I have complaint lots of time to MSEB Office & Customer Care and my complaint no. is 5136484. i have also give the complain letter to the MSEB Office.

Customer care and the department was not serious.

The bill was 3 time was high & the officer was not taken any action about my bill.

Please check why are the Electricity Bill high.

    I am getting average bills from last 2 months with 100 units on my flat where i am not even currently living. The meter reading has never been taken. I have lodged a complaint with MSEB but it hasn't been resolved. Please get this resolved and also i want my previous bills to be corrected.

    Sir, last 2/3months electricity bill shows very high amount, whenever my room is locked.On DT.17.9.2016 my meter no.[protected] shown as faulty. My elect. Usege is totally nil.for reference a photocopy is sent.
    You are requested to repair or replace the said meter at an early date.
    I hope you will solve my problem early.

      I have flat in Badlapur in Maharashtra.[protected] It is close as, no one lives in it. But still I'm receiving electricity bill 1000+ rupees for a month. In last 06 month I have complain twice, after complain i got revised bill
      In Dec 16 I have paid 200 as bill & now this month again 930 rupees
      No electric equipment in house still so much bill...

          Dear sir,
          Our customer number is[protected] and we stay at a1102 lotus building gawand baug thane west 400606
          The person who takes reading is continuously updating very high and incorrect number o[censored]nits consumed. This is resulting into very high bill raised on us while our usage is only household and very low.
          Please see the bill dated 19/11/2016 uploaded in which the reading updated by mseb person was 9513 while actual consumption was only 107 units. This is why bill was for rs 137270/-

          Now again we have got bill dated 24/12/2016 where in reading shows units consumed is 3154 instead of 188 units only resulting in to bill value of rs 186140/-

          This is a continuous harassment to us and we have to every time waste time and go to the mseb office for getting this corrected. We visited office last month but nothing has been rectified. This is really creating a huge stress for us and request you to please intervene to ensure this stops.
          Please help and we are happy to come to your office and meet up with senior officials in this regards

              Meter/power supply disconnected on 31.12.2016 at 12.15 pm for no valid reason.
              December'16 electricity bill amount was rs.900, due date 02.01.2017, & all previous bills cleared.
              On inquiry at msedcl sub-division office, sector-6, cbd belapur, this disconnection was confirmed and thereafter i paid the bill amount in cash along with re-connection charges of rs. 100. Re-connection charges collected by officer after examination of bill where due date is mentioned as 02.01.2017

                From last 10-15 days, there was frequent power failure in our society. Problem is fixed by providing temporary connection from nearby pole. Company staff told us that, service cable i.e. transformer to society junction box is faulty and should be replaced. Asst Engr. told us to get it done from your choice.(verbally).For this road is to be excavate.He told us to get permission for excavation from concerned authority on your own.Now question is whose responsibility is of this and who should bear the cost?

                We have received the zero bill with only tax amount in bill. When we have checked the meter rediing with previous and current it was found that the meter is working fine. Kindly check and remove the issue. Our area is Sector 19C, koparkhairane, Navi mumbai.

                  I am living in titwala hari om vally bldg no. 3, phase-1 my customer no,[protected], bu no.4073, my bill amt rs.1700/- for this month, and me and my wife working, as the same in my building mr. Nimesh joshi bill amt 3200/- mr. Mane bill amt rs. 2200. & mr. Gode rs. 1460 & mr. Parab rs. 4810 all we are working person and any time door off, than how the calculate this bill charges.
                  & when we have give the complaint they ask paid first bill than resolve the same. But till date they have not resolve our problem.

                    Sir, since last 2/3 months it has been found that wireman doesnot come and take actual reading and my electricity bill shows very high usage, but when I have taken actual reading after 10 days till it was 150 units less than it showed in the bill.In Last month also I have paid extra bill for my two properties, which are in same area and bill corrected later by wireman Mr.Gaikwad.This month again same thing happened.                     I am not getting any bills generated though the electricity is up and running for last 4 months. I had gone multiple timed to electricity office near to Hypercity, sent multiple emails to help desk id, called many times to helpline numbers but no response.

                        This is with reference to myconsumer ID[protected] which was recharged online on 21st December 2016 for Rs.1000/-. But while typing the code in meter same is showing as error 'not ok' and I am unable to recharge the meter. Below mail has already been sent and telephonic complaint has also done twice today but there is no response. Now it is been informed that meter has to be changed. Please look into the matter.

                          Dear sir my consumer number is[protected]. From past two months i am receiving average bill due to “meter reading not taken” i have raised more than 10-12 complaint with local mseb “chinchwad sub-div. Office but no action was taken. After that i have submitted my meter reading myself via “mahavitran mobile app” for the month of october - 2016 then also i had received average bill. (Bill copy attached)

                          Now i have received bill for the month of november-2016 which is very high and previous meter reading is showing “203” which is for the month august -2016. So while calculating mseb have ignored average bill send to me for the month of september and october, november does it mean that average bill sent me for this two month was went in charity. However such big organization can do such mistakes

                          I have also visited to kalewdi mseb office and as per them my meter is faulty so i have requested them to please re-pair or replace the meter however i didn’t received any positive response from mseb officer sitting at counter.

                              actual meter reading is deffered with bill meter reading and therefore excess bill sent. Kindly take corrective action to resolve and pay you correct amount. In november[protected] i am already gone to your office and correct the bill amt 1300.00 paid 17.11.2016.( your bill amount that time rs. 106178.00), but till dateyou are not send actual bill. Please rectify and send the corret bill. Current meter reading is 11024

                                Hi I m R G Sawant. My billing unit 0467 and consumer no is[protected].
                                As per subject I got mseb November month bill on 11 Dec. As per bill my last reading was 11303 and current reading is 11672. So total unit are 369. But when I check my meter reading on same day it was 11671( decreased after 20 days by 1!) ? So what is this! I' m surprised because no electricity I used from 22 Nov ( as per billing date) to 11 Dec.. So mseb changed me with unit rate 9.69 and so my total bill was 3300! So please mseb walo jao aur mera bill cum kar do Bhai. Jo kabhi 250 ke uper nahi gaya use apen 369 par pahucha diya.. Great.
