MSDDCL Daily disconnect more than 8 hours without notice and change extra bill so needs to investigate through CBI why common people affected even paying regular bill and why not politician and rich party not affected whos bills are overflooded

      There are frequent powercuts in thane. As I'm writing this there is an ongoing powercut from the last 1.5 he. I have tweeted and always tweet MSEDCL to ask why the powercut and when the power will be back up but they don't respond apart from apologies for delay in response. I don't understand why there are such frequent power cuts here. Just 10 days back there was a powercut at midnight. I work from home and at this rate will lose my job for such ridiculous reasons..

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        Our self Pragyan Sahoo and Rinky Sahoo, having consumer number "[protected]" had raised two complaints "[protected]For meter not functioning" and "[protected]For incorrect billing". Both these complaints were closed without giving resolution and without seeking customer satisfaction.
        1. The meter connected to the property is unused since Jan 2021.
        2. From Jan 2022 onwards the meter has been marked as faulty which I realised lately in April 2022.
        3. MSEB itself has marked the meter as faulty since Jan 2022 but have not taken any action since then.
        4. I kept on paying the bills till Feb 2022.
        5. The verification of the faulty meter was done upon my request when I travelled to the said property in April 2022 for a week.
        6. Having raised the complaints and following up since then, I am getting the same reply that there is no new meter available and they cannot confirm by when it will be replaced.
        7. I am being given examples of cases of customers who are waiting for meter replacement since more than 6 months.

        I am now helpless and I stay out of Maharashtra. Now I am giving my house on rent from today 26th of May 2022.
        How will the correct payment be done the correct reading be captured. I am being told by MSEB people that these will be corrected only after the meter replacement is done. Till then I have to continue paying the higher bills.

          Hi,
          I am a resident of Gursale in khatav taluka Satara. We have a 3 phase connection for our land which has been down for the last 10 days.

          Repeated complaints to the MSEB toll free number and even to the local office have been of no use and there has been no action taken. Consumer request id of Supply Failed - Phase out is[protected].

          We are facing a lot of trouble in providing water to our crops from our borewell since we cannot run the bore well pump. Kindly look into this urgently and resolve.

              MSEB Refund/adjustment needed for double paid bill

              Sir,
              I have accidently paid electricity bill double from Amazon on the date of 08/03/22 & 06/04/22 for the same month. Amazon gave me the reference id BD012067OA4AAAFED0Y9 & BD012096OA4AAAFT3T2B for Rs 450. but the MSEB is saying they have received only one amount, And refused to pay me back or adjust my bill amount for the next month.
              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible....

                Hello Sir.. After the tired situation now I decided to fight for my rights.. The Indian government always announcing the Aatmanirbhar slogan but here we are trying to be set on our feet but no one supporting us. We started after a heavy loan Laundry Business in Wadamba, Ramtek Tahsil and Nagpur district and since last 6 month we are trying to get 3 phase connection first the engineer told us to fill the online form for government subsidies new request of transformer and after waisting our 3 month engineer told us the application was rejected without any feedback and again he said to fill the form we did it as per his instruction again it's showing rejected on online but he said don't worry on backstage I am preparing all the papers and sending to my upper office we said ok he said wait for next instructions after again our 2 month waisted we Preshering him that's why he given one document as proof like he is working for us(the same I am attaching with this complain) again we wait for one month every time he saying I am working on it but after long wait he said this processor is no longer you have to do yourself with your own money like 6 lakh.. So i want to ask Mr prime minister and other mahavitaran so in India if process goes like this how we the youth get aatmanirbhar and this kind of support we are getting on ground level... Till now it's ok it's a summer we manage our business in loss but next month onward we have big challenge it's rain so as I told we are doing laundry business.. How we can manage we don't understand in few weeks we didn't get any resolution we have only one way of SUCIDE we are 3 partner if anything will happened with us the government of india and mahavitaran will be responsible for it.

                          I am writing a complaint in regards to the electricity bill for the consumer number[protected]. FROM MSEB, Lonavala billing Unit 0884.
                          .
                          I have not been using more electricity than before and I have not been using any power-consuming large electrical appliances. Since more than one year, the opening meter reading in my bill for the above consumer number is constant and the reading shown 5471 as opening units since April 2021....

                          I am writing this complain regarding the power failure getting rapidly from last 2 weeks, My Consumer No.[protected] area Nalasopara west,
                          power failure in my area during morning time from 9 am to 5 Pm, and this failure issue is happening rapidly in the region, and after calling to customer care they reply no intimation given to them by any wireman or lineman,

                              sir, madam,

                              My name is Umesh Singh, I live in Vagharalpara, I have lodged a complaint with msedcl and mseb that the voltage is not equal here, which has been complained to you people and customer redressal and also to the Collector of Palghar, and updated from there. also got

                              Last night i.e. on 15/05/22 at 10 o'clock the voltage was dimmed, meaning only led bulbs were running, no other equipment was working, a complaint was filed to mseb around 11.30 pm, then power restored around 12 o'clock was done,

                              After that power was cut again at 12.30 minutes and then the same deem power became as before, I lodged complaint again but no solution was found, the power supply was broken all night, after about 13 hours power is restored, but the problem is same. that is like

                              The way mseb customer care people talked to me proves that there is no need to complain to mseb, if you complain related to their service then anything can happen to you, you will get power outage or Others can be harassed in any way, I realized this after talking to the customer care yesterday, the way they replied,

                              I just want to say that if registering your complaint in a democracy is a crime and a crime against any problem then I am sorry to mesb and all other departments for registering a complaint I will not file any complaint now because it is with me People can do anything.

                              But there is also one thing that if justice is left somewhere then I will definitely go anywhere to get justice till I get justice.

                              Even if I have to knock on the door of the court.
