Why I m getting average bills of the months may June July August 2022 . I already paid the the average bill of month may and June because the Mseb office told me to pay the average bills then only we will send you the meter reading bills .even After paying average bills they are disconnecting electricity supply . Pls revert back why you are keep on giving me average bills . I want my meter reading bills only.. I dont want such average bills again those who I already paid . Revert back as soon as possible.

    I have received Very high Energy Consumption bill for the month of July and Aug 2022. My Consumer no is[protected].
    I have requested and given the Application for Meter inspection as I am suspecting Meter is faulty and giving the wrong readings but no action has been taken from MSEB and also for on-line complaints awe are getting only system generated reply no proper solution provided on the issue.
    Please look into my complaints and resolve the same at the earliest.

      Our energy meter was faulty since months. We had been constantly complaining but mseb did not take action on the same.

      For the month of July 2022 we got an exorbitant bill of Rs 37000/-, after which we rushed to mseb ulwe and they sent a mechanic to check the meter and the loads connected in the house. They issued a report on the faulty meter and asked us to submit at Belapur MSEB office for bill correction which we did so .
      The officer said it will take 4-5 days but even after 10days (yesterday)the bill was not corrected. Again we visited belapur and enquired, after seeing us the officer is searching for our report from a pile. He said he will do it by evening but by night it got revised to Rs 18000 which is again very high considering 2working people's minimal usage of electricity. Again went to ulwe mseb and asked and they said we might have used AC . We have not used AC for past 2months. Again the officer sent a mechanic to check if we are using AC. The mechanic checked and confirmed to the officer that there is no usage of AC. Finally the officer tells us that still we have to pay 18000/- and after paying I have to get the receipt and after that he will make sure that the new meter is installed.

      We were left with no choice but to pay this amount else they will not replace the meter and again these bill errors will repeat every month.

      This is sheer harrassment from MSEb to middle class people like us.

      Expecting refund/ compensation for this excess amount charged.

        I comsumer No.[protected] under BU 4677 have received shockingly excess bill for electricity in absence of recording realtime meter reading by concerned party. My average bill amount per month so far remained around Rs.200- 300.
        The Power meter display shows Blank. ( Attached Photo of power meter display and current bill showing consumption chart of last few months)
        Please clearify and resolve the technical issue with power meter, if any

              Hi,

              Here are my connection details:

              consumer no.[protected]
              BU/circle code. 0850 / MULSHI

              My meter was disconnected a few months ago. In the bill from September 2021 when the meter was in temporary disconnection (T.D.) stage, the meter reading for meter number [protected] was 3473 at time of disconnection.

              Thereafter I got the meter reconnected by submitting the documents and paying the charges. The meter and electricity were restored on May 25, 2022. The reconnected meter had meter number 6481657 and its meter reading was 3476 when it was reconnected on May 25, 2022.

              The meter reading of 3476 on the meter was there when the meter was reconnected on May 25, 2022. Since then, no one has been living at the apartment and hence there has been practically no electricity consumption. My current electricity bill still shows P.D. and the bill amount is 0. Can you please look into the matter urgently?

                Electricity connection cut for all consumers of Bhoomi complex warikh aali nagaon uran
                Society meter payment issue meter cut for 2 years. Consumers have already paid society. Also individual electricity bills are paid on time. Still whole complex electricity is cut. Conditions very uncomfortable for all consumers who are paying bills on time.

                      The DP in our area is always short circuiting and it has set on fire on 24 Aug 2022. The DP in MIDC area is also short circuiting many times and the people hav to suffer in every season .
                      The people says its because of the high load on these DP's. Its been from many years. So, we request to check out this problem and find a permanent solution .

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am a consumer of MSEDCL. My consumer number is[protected] and am staying in Flat 101, Mahavir Apartment, Sector 1, Sanpada - 400705.

                          When I was away for work, two employee of MSEDCL visited the society premises and threatened my wife to cut the electricity connection if the August bill payment is not made in couple of days.

                          The due date of the bill is August 30, 2022 and there is no past dues pending. Such threat for making the bill payment prior to due date is against the law and arbitrary in nature.

                          MSEDCL and/or its employee has no right to follow such acts. Such act and threat is causing me and my wife mental harassment and agony.

                          I want MSEDCL to apologies for such malpractice committed by its employees. Otherwise I will take legal action.

                              Greetings of the day!

                              I am a user of MSED, my electricity bill for the month of June 2022 is Rs. 4800/- and July 2022 is more than Rs.3500/-. During monsoon time there is hardly any use of electricity plus there was power cut in our area. I visited nearby MSED office for the same issue but the staff asked me to clear the bill, so I paid the bill.

                              Request you to kindly look into the matter as I am paying more of electricity charges than my per month rent.

                                      I have received current bill for Rs.17, 210/- for 1106 units i.e. 58751 minus 57645 which means the reading taken on 31st July/ 1st August, 2022 is shown as 58751. However, my current meter reading as on 11.8.2022 shows reading as 57918. Normally I get a monthly average bill for about 170 to 200 units. So, request you to please check and correct the meter reading and let me have a revised bill at the earliest. Please note that I am unable to pay this unreasonably high bill for this obvious mistake in meter reading.
