The subject companies are useless and should be given to private power distributing companies.

There is no power is Solapur Railway lines at 103A Rly lines. Aged parents at home on medical equipment support. What to do?

Since last 3hrs power supply not resumed

This has to stop,
Since 11pm there is no Power in sector 9 and 10 respectively
These are summer days
It feels suffocating when the fans are off
During the atleast it's fine u can go out
But what to do at night

Even after three hours, there was no electricity in sector -05, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai -400701.
Please turn on the electricity early in this summer day at midnight in any case 🙏

I have paid the March 2023 Electricity Bill through the CRED Application and the payment got deducted from my Bank Account, But the Bill Paid is not reflecting in the MSEDCL Account.

I am not using electricity since join new connection (except ganapati festival )
still i can see wrong bills are coming from last 5 months. facing high meter reading and hight bill amount.. It seems no one checks meter or does reading properly.

No electricity pole in my area on inner street because of that the electricity service cable going over the buildings which is very dangerous in rainy season and also due to this always low voltage and frequent power cut in my area. Requesting MSEB to pay must needed attention over this

msedcl person comes today at my home for power disconnetion, there is due date is 28.03.23, only 2 days delay for payment so why msedcl person come home for power disconnetion, as per rule msedcl sent notice bills to all
consumer if consumer not paid his bills more then 2 months
so i request you please do not sent any person for power disconnetion without notice bills

I submitted a request to disconnect electricity supply for consumer no.[protected] in September 2021. However, I was advised that the electricity supply is already disconnected. However, MSEDCL kept charging me from May to Sep 2021. I would like to claim the refund of those amounts.

I am Sachin Ghadge consumer id[protected] lodge a complaint[protected] for line snapped from mseb pole to meter, but your official close the complaint without resolution.
Now, they said that, it's not there responsibility to get new cable.

I had make payment of 610 on 3rd Feb 2023 at 8.44, it was debited from my account from gpay but amount was not reflected for my bill, I got the same amount added up in my March bill.please check

This is to inform that we have not been staying in our house since 1st June 2022 until now of this date. The house has been locked and no one is staying. The electricity bills issued till now is showing wrong billing with following units and amounts as listed below:

We made compliant in person at the Assistant Engineer, Ramtekadi Section Office. MSEDC Ltd, Pune. On[protected] and complained that the house is vacant and that the amount and units shown on the bills since October 2022 until January are wrong. The Assistant Engineer agreed to sent his assistant to visit the house and check the units from the meter. We informed the Assistant Engineer that the meter was not showing the meter reading but showed the message “P-53719”.
We were, assured that the billing for February 2023 will be corrected based on the meter reading and the excess amount will be refunded. Then, as the meter reading was due on 3rd February 2023.

Dear Sir,
We have purchased a resale 1BHK flat in Mar22. We are paying MSEB Electricity bill before due date each month and the monthly average bill is of Rs700/-.We have paid all the bills up to Oct22. We are using 3 lights and 2 fans in our home. Electricity consumption should not exceed 100 units. But in the month of Jan23 we got a bill of Rs107000/- with electricity consumption of 6000 units. We have checked that the meter no ***79467 is mentioned in our bill but as per physical meter in place has meter no ***79468 . We have never got bill with this meter number(***79468). MSEB people says that they were sending incorrect bill since beginning (approx 10 years). MSEB they have done some correction and provided final bill of 54000/-. But still the meter number mentioned in the bill is the old one(***79467). MSEB has disconnected our electricity supply with out any call or notice. They are forcing to pay the due to get power supply reconnected. Could you please guide me.
1. Why should I pay for MSEB's mistake of sending incorrect bill since last 10 years.
2. We have purchased the flat in March22 and Is it my liability to pay the final bill amount for the corrections done for the 10 year period?

My payment 720/- debited but not credited to msedcl

Dear Sir,

I am customer of Mahadiscom and my consumer number is[protected].
From past many months I am getting same bill even when I reduced my consumption. The reason is the meter is not working and is showing error.
I raised online complaints but the complaints are closed without resolving the issue.

I had requested to replace the meter but no action is taken on it till today.
Request you to please help.
