    We are receiving the text message for paying bills, in this message, mensioned is only consumer no and not bu no.

    Always we need to fnd the bu no, so text message should include the bu no.
    Other wise just reove cox, which demad bu no while paying bill. Why does bu no required??? Why only consumer no is not sufficient??? Plz check if we can simplify the thing...

    I am dealing with 4 no connections and its very critical...

    Very very important hurdel, every time.

      Mr Manoj M Bhanare is using electricity for commercial work of RO plant without electric meter . Since he have electric meter. Bt he is using parallel connection from pole. Try to visit there between 7am to 10am to caught him red handed
      Even he didn't paid ground water tax.

          from last 4 months we recd. abnormal bill, same was complaint in written form with mahad MSEB office-3 times, but they don, t took into the same properly, From last three yrs our regular bill is near about 350- 450/- but from lst 4 months we recd. same as 800 - 1000/-
          plz look into the same ASAP, and rectify the same urgently.

            Here is problm of frequent power failures on daily basis in Area Sector 9 Divagon Near Garam Masala Bus Stop Airoli 400708. Also there was no light on friday 17th feb between morning 10 am to evng 6 pm at all. Pls do the needful on urgent basis to avoid inconvienience there are small childrens and aged people in homes and we are regular payer of your bills.

                  My self Dr Shinde Sandip. r/o, morshadpur 1112/1, near panchayat samiti tah_ashti, dist-beed, pin 414203. My house electricity meter was Faulty I was complaint regarding to change fault meter and meter get changed and I had done all legal procedure of mseb at Ashti Tahsil subcenter but still on my electricity bill meter reading not reduced and also electricity bill of Faulty and not used as such.                     I had issues with the bill of 18-AUG-16 in which I was Charged extra of Rs 6, 115.77 as Adjustments and I had called the MSEB office and launched a Complaint No.4788649, and they have assured me that this was a mistake and they would get it rectified. But it never did, I was paying the bill regularly after that for the units I was using. However, in the month of Dec 2016 the Meter was removed and taken by the officials, they stated that the bill was not paid and they we had to pay the entire amount of Rs 7090 /- and plus Rs 500 /- extra for the re connection charges. This is simply injustice, where in we have to pay the amount which is incorrectly added to our bill. I hope this complaint will be seen through and we will get our money back or adjusted in the future bill.

                      I have received incorrect bill/high bill for the month December 2016. Rs. 1200 which is incorrect. Please issue the correct bill so that I can pay it immediately.
                      In fact the flat for the said consumer number is not in use and completely vacant. From last three years I am just paying rent of Rs. 50 every month.
                      Consumer No.[protected] of billing unit 4578 CHAWANI S/DN. I am uploading photo of December-2016 Bill along with the meter reading photo took on 23/01/2017.

                      Many Street Lights on Grant Road, opposite Gera Greensville Complex, Kharadi, Pune (Near EON IT Park) are not working, resulting in darkness to many stretches of the Road.

                        In MAHADISCOM's consumer rights document, it is written that the electricity will be cut after giving notice after 15 days of prior notice.However, the officers do their own.Now, they cut electricity without giving any information.They don't inform the connection owner also if they are going to cut.To be a government body, it doesn't mean they have right to do anything.If that is so, why do they give any rights to the Customers?Just to show.If officers need more money why don't they send SMS to the owners of connection about their electricity cut before cutting.And It's very surprising how they calculate the electricity.For normal usage, they electricity bill comes in 1000s.Please stop this or close MAHADISCOM.

                          MSEDCL Consumer No.[protected]. - Billing unit 4578/CHAVANI/AURANGABAD URBAN I DIVISION. _ Bill Dt. 29/12/16 Rs. 276840.00, Current reading of 1765 (one thousand seven hundred sixty five) was wrongly data entered as 17165 (one lack seven thousand one hundred sixty five). I have been visiting MSEDL office, meeting various officials to get my bill rectified. I have even lodged a written complaint.I have received only false promises, but the bill remains unrectified till date.

                            Hi Team,

                            Every month bill is generated for a period of date range suppose like 18-NOV-16 to 24-DEC-16. Why again the same ending date repeated as starting date for every month? We had already paid including of 24-DEC-16 for example, again the next bill generated with starting date as 24-DEC-16 to 28-JAN-17?

                            Can you please clarify the reason?

                              I am a retired emplyee of BSNL .my consumerId is[protected] working in Chinchwad Pune MH under Akurdi Sub Dn (Bhosari Dn) . The outstanding bill of two other Consumers having CI[protected] and[protected] have outstanding bills Rs.6790/- and Rs.800/- respectively, is forcibly being charged with my bill.
                              I have made so many verbal and written request to sub division office Akurdi but nothing has been done so far.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  This is in reference to electricity bill for the caption period.

                                  Please note that my flat is closed for over a period of 12 months now and hence there is no electricity consumed in said flat. We get minimal bill for said flat which is paid by us online on timely interval.

                                  You may check history of electricity consumed in attached snapshot.

                                  I am very surprised and shocked to see bill for the month of Jan'17 which shows that electricity consumed by my flat as 490 unit. Attaching herewith copy of bill for your ready reference.

                                  Such bill is not acceptable by me as I have all records to justify that my flat was fully closed during said period.

                                  Request you to investigate readings for such period and get back to me with justifiable revert.

                                  This bill should be kept on hold till this issue is resolved.

                                  Your earliest revert is highly appreciated.

                                    As i would like to inform you that we have got extra bill for the month of December. For the same we have already registered complaint almost 20 days ago but there is no solution we got for this (complaint no[protected].Normally our electricity consumption stays within limit(under 100 units per month).Yesterday our electricity has been disconnected and when your people has come for re-connection of our electricity then we came to know that our electricity meter reading is only 7746(till 3rd February 2017) and electricity board has charged from us 7792 unit(bill generated on 17/12/16).

                                    So request to you that kindly look into this and resolve this issue on priority.As per my knowledge electricity charges is different for unit wise(i.e 0-100 units charges is Rs 2.98 and for more than 100 units charges is Rs 6.73), Kindly let me know that how adjustment part will take place here because electricity board has different different units rate (as per consumption), The reason for asking this question is we have paid extra money to electricity board and electricity board has charged from us at Rs 6.73/unit price.

                                    I have raised a concern regarding extra bill(Compaint no[protected] but till the date there is no solution we received, I have also visited to your concern office(Pimprigaon MSEB office) where i have given written application too.

                                    I would like to bring in notice that we have already paid bill till 7792 units(which has generated on 17.12.16 plz check) our electricity consumption has not reached at 7792 units till the time, you may send your person to check this too.

                                    So i would like to know that if we have already paid bill till 7792 units and till the time electricity consumption has not reached at 7792 units then why Rs 750 bill generated for the this month(plz check bill generated on 17.2.17).

                                        I am paying online bill, but today when i saw the bill amt it was Rs.540 for the Bill period: 11-DEC-16 to 11-JAN-17 wherein the meter reading of previous is 354 & also current is 354 & the unit used are 100, my question is if 100 unit are used how can the meter reading for previous & current will be same wherein nobody is living in that house. If you see my previous months bill history it is not more than Rs. 50 to 60, which are fixed charges which i have to pay, but if nobody lives over there so how can 100 units are used.
