodge a complaint . My details are as below
