I am the user of MSEB electric supply. Due to high fluctuation in voltage the domestic electrical appliances are in danger. The use o[censored]PS is also not enough to rectify the fluctuation. Some times I even have to put off the UPS due to very high fluctuations in the supply.

My domestic electricity bills are also becoming more due to unsteady currents. Please do the needful as early as possible.

    My Electric Bill for Jan month wrongly generated.

    My consumer number is[protected]MRS LARA V Singh). 12, Hansa Sgar Flat, Gowardhan Nagar, Mulund West.

    My Jan 2017 bill was wrongly generated. As per my last six month usage, near to 120 unit was consumed every month. This month usage is lesser then previous month still it is showing 1105unit usage.

      I have been receiving inflated bill since November 2016.
      The meter reading is saying FAULTY. So I have been charged on 729 units randomly.
      Despite of giving written complaint on 37th Dec and waiting for 15 days and again following up twice on 10th January and 15th January respectively, no one cared to resolve the complaint.
      Again for the month of January I have been charged for 729 units despite of not consuming even half of that power.
      Nobody is answering properly and no appropriate action has been taken for the same.

      I had talked to Mr.SHAH and Mrs. GAIKWAD in MSEB Office at phadke road and still they are non responsive.
      I have attached the scanned copy of the written complaint submitted by me on 27th Dec 2016 which was acknowledged by them. Pls help

        Sub: Request for replacement of Meter No.[protected]

        My flat was unoccupied during August & September 2016, as evident from the o consumption recorded during the period.
        We have reoccupied the flat from !st October 2016 and the consumption recorded was 159 units for 25 days.
        However we find that the Meter recorded double consumption during November & December 2016, where as the actual consumption during December 2016 is much less compared to October 2016.

        Based on actual consumption the number o[censored]nits consumed during the period should be 300 units where as the actual consumption, based on our usage, could be around 150 units.

        Kindly do the needful & help.

          Same issue happened with me today as well, avg unit consumption for every month is between 50-150, bill amount which I used to pay around 900 which is also irregular as most of the time I used to be in Bangalore & Mumbai with family & sometimes in Pune. In the current month Jan-2017 in the generated bill it was 652 unit consumption, and total amount payable is 4, 060.00.

          Kindly revised the bill as accurate one. Here are the details : - Consumer No.[protected] BU/Circle Code - 4636 SANGHVI SUB-DN - Bill Amount - 4060.00

            Few weeks back there was a fire in the electrical board in our area, next to it there was a wall which got collapsed due to it. The wall which got collapsed was of the school due to which it is very dangerous for the school children.
            Since then the wall has not been repaired. Photo of the wall is also been attached. Kindly look into this matter to resolve it.

              We are living in a rented apartment in Kothrud, Pune since July 2016. Our usual electricity bill used to be in the range Rs. 1800 to 2000. We installed gas geysers in September and the electricity bill dropped down to around Rs. 1500. However the latest electricity bill of December has come to Rs. 6500 which is abnormally high for no reason. The billing history is attached. We have lodged a complaint with MSEDC and we hope that this issue will be resolved.

                  I have complaint lots of time to MSEB Office & Customer Care and my complaint no. is 5136484. i have also give the complain letter to the MSEB Office.

                  Customer care and the department was not serious.

                  The bill was 3 time was high & the officer was not taken any action about my bill.

                  Please check why are the Electricity Bill high.

                    I am getting average bills from last 2 months with 100 units on my flat where i am not even currently living. The meter reading has never been taken. I have lodged a complaint with MSEB but it hasn't been resolved. Please get this resolved and also i want my previous bills to be corrected.

                      In Dec 16 I have paid 200 as bill & now this month again 930 rupees

                            Our customer number is[protected] and we stay at a1102 lotus building gawand baug thane west 400606
                            The person who takes reading is continuously updating very high and incorrect number o[censored]nits consumed. This is resulting into very high bill raised on us while our usage is only household and very low.
                            Please see the bill dated 19/11/2016 uploaded in which the reading updated by mseb person was 9513 while actual consumption was only 107 units. This is why bill was for rs 137270/-

                            Now again we have got bill dated 24/12/2016 where in reading shows units consumed is 3154 instead of 188 units only resulting in to bill value of rs 186140/-

                            This is a continuous harassment to us and we have to every time waste time and go to the mseb office for getting this corrected. We visited office last month but nothing has been rectified. This is really creating a huge stress for us and request you to please intervene to ensure this stops.
                            Please help and we are happy to come to your office and meet up with senior officials in this regards

                                Meter/power supply disconnected on 31.12.2016 at 12.15 pm for no valid reason.
                                December'16 electricity bill amount was rs.900, due date 02.01.2017, & all previous bills cleared.
                                On inquiry at msedcl sub-division office, sector-6, cbd belapur, this disconnection was confirmed and thereafter i paid the bill amount in cash along with re-connection charges of rs. 100. Re-connection charges collected by officer after examination of bill where due date is mentioned as 02.01.2017

                                  From last 10-15 days, there was frequent power failure in our society. Problem is fixed by providing temporary connection from nearby pole. Company staff told us that, service cable i.e. transformer to society junction box is faulty and should be replaced. Asst Engr. told us to get it done from your choice.(verbally).For this road is to be excavate.He told us to get permission for excavation from concerned authority on your own.Now question is whose responsibility is of this and who should bear the cost?

Nimesh joshi bill amt 3200/- mr. Mane bill amt rs. 2200. & mr. Gode rs. 1460 & mr. Parab rs. 4810 all we are working person and any time door off, than how the calculate this bill charges.
                                    & when we have give the complaint they ask paid first bill than resolve the same. But till date they have not resolve our problem.

                                      Sir, since last 2/3 months it has been found that wireman doesnot come and take actual reading and my electricity bill shows very high usage, but when I have taken actual reading after 10 days till it was 150 units less than it showed in the bill.In Last month also I have paid extra bill for my two properties, which are in same area and bill corrected later by wireman Mr.Gaikwad.This month again same thing happened.
