Customer ko pareshan kar k unse paise mange jate haivaha k stap yani vaireman customer se 1 home conection k liye 5000/6000 rs mangte hai our aisa nahi hone par use new light connection nahi diya jata hai use kafi chakka lagane padte hai jab ki 5000/6000 dene par connection...

I have applied for new connection at katarkhatao, satara maharashtra. My consumer no is[protected] and receipt no is-0923453 dt 30.10.2017. After 3 month yet we have not received new meter. Msedcl officer telling us meter shortages at their department. We r planning to shift there soon. When should we get the new meter? Can we get temporary connection? Pl suggest.     We have our family home in Chiplun, Maharashtra. We visit this home hardly 10-15 days in a year, especially during summer season or during festivals.
    In this home we have electricity supply from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.

    Till December 2016 meter reading was zero and I used to get Rs. 40/- which was minimum bill.

    However Jan’17 onward there is continues increased bill. details are attached

    Though we stay in this house for very few days (Average 10-15 days in a year) and most of these bills were inappropriate, I paid all these bills online to avoid inconvenience.

    I have already raised complaint by calling [protected] on 1st Jan’18 at 18:34 and had a word with Mr. Rahul Kale(on call representative). My complaint number is 7797003.

    Note:
    • Most of these meter readings are arbitrary i.e. no actual meter reading taken from meter, though our electricity meter is outside the home and very much legible.
    • Meter status: NORMAL (Jan’17, March’17, April’17, May’17, Aug’17); Meter status: R.N.A. (Sept’17, Dec’17); Meter status: INACC (Feb’17, June’17, Oct’17, Nov’17); Meter status: R.N.T (July’17)
    • Online downloaded electricity bills attached from Dec’16 to Dec’17 for reference

    I have reminded concerned department thrice (1st jan'18/5th Jan'18 and 8th Jan'18), however there is no response till date.

    I received messaged form VM-MSEDCL on 18th Jan'18 16:10 that "Service Request ID[protected] of meter reading-correction is resolved on 18-Jan-16:10". to confirm the same I called 1912 and I was suggested to visit local MSEB office i.e., Chiplun- Moravane office. Though I shared I am at Thane, the representative insisted to visit MSEB office either self or to send some relative. I am surprised, how practical it is? and if that was the case, why they charged extra bill for so many months without any communication?
    once again I request to refund my extra money with interest. I am ready to complete the formalities if it's online due to time paucity.

    i have received new bill for Feb'18 due date 15th March'18. The amount is again Rs. 780/-, units 123, current and previous reading 176. what does it mean? will I get any response now?

    I didn't receive any response from your side or MSEB side yet.
    Rather I got another bill of Rs.760/- due on 14th Feb'18.

    For no reason these bill are increasing despite current and previous readings are same 176, but units are 123?

    I am still not getting any clarity, on this matte.

    Kindly do the needful!

      Hello sir my name is priti after calling so in so many mseb offices at last im writing this complaint i had applied for new meter connection at naigaon east near juhu chandra in november 2017 but still its not installed your officer at naigaon east all are corrupted it feels like they doing some kind of corruption business they are government employes they get paid for doing nothing they chagre normal people for doing their duties which are assigned to them. When i went at naigaon east office at juhu chandra your one of employee named "sharad" he said "give me 15000 for every meter and u will get ur meter with 20 days or else it will take 8 to 9 months" whole staff is same but i dont know thie name even the technician whose work is to visit the lication when he comes for survey he asked me for supervision charge which i allready had paid in my quatation his name was "govind and his number is [protected]".

      Please its a humble request take some action against these people we normal people are trying but it need your support also because everybody is corrupt here they all are team even if i want to complain there is no one everybody is involved in this. Please take some action.

        I am facing problem with meter replacement procedure. Since last 2 yrs, we are doing complaints only but no action has taken by mahavitaran office/officers. I found it is very hectic job to getting it replace from mahavitaran.

        I am mentioning complaint numbers which is still not getting attended too:

        2.[protected] oct 2017
        3.[protected] dec 2017

        Above mentioned complaints are online complaints only, other than these complaint, we have called customer care & visited local mahavitaran office so many times but still complaint unattended yet.

            Shri. Kishor r. Bhosale, (All india special bhel, rankala padpath udhyan, kolhapur, maharashtra) is a un - permitted bhel proprieter in kolhapur, he dont have any proper permission of municipal corporation, but he has acquired a electricity connection, and he is also engaged in providing a illegal, unhealthy and unsafe electric supply to other neighbour panipuri stall holders. The rankala visitors in padpath udhyan are unsafe because of his attitude. So please look in to matter and provide electric connections to only those persons having proper municipal permission only.

            I am irritated with electricity bill.In my home there are only 2 cfl and one tv still monthly bil of near about 1500 comes per month.

            i register at zonal officer but they just give fully answer.do whatevr u want.i register complaint through toll free number 3 times.meter cheker person doesnt work properly.

            so will help me.

              Hello,

              I have received high electricity bill amount for the month of dec -2017 and the amount is rs. 2070 having unit 270 which are not normal even the usage are same from last 10 months.

              As per the bill history of last 10 month, our consumption o[censored]nit in between 30 to 40 same is attached herewith.

              I also raised complaint on mahavitran app for the same but i did not receive any update from them.

              I request you to kindly check the details for this issue and get back to me with revised bill amount on urgent basis. I also tried to get in touch with customer care representative but those are not providing proper solution to this issue.

              I will wait for resolution of this issue at the earliest from your side otherwise i will make a complaint in indian consumer forum.

              Res/Sir I Shri Gaikwad v.k.residing in jawhar colony Beed House no.1-4-285 .Service wire connected from pole 100feet is hanging in our plot since 30 days last, it is live wire and most dangerous for us it may cause mishap at any time .it is our request to do needful .If any thing happens your deptt.and consumer will be responsible for it.

                The street lights in kopar road area not switch off till 1 p. M which is college him wasteful use of energy resources similarly its shows the is irresponsibility of the officers under whom this area is there search activity should be avoided as we all know that energy resources are scared enough and in such a case making such waste of the energy shall not only affect the area's energy but shall lead too serious issues in coming future so please take note of the same and see to it that the street lights are being switch off as per the schedule time as which food not only facilitate in saving of energy but also reducing the expenses of maharashtra state electricity board of india

                  My electricity meter was faulty from last 3 months. I have raised a online request to mahadis on 8th december 2017. Then i had gone to the electricity office at titwala 2 times. I was given a letter to mr mahajan who is the officer of titwala zone on 29/12/2017. He said your meter will replace with in a week. But still replacement not done.

                  My electricity bill was coming very high. So i will not able to pay high bills.
                  Kindly replace my meter & also reduce my bill.

                  I am strictly saying that i will not pay any bills. I will pay bill after meter replacement.

                    I have rasied an issue with my house meter faultiness on 29dec 2017 (Service request[protected] and[protected] but no action has been taken to resolve the same.

                    In house there is no major electrical instrument even refrigerator not there still 132 reading noted down.

                    I have called to the customer care but no proper response from the executive she said 1 month it will take and directly she put off the phone these kind of behaviour is really not acceptable it's completely arrogant way of behaviour

                      मै आप को बताना चाहता हु की संत कबीर नगर, दामू पाड़ा, सातिवली गांव { वसई विभाग } में बीते ३-५ वर्षो में किसी भी व्यक्ति के घर लाईट का बील नहीं आ रहा है!
                      और जिस की शिकायत हम सभी निवासियो के करने के बाद यंहा के सहायक अभियंता श्री.कश्यप शेंडे ने प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का लाईन कट करने का सडयंत्र शुरू कर दिया है!
                      यदि किसी व्यक्ति को लाईट बील भरने में यदि देरी हो गयी तो श्री.कश्यप शेंडे उस व्यक्ति का मीटर निकाल देते है! साथ ही पैसा भरने के बाद भी नहीं लगाते।

                      तथा लाईट का बील हमारे घर क्यों नहीं आता पूछने पर उनका जवाब है की ऑनलाइन जा के निकालो...
                      महोदय, इस पुरे प्रकरण में लाखो रूपये का भ्रष्टाचार हो रहा है क्यों की लाईट का बील बाटने के लिए MSEB द्वारा ठेकेदार नियुक्त है! और ये अधिकारी उस के साथ मिल जल कर वो सारा पैसा खा रहे है!

                      जो मुझे RTI से पता चला है!
                      अतः इसपर उचित कारवाई करे..

                          I namdeo ramchandra pawar, facing the fake reading since 1 year due to faulty meter. Because of this faulty meter the electricity bill is not getting correct which amount is too higher than my consumption which i'm not able to pay.

                          I have already requested to concern section office to replace my faulty meter by letter & many phone calls but no any positive approach i found regarding same.

                          Kindly arrange to replace the energy meter asap so that both the party consumer & msedcl will not bare loss. This is my humble request.

                            Till july 2017 my electricity bill was proper but suddenly there was a huge increment in the light bill for the month of august 2017. My average monthly consumption of electricity is 150 units per month from jan 2017 but for august month it was 408 units, which is 3 times more as that of normal.

                            In the month of sep 2017 i requested for meter replacement and after multiple follow ups it was replaced in the month of oct.

                            Now meter is working properly so far but the monthly electricity bill is still with additional amount, whereas as per mseb personal i should be getting a revised bill after deducting the amount which was added due to faulty meter. All the reports are already submitted to mseb office but no change in the bill.
                            It is very frustrating to followup. Very pathetic service provided by mseb.

                              My meter is faulty and does not show reading. This is case for past many months and i am being overcharged every month. Numerous complaint have been filed and problem not resolved. Latest complaint num:[protected] has been opened 21 days back and is in assigned status since then. No action, kindly resolved at earliest and acknowledge this email.
                              I have been ripped off a lot of money, looking for some urgent resolution.

                                    We are facing tremendous voltage fluctuation since last week. This is resulting in high risk to electronic devices.

                                    The fluctuation is observed in common areas of the society as well.

                                    This is resulting in high risk to devices like television, refrigerator and microwave.
                                    This might also have impact on tubelights.

                                      1. My family is not utilizing any heavy electrical appliance, shockingly the current month bill dated[protected] which we have received contains imposing of huge amount of bill i. E. Rs.3, 830/-.

                                      2. Please note that, in my previous five months electric bills the amount is at the average of max. Rs.2000/- only and now shockingly the bill amount has risen up with hige amount of rs.3, 830/-. The current month bill has come almost double the amount as compared to previous bills.

                                      3. I had submitted written complaint to vasai road west division of mseb, however, they forced us to pay the said amount instead of inquiring and resolving the same.

                                      In view of the aforesaid, i object to the hige amount in my current electricity bill dated december 18, 2017 and hereby humbly request you to revise and decrease the amount and adjust the excess amount paid under objection by me.
