With reference to the above please note that, i have submitted complaint through msedcl website Service Request ID[protected] on 09/04/2022. but there is no status of complaint on msedcl website. when ask to mseb person they said they will charge 3000rs. for meter & 500 rs. for installation...

I, Yash Landge a resident of Lakiba Nagar Near AGC School Beside Santoshi Mata Mandir Bhusawal residing would like to bring to your attention that in recent from 3 weeks we have been experiencing a great number of power cuts, which is a rising concern here in the locality. Because of these cuts, very tragic effects could be noticed on health, both mental and as well as physical.
And when we try to get in touch with your electricity department to know about the power cut they always ignored us and talked harshly.
Some of the major agendas are children are not able to complete their home works as school are taking classes online due to the pandemic
Aged people are unable to get proper rests as they usually have and we have several railway servent who need proper rest after their duties it is very difficult to cope up with present weather here in Bhusawal the temperature goes up to 43° to 45° in afternoon how we are suppose to survive in this temperature without electricity
kitchen chores are disrupted we have to throw away our food from fridge because of power cut
And there is always a power fluctuation in our area it effects the electronic appliances and our pockets too.
So I kindly request you to invest some time in our area and look for some solution because we are not comfortable in this type of temperature.

      I have a flat in Taloja, Siddhivinak Mahima which is vacant as i dont stay there. March month i got the new meter installed. I was expecting a electric bill of minimum charges upto around Rs.200 for March but shockingly i received a bill of 2660 for a flat that is vacant. I raised complaint on helpline but the complaint was closed by mentioning i should visit the MSEB office for this. It was said that your meter was not accessible to take the readings, which installed last month only. So they have charged average bill to me without collecting any readings from the actual meter.
      Same case happened with my brother who got 35000 bill for his vacant flat. He is still following up with MSEB officials from last 2 months.
      Please look into my matter as i cant visit mseb office beacuse of the mistakes of your official who visit to record the meter readings.

          No response e on 247 service and closer of poweron

          We are facing power failure in our are..since 3 hrs and inpide of calling all 24×7 call center number...almost more than 11 times..no response...we drained our and no resolution and informative massage from service provider for same. This is reduces and annoying...I will file official complaint against MSEB and request for compensation.

          मु. पो. केतकावळे, ता. पुरंधर, जिल्हा पुणे येथील गट क्रमांक 718/01 या गटातील जय भवानी हॉटेल मधील लाईट मिटर ग्राहक क्रमांक[protected] वीज कनेक्शन रद्द करण्यात आलेले आहे. तरीही श्री राहुल केशव पांगारकर बेकादेशीर रित्या जय भवानी हॉटेल मध्ये रात्री 11.00 वाजल्या नंतर लाईटच्या पोल वरून चडून आकडा टाकतात व चोरून लाइट घेत आहेत व हॉटेलच्या मागील बाजुतील असलेल्या माझ्या मालकी हककाची असलेल्या बोर मधील पाणी काढून पाणी टाकी भरून ठेवतात व इनवर्टर चार्ज करुन ठेवतात व त्याआधारे दुसर्याक दिवशी संध्याकाळी 07.00 ते रात्री 10.00 वाजे पर्यंत हॉटेल चालु करत आहे. असा दिनक्रम चालु आहे.
          नसरापुर कार्यालयात दिनांक 24.01.2020 किंवा 31.03.2022 रोजी त्याआधी सुद्धा तक्रार दिलेली होती परंतु गंभीररित्या दखल घेतली जात नहिये व स्थानिक वायरमन सुध्दा यात सामील आहे.

            Myself Shri Prashant Prabhakar Ingale kindly informed you that since from last month I have been received messages like
            "YOUR EMI of Rs.17150 for Axis Bank PERSONAL LOAN no.7155 is fue on 05-Apr-2022."
            I received said messages on my MESDCL ERANDOL Departmental official number though I am not your customer and I am having said number with me since from 11.07.2018 being it's departmental number...Also I got unneccesary phone calls as "Priy Vijay Jogi your loas account premium is due on dt.05-Apr-2022..like this..
            As I don't have any Axis bank loan account, saving or current account in any branch in India.Pleaseremove this number from your system.
            Hope your immediate response.

                I have domestic meter, old meter was in working conditions even though it was replaced by MSEB, New Meter is running fast - not sure who validate MSEB meters before giving approval of such meters, How we can assure Meter is showing right Units - no way to bring control here.                 I have raised complaint regarding ight bill one month back. Your customer care officer told me that meter is showing faulty in the system hence since November u are receiving average bill of Rs.1500.

                I would like to inform you that my house is locked..no one is living there from last three months and without any usage I am receiving bill of rs 1500 every month.

                Customer care officer informed me that person will visit at my place to replace the meter but it's now more than a month.

                Kindly check and do the needful on urgent basis. Replace my meter and also refund my excess bill amount which is already paid to you.

                Resolve this as early as possible otherwise I will raise this issue with consumer court.

                  I have using MSEDCL electricity, when checking bill dated December-2021 it was shocking amount of Rs. 5280. As you checked from last one year there is averagely 113 reading consumes per month. But for the month of December 2021 meter reading is 437. When my area wireman go to the field Electricity office, they told that the reading is correct. That is not acceptable. Whereas while checking reading photo it would not seen any number. Then why my bill is so high.
                  Sir Kindly take into your account and action against them.

                      We received electricity consumption bill of Rupees 589 for consumption of 0 units. Meter was removed.
                      Even they have provided photo with the bill where there is no meter.
                      Then on what basis the said bill is calculated by showing 81 units has been consumed.

                      Nobody is living in the flat for last one year.
                      In the month of September 2021, October 2021, November 2021 we had a same issue.

                          Msedcl has been resorting to load shedding and irregular power cuts in Khanda Colony Sector 9. The residents have been suffering despite paying all their bills on time and the situation does not seem to improve.
                          Msedcl imposed a power cut on 4th January 2022 from 11am to 4 pm, 18th January 2022 from 10 am to 6 pm, 1st February 2022 from 11am to 5 pm, 8th February 2022 from 2 pm to 6 pm, 22nd February 2022 from 2 pm to 5 pm, 8th March 2022 from 11 am to 6 pm, 15th March 2022, power cut was imposed from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm and again a late night power cut on 15th March 2022 from 2 am onwards till 4 am. Due to these power cuts, residents are a harassed lot. These power cuts make a person fell groggy and incapacitate them temporarily. Work from home due to the covid pandemic goes for a toss and residents suffer pay cuts. Online classes conducted by the school and coaching classes go for a toss and the students cannot cope up with their studies.
                          MSEDCL only wants an excuse to hide its inefficiencies. MSEDCL & Town planning authorities are very corrupt and sanction new projects in Navi Mumbai without increasing power generation to supply 24x7 power to existing residents as well as prospective residents in upcoming projects. As a result of such power cuts, the following are the problems faced by the residents:-
                          1. Costly vegetables, fruits, milk, batter and other perishables etc stored in the refrigerator get spoiled leading to tremendous losses.
                          2. The mobile phones conk off and the Internet connection gets disrupted and communication is cut off leading to severe inconvenience.Work from home is not possible in such a scenario.
                          3. Digitization goes for a toss as payments cannot be made online or from the mobile.
                          4. Students are not able to study from lectures on online school lectures and youtube videos due to power cuts.
                          MSEDCL has been torturing the residents over the last 32 years despite them paying all their bills regularly and that too well before the due date. Load shedding is not the solution and electricity generation is the need of the hour. Residents of Navi Mumbai are those who have shifted from Mumbai as encouraged by the Central and State Government where there were no power cuts because it was insulated by three power companies - Tata, BEST, BSES. However even today after more than a quarter of a century, MSEDCL cannot supply 24x7x365 days power supply. The moot point is that if Navi Mumbai (Vashi to Panvel/Airoli) has to become a Smart City & the future Airport node, it cannot afford to have any power cuts and it should have 24 X 7 power supply round the clock. It is high time the Maharashtra Government understands the need for changing the Power Distributor in Navi Mumbai from MSEDCL to another player like Reliance or TATA Power. TATA Power will supply cheaper power and also insulate Navi Mumbai by supplying 24 X 7 power for Navi Mumbai from Vashi to Panvel/Airoli.
                          More than 90% of the residents who have shifted to Navi mumbai from Mumbai are ruing their decision now due to the wretched brute and misanthrope MSEDCL.
                          Now after more than a quarter of a century, the power cuts have not stopped. This Disruption is a Criminal offence and terrorises the residents into submission. The Msedcl officers responsible for these power cuts should be prosecuted. The perpetrators of this crime should be publicly hanged.
                          We appeal to the Central Government and get this resolved permanently. The power cuts destroy an upcoming Smart City- Navi Mumbai. We appeal to MERC to refrain Msedcl from imposing power cuts. Maharashtra Government should issue a notice to Msedcl for power cuts as they do so for any power outage from Tata Power.

                            I called the customer care several times, registered several complaints online which was always closed as 'OK' without giving any solution by the Boisar division.

                            I visited the Boisar West Mahavitran branch submitted physical forms and documents as well

                            Still they havent approved my request, i cannot travel multiple times to the office as it takes 6 hrs journey, hence my humble request to look into it
                            and approve my online application

                              My complaint ID is [protected].
                              Myself and My retired parents are living in different homes constructed on the same land parcel. They need a separate meter connection and I am following up with your office situated in a Nigdi area to take a new connection. I am not getting an appropriate response from them and they are asking for hefty charges as well apart from charges mentioned in a circular released by MAHAVITARAN.
                              My parents are retired person and they cannot afford to pay such high charges unless we get a clarity on this charges.
                              I need clarity on the process to take a new meter connection and cost for the same. I request you to guide me on the same. Please let me know in case any additional details are required.

                                I have registered almost 8 complaints regarding faulty meter with no display but the same is unresolved. Everytime it is closed with remarks sent for spot verification if found faulty will be replaced. But it never get replaced since last 8 months and paying higher bills in the name of average bill. This has to be resolved immediately.

                                  I got the huge electricity Bill due to in correct reading.

                                  I have raised it to MSEDCL Bhare, Mulshi, Pune office on 4 March 22. the person have corrected amount on my Bill after waiting in a queue for 2 hours, but when I tried to pay the Bill it is asking me to pay minimum amount which is double of corrected Bill.
                                  When I reached to customer care, got resonse that they can not do anything as it is offline raised complaint and I need to take followup with the Bhare office physically.
                                  Afetr 10 days also complaint in assigned status and not getting resolved.
                                  Now I am also not able to pay bill online as it is not accepting corrected amount.
                                  The staff is very arrogant and not supportive, would like to escalate this staff. they are not doing their work and troubling to common people.

                                  Hope some one will consider this and take action.
